Amazing experience at 海底捞! Special thanks to Yuna for her exceptional service. She was super friendly, attentive, and stunning. That's so tuff! She made our midnight dining experience even more enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back!

This was a very enjoyable experience overall. It was my first time visiting Haidilao, so choosing from the menu and figuring out how everything worked was a bit overwhelming. I probably didn’t take full advantage of everything they offer, but I still had a great time.<br><br>What impressed me the most was how thoughtfully their entire system is designed. From the service to the ordering process and the attention to detail, you can tell that a lot of effort has gone into creating a comfortable experience for guests. The staff was patient, friendly, and always willing to help when we had questions.<br><br>The food was good, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service truly stood out. Even as a first-time customer, I felt well taken care of. I look forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu next time. Highly recommended!

We recently celebrated the 4th birthdays of our two dogs at Haidilao, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we walked in, we mentioned to the staff that it was our pups’ birthday, and everyone immediately started doing their best to help arrange a comfortable seating situation for us and the dogs. We were incredibly lucky to be placed in a private birthday room decorated with birthday banners and colorful balloons — the atmosphere was warm, festive, and honestly so touching.<br><br>Since we wanted our dogs to safely enjoy the celebration with us, we ordered a clear broth so we could cook some plain, dog-friendly food for them without seasoning. Our waiter, ET Jean, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire evening. He patiently answered every question we had about the ingredients, even down to details like the shrimp paste containing no salt but including celery. He also seemed genuinely knowledgeable about what dogs can and cannot eat, which made us feel very cared for and reassured — I honestly got the feeling that he must be a dog lover himself.<br><br>What moved us the most was how thoughtful and considerate he was. He specifically checked whether Haidilao’s classic birthday song and the usual large group performance might be too loud or stressful for the dogs. After realizing it could overwhelm them, he decided to create a personalized song using our dogs’ names instead and played it for them himself. That level of care, initiative, and willingness to truly think from the guests’ perspective made us genuinely emotional.<br><br>On top of that, he even gave each of our dogs a Haidilao plush toy as a birthday gift. It was such a small but incredibly heartfelt gesture that made the whole night feel even more special and memorable.<br><br>Of course, as pet owners, we also made sure to be respectful guests. We brought our own utensils for the dogs, and anything that touched the dogs’ food was disposable and separated from the restaurant’s regular dining equipment.<br><br>The whole experience left me feeling deeply touched. It felt like everyone was working together with kindness and understanding to make the evening special. That balance of professionalism, flexibility, and genuine compassion is something really rare, and it’s exactly why we’ll keep coming back.

Was brought here for my birthday. Service is unlike anything I ever experienced before. 10/10. Bathrooms are nicer than my own at home. The entire experience is a must. Be sure to look up the secret sayings to tell your server for an ever more fun experience!!<br><br>Food is great, all the little amenities they have are great. 10/10 experience.

I visited the Haidilao restaurant in Flushing today for lunch with a friend. We arrived around 11:15 a.m., a bit before the 11:30AM opening time. There were plenty of seats right in front of the restaurant, along with drinks and snacks at the minibar available for guests to enjoy while waiting. While we were waiting, one of the front staff members (I didn't get her name) was incredibly kind and brought us warm tea, which was perfect for the mildly chilly weather. You can also make a reservation online on their website or join their waitlist in person too.<br><br>We were assigned to Tracy who greeted us right away, guided us to our table, and brought us water and some appetizers (chips and chicken nuggets) while introducing the menu. Shoutout to Tracy, her service was exceptional as she was kind, very attentive, and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. She brought us hair ties, provided bags to store our coats so they wouldn’t smell like hot pot afterward, offered lens wipes, and refilled our water and soup base, as well as changed our plates without us even asking.<br><br>They also offer a great weekday lunch special for two, which is an excellent deal. It includes two choices of soup bases, two choices of either basa fish, beef, or pork, an assorted platter of hot pot fish balls and vegetables, and a side of rice or instant noodles.<br><br>To top it off, Tracy even brought us ice cream. Highly recommend!

