This is my all time favorite shabu shabu or hotpot place EVER. Its super vegan friendly- all the meat is served separately and additional charge. They have a wide variety of noodles at the noodle bar, soooo many fresh veggies to choose from, lots of tofu and fishcake as well. TONS of mushrooms! Their Mala broth is amazing, you can ask for a side of mala hot sauce, there is so much flavor you do not even need dipping sauce! The vibe is a fast casual place in the mall. The price is also a steal at $24 per person- back in the day it was $12!
They have a soft serve ice cream bar with VEGAN DOLE WHIP! My sister was saying Dole Whip is super hard to find! Amazing pineapple ice cream!!!

It was the coldest day in the recent history and we went there to eat hotpot. Ngl the best time to get hotpot I guess. Loved the experience. The food was really good.

We had a great experience last night at Spring Shabu-Shabu. you have to come in and check in because there is usually a wait, we waited around 30 minutes to get to our table. Kelly our server did a great job helping us choose all the selection available to eat. I picked vegetable broth, and my husband did kimchi broth. You can pick from all vegetables to meats from mushrooms to noodles. There is a great variety to pick from to make your Shabu-Shabu experience feel at home. We are definitely returning for more thank you Spring Shabu-Shabu for making this night a great night for us.

Went on a Saturday evening for 2. They were really busy and told us it would be a 45 minute wait but it was more like 20 minutes.

Totally worth the wait. You can't beat the price for how much food you get. We ordered the pork broth and kimchi broth and enjoyed our choices. We loved all the fresh noodles, vegetables, and the variety of add-ins.

The service was also excellent. Would definitely recommend stopping by while in Flushing!

My favorite hotpot spot in the WORLDDDDD. Selection and quality is 2nd to none. I wish i lived closer! The perfect wintertime activity.

Get the spicy broth. It’s delicious. Even if you don’t add meat, there is plenty of protein to add. I recommend the lamb if you do. The crabs aren’t soft shell. The egg needs to be broken first. The whole party needs to be there to be seated. Everyone gets their own broth regardless if the size of your party.

Service and atmosphere were good. The price is high for what you get. The advertised price of $23.99 does not include any real meat or seafood—only starches, fish or seafood balls, and vegetables. If you add two meat/seafood items and maybe a drink, it’s definitely $50+ per person, which I would rather spend at a traditional Chinese hot pot restaurant.

However, if you’re someone who doesn’t eat meat for hot pot—which is very rare for Chinese diners—or if you’re vegetarian, it’s a nice place. I would rate it 2.5–3 stars.

FIRST TIME HERE BUT NOT THE LAST I WILL BE BACK!!!! Food was amazing had many varieties to choose from and they were all good, the facility was clean, and comfortable the environment was perfect I was able to have conversations with my friends without having to scream at the top of my lungs the best part of this experience was our waitress Kelly M, if you get Kelly M as your waitress she will take care of you I promise you you’ll be lucky. She is friendly and pleasant I told her it was my first time at this restaurant and first time having a hot pot experience. She took time to help give me recommendations and insight on the menu because my friend and I have dietary restrictions she was attentive to us always checked up on us, when we were running low on drinks she would realize and without having to ask she would make sure our cups were full. Kelly M was friendly she would talk with us make jokes and she made it feel like a welcoming environment like she was happy to be there, help us, and take time to talk to us too. I can whole heartedly say Kelly M as our waitress for the first time at this restaurant made the experience better we were lucky to have her as our waitress and when we go back we hope to have her as our waitress again cause she’s the best.

I’ve tried a lot of hotpot places, but this one is truly my number one. Every time I come here, the food is super fresh, the service is fast, and the whole vibe just feels cozy and welcoming. Their mala soup is honestly unmatched — the perfect balance of spicy, flavorful, and comforting. It’s the kind of soup that keeps you coming back because nothing else tastes the same!

The ingredients are always high quality, and everything cooks beautifully in the broth. I’ve brought friends here and they end up loving it just as much as I do. The staff is always kind and helpful, especially if you’re unsure what to try.

And I HAVE to mention the vanilla + green tea swirl ice cream at the end — it’s my favorite treat! It’s creamy, refreshing, and the perfect finish after a warm hotpot meal.

Overall, this place never disappoints. Amazing food, great service, clean environment, and such good value for the quality. Highly, highly recommend to anyone who loves hotpot or wants to try it for the first time!

This is a great Shabu place : clean , fast service and great food quality. It’s a bit noisy but you can still have conversations without shouting. I’d definitely go again and the ice cream was definitely a great thing to finish off such a great meal 😉
Just a side note that the building has two entrances , the one with the stairs is the easiest but if you end up like me in the rear door , no panic, you just need to walk a bit and take the elevator and you will end there

I had an awesome time here! I went with my brother, cousin and friend skeptical because I wasn’t a fan of hot pot to begin with let alone the area it sit in. Once I went inside my doubts started disappearing one by one. Some days are busier than others but honestly today it was surprising how much room there was and how quiet the place was given it was such a big restaurant with quite a number of cooks and waiters. We waited 5 mins in the front before we sat down and heard what was available today. Before I forget: weekdays 11-3 PM is $20 for the buffet while all other times it’s $23.95. If you look at the menu you will see the options that are available at purchase such as: Meat options exclusive from the buffet option (only thing free is the amount of fish items you can get at the buffet line) chicken, beef, pork, seafood platter, etc. Drinks is its own menu on the back and they have plenty of options for alcohol if you’re into all that. I’m not so i just moved forward to the soft drinks which they have about 10 different options and yes refills are indefinite and free for $3.50 I believe. What hot pot is basically a large bowl of soup depending on the 10 choices available on the menu to you ( I went with kimchi) is cooked on the countertop stove that you can operate on your own with 1 dial that goes from P1 (lowest) - P5 (Highest). You choose whatever you want to take from the buffet line which there are mostly vegetable and noodle items but about 3 sections or 6 rows back to back full of it. Bring it back to your table and throw it in the soup at your own pace whenever you want. I suggest getting the minimum amount to max out your options so you don’t overfill too fast and end up wasting a plateful of food like me. They won’t charge you extra if it’s not too much which they didn’t for me thank god considering my bill was about $30 plus tip so $35. Tip isn’t mandatory but it is common courtesy and manners. There is also an ice cream bar with matcha vanilla and pineapple as the only options but all you can eat included. Honestly it was a really good place to go to and I recommend it for anyone looking to eat seafood in the big apple.

Absolutely an amazing experience with a plethora of fresh vegetables and noodles, beef, fish, lamb sauces, etc. Super clean place, one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever seen, waitress was really attentive and nice, explained how everything worked.
Ice cream 🍦 is really really good.
Fresh vegetables don't take long to cook, as well as the meats and fish 🐠. Noodles are also pretty fast. I will definitely be going back to this place, and I highly recommend it. Parking is somewhat of a crunch but just be patient, there are places to pay for parking if you're not the type to drive around looking.
Price is definitely reasonable for what you get, and how much you can stuff yourself.

Great price, high quality ingredients, bright , clean, fast service. Also huge, popular, and you often have to wait.

All you can eat (AYCE) Shabu-Shabu, hot pot. Japanese, Korean or Chinese style are all possible. It all depends on what you choose for your broth, ingredients, sauces.

We’ve been here a few times and love it. A table for two required about a 40 minute wait on this Saturday at 8pm.

This place is not intimate, quiet, small or cozy. 5 stars for the great value and quality food. Especially fun with a group.
