The place was really organized and was in pretty good quality especially since it has different designs and has really nice air conditioning. I also liked about the music and great offers and deals. The service was good because when ever we call the workers they alway come here in few seconds and we wouldn’t have to wait for long. The food smelled really good making me wanting to eat it because of the bbq cumin powder and it tasted good.

Came here for the $88 Seafood & BBQ Feast and it did not disappoint 🔥 The combo is perfect for sharing and comes with so much food — juicy wagyu skewers, lamb skewers, crispy chicken skin, seafood boil, crawfish, drinks, and even fried buns for dessert. The crawfish were flavorful and the snow crab + lobster tail combo was super fresh. Great atmosphere for hanging out with friends and the portions were definitely worth the price. Will definitely be back!

Some of the food flavors taste the same but with a different spice level. presentation of food is nice, for the grilled food the grill flavor takes over the food to me. server(Qiu) was nice, calm and patient. There was a live singer tonight! He was lovely!

Lao Gao BBQ in Flushing is hands down one of my favorite late-night spots. The cumin lamb skewers are absolutely delicious — tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. I also loved the grilled seafood and cold dishes. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. The service was quick, and the vibe feels just like a street BBQ place back in China. Will definitely be coming back again and agai
If you’re looking for authentic Chinese BBQ in Flushing, Lao Gao BBQ is the place to go! $88 for a 2-person combo— such a great deal!

We tried the Lao Gao ultimate seefood&bbq combo, and it was super worth it. The seafood boil lets you choose Cajun garlic butter or thirteen-spice flavor. It comes with a snow crab cluster, Australian lobster tail, potatoes, corn, and black pepper sausage — everything was flavorful and the portion was very generous.

The skewers were also amazing: wagyu beef, big red willow lamb skewers, chicken skewers, chicken skin, and grilled corn kernels. For carbs, you can choose Tieling dandan noodles or cold noodles. The golden mini buns with condensed milk were such a good sweet ending. Plus two drinks included — milk tea or different flavored soju.

Perfect for a fun date night or dinner with friends. Great value and very satisfying!

What a fantastic Chinese BBQ spot! The atmosphere is amazing—clean, cozy, and there’s even a live band playing in the evenings, which makes the experience so much fun.
The cocktails are really well-made, both tasty and visually appealing—perfect for hanging out with friends. The seafood is super fresh, and the BBQ flavors are spot on—everything we tried was delicious.

I didn’t expect to find such good Cajun seafood at Lao Gao BBQ, but it really surprised me. I ordered the time limited $88 menu. The portion is huge. The lobster tail and snow crab legs were fresh and sweet, soaked in a rich buttery Cajun sauce with potatoes, corn, and sausage. We also ordered a bunch of skewers like wagyu, chicken, and garlic-wrapped intestines, and everything was juicy and flavorful. Service was quick, which made it dangerously easy to keep adding more food.
The free bucket of sunflower seeds kept us chatting for hours without even noticing time pass lol

One of the top three BBQ spots in Flushing for a reason! The food is absolutely delicious, with generous portions at very affordable prices. All the seafood is live and super fresh, which really makes a difference. I was especially happy to find cold noodles here — and after 6:30 pm, you can get unlimited refills, which is amazing. Great quality, great value, and totally worth it. Highly recommend!

If you’re in Queens and craving a seriously good feast, Gao’s BBQ & Crab is the move. We went big with the Snow White Crab combo with dandan noodles and buns which was perfect for sharing. First time coming here during happy hour after seeing their $1 lamb skewers and $2 beef skewers promo. Came with two buddies and we were honestly surprised by how good everything was! The chicken skin skewers and all the meat skewers were our favorites. They’re super flavorful and well grilled!

They also serve skewered silkworm cocoons. Personally I found them pretty unpleasant, but I’m sure some of you might want to give them a try lol.

Service was excellent as well. The $3.99 Korean cold noodles promo starts after 6:30pm, so I’ll definitely be back to try that next time!