We had a great hotpot experience, and Mengqi made it even better! She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us regularly, refilled our drinks, and helped us with the menu. Her service was excellent and really enhanced our meal. Thank you, Mengqi!

It was a fun and festive restaurant with great attentive service. They even gave us hair tie and eyeglass wipes, and scooped the oil from<br>the soup base during our meal to lessen the grease from cooking. Their dancing noodle performance was interesting and refreshing. They have a good variety of soup, sauce, meat, seafood and vegetable for you to choose from. Our favorite soup base was the spicy pork and bone soup. The meal also includes a yummy scoop of ice cream cone! Oh..:they have a cute robot strolling around to<br>collect plates 🤪

Came in for my birthday - best dinner I had ever!! Yuna made the experience super amazing. She was attentive, kind, and really considerate. Checked in on us constantly and my family and I really enjoyed our time at haidilao😊🤩❤️ thank you so much!!!! We will definitely be back!! We got the golden and tomato broth, had really amazing flavor and all of the food tasted fresh.

Amazing atmosphere and service. Although the wait time is long, we joined a wait list and there's a waiting room with small snacks, drinks, and fun games perfect for kids and teenagers. There's even a cute photo booth!<br>Because we went on a holiday, the all you can eat option wasn't available. Hot pot in general is pretty pricey without the ayce, but the food was pretty decent. I went with a group of 5 and we got 4 different soup bases. We gave ourselves a budget because items are purchased individually. We ended up spending $40 per person including tax and tip. Some of us were full and there's dessert and fruit at the sauce buffet which costs qn additional amount. The dancing noodles are a must have experience too! Overall, it was pretty good, but would recommend coming on a regular day if you're on a budget!

We had a reservation for 11 people on a Saturday at 12:30. We thought we might need two tables with such a large group, but everyone was able to fit into one square table, and even be able to hear each other talk! It's a cool experience for kids because they'll provide a (clean) high chair, a toy, and a kids meal consisting of dino nuggets, fruit, a bun, and a yogurt drink (unclear if we had to pay extra for this or not since I didn't handle the bill). For the adults, we ordered a bunch of items including fatty beef, razor clams, various meat/fish balls, udon, shrimp, kabocha, just to name a few items. My favorite was probably the beef tongue, and the smashed shrimp paste. Love a good freshly-made paste for hot pot. We went with two different broths, but you can pick as many as four. Everything seemed like your standard hot pot items. They did seem to have a few more sauces that other hot pot places, and they have a few cooked items - like spring rolls. We didn't opt for the fresh noodles this time but did catch a glimpse of the noodle dance at other tables.<br><br>It's of course pricier than the typical AYCE spot but with Haidilao, you get more unique menu items. It also feels cleaner than other hot pot places. It's like my Mama always says - "What you pay is what you get!"

Shout out to YiFan for such friendly, speedy, & attentive service! This spot never disappoints me & my bf whenever we come. The soup bases are always delicious and the meats are always good quality + fresh. We usually come for the AYCE menu option starting at 9PM which we love especially when we need our protein fix.

I decided to have my birthday dinner here and it was the best decision! It was made so good because of our server Mengqi! They did a super nice birthday set up when I arrived and also sang me a birthday song! I saw that other servers didn’t really sing the birthday song with as much enthusiasm as Mengqi did, she kept laughing together with me and we had the best time! My husband honestly just informed them in the notes when I was waitlisting, he didn’t call or make very specific arrangements yet they were so well prepared! I’m so thankful and had a great experience! The great service aside, food was also so good! I couldn’t stop drinking the golden soup 😋 What a great birthday dinner! Thank you Mengqi 💖

Our first time here and everything was super good! They gave us hair ties if we didn’t have one and even ice cream at the end included in everything we ordered. Celine our waitress was super helpful and nice! Would come back again.

visited Haidilao last night and everything is great as usual and Server Hana is so great and she prepare everything did a great job! She will provide the wet wipe when checking out for my glass!
