The food was really good! The broth was flavorful, and the meat and vegetables were fresh. Everything tasted delicious and the portions were generous. I would definitely come back for the hot pot.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. The last time I came here over a year ago, it was so amazing that I left the five star review. This time around, the meat quality was terrible and did not taste fresh. Even after they tried to bring other cuts of meat, it was different than the very first plate they brought us. I’m also looking back at my old photos at this hot pot location and the variety has decreased significantly. I don’t think this was really worth the trip.

After w wonderful Morhers Day we decided to go to this Hot Pot restaurant. The food was good, but the service has much to be desired. When paying and leaving, the server did not like our tip and told us not to return this restaurant. When we walk out he proceeded to call us an unfavorable name in his language. Suffice it to say if you are POC and want you want to visit this restaurant, I would think twice before going, because if they don’t like what you leave as tip, they will tell you to your face never to return.

I've been coming to this hotpot place for a while now. The food itself is relatively decent quality and the service is very attentive. Food came very quickly and the staff is always walking around picking up any empty dishes.

The price is a little high considering that the cost of soup base is additional to the per person charge. Hard to think you can have hotpot without the soup so be sure to consider that.

The food is fine to good but the place is in desperate need of better ventilation. The smell of hot pot is overwhelming when it gets busy and I leave feeling like I got a hot pot facial every time I go. I know some people are so into spicy hot pot they don’t mind but I’d never go or recommend to go on my own.

Their ordering system is laggy as hell and the servers often miss new orders so just flag them down and tell them you ordered or just make them put the orders in. It will save you some grief.

I went here recently with a friend, and food aside, the place wasn't too thrilling. The bathroom floor was covered in pee, and trash cans were overfilled with tissue. Additionally, the waiter forced a tip out of my friend and me, even though "no tip" is an option to select from. The shrimps from the self-serve section were not cleaned and had fecal remains still intact. The hot-pot itself was good, but the place needs to be more health-conscious.

There weren’t many dishes, and the food was served relatively quickly. However, the ordering system was extremely laggy, the meat did not seem very fresh, and I had diarrhea after returning home.

Beware The AYCE is not as is, you have to buy the soup base then + AYCE Price ( 2 Adult $65.96 then Soup three flavor is $19.98) now that I am checking the price I guess they charged us $32.98 per person, I thought it was around $30 anyway thats fine.

The food was mid, I did really like the chicken bones, the beef were okay, not the best cut of meats. I should have went to Hai di lao instead the price for AYCE for quality is just not justifiable and plus you had to buy the soup base anyway which is crazy for AYCE!

Service was okay until we had to leave Tips, the person (Xin Yan) who is the name listed on my bill, I assume he was the same guy who we had to deal with. When I was about to give my tip on my card (11% before tax) , he asked if something is wrong and that I should leave the minimum tip that he is asking and he was just standing there putting pressure. First of all why you looking at how much I am giving, they dont give any privacy to customers? I do get they want more tip, but forcing customer to give certain amount of tip is crazy. My mother had to put him in place saying we arent forced by law to do such thing. I mean what did they do? Refil soup and serve the food which is part of their job they get paid to do and it is part of the food we paid to be delivered to us. You have to get your own drinks in this place also. He should be grateful he has a job.

After we walked out of the store he was still yelling and telling us to never come back as if he owns the place. We will most definely not come back and I would suggest others to go to Hai di lao instead , you can probably get better treatment and appreciation.

If you're a fan of hotpot, Liu yo Shou is the place to be! The food is always fresh, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The beef is especially tender, and the selection of seafood is top-notch – they even serve snow crabs and fresh seafood, which is a rare treat for hotpot lovers. Whether you’re craving classic ingredients or something a bit more luxurious, this place has it all. Definitely one of my favorite go-to spots for a satisfying and delicious hotpot experience!

I came with a group of my friends and the staff was very friendly and they were great with recommendations. They were quick to bring us what we ordered and were very attentive. Also, the menu is expansive- we were happy with the amount of choices! Our favorite part was the split pot because we were able to try more soup bases! I would recommend if you’re looking for a solid hot pot place :)

Came here at 8:30. They were already cleaning up and packing things away. There were other tables. It seems like they haven’t been restocking the hot bar for a long time already. Everything there were either rock hard from being put on the hot table for too long for dry..

I recommend to not come here past 7:45.
Kitchen staff are heading out the door at 9:50.
Restaurant closes at 11.

Amazing!! Wanted to try something different. Food was fantastic, service was the best ever and the restaurant was spotless. Lots od friendly customers explaining the ins and outs of hot pots to make our dining perfect. I went with total vegan while my sister went with great beef and pork options. Will definitely return with the family.
