This is not the familiar Palm restaurant menu you may now it is quite scaled down but still hits all the essentials. One this is clear, it's airport pricing. My cocktail (old fashion) was $25.00 and wigs 8oz white wine poor was $34.00, throw in my iceberg wedge salad with grilled chicken ($35.00), I think you get idea.

The food quality was good and so where portions but you will pay for it.

Had a long layover, and needed a steak sandwich and ice tea to keep me going. There hostess and waiter were a nice as could be. They're steak sandwich was a bit grisly. Fries were a bit chewy. Nice mixed drink menu. I should have indulged. A little pricey, but not my airport standards. It was very convenient to my flight arrival.
Kirk was the best server ever. I wanted my food a certain way and he made it happened. This was one of the few times I ate all of my food off the plate. Thank you Chef Tamish for your cooking.
Horrible service. I understand the bartender was busy but I wasn't acknowledged or checked on once. Had to order a mimosa with a server. I ordered the steak and eggs, took one bite, spit it out and asked to send it back. The manager was standing around the restaurant doing absolutely nothing, putting menus on tables and when I asked him I needed the check and the steak & eggs had to be removed, he said the bartender is the only one who could give me the check. He then was standing around the bar and wasn't doing anything. Just a horrible time.
Bad service, bad food. Never again.
Had a burger on our layover. Great atmosphere! Service was sluggish even at the bar and they got some stuff wrong with the order but the food came quickly. Would eat here again.
My server Jason was exceptional and the food was almost as good. Fries weren’t crispy and steak salad had a bit of grissle in steak. The entire meal was good but great service from Jason and supporting colleagues. Glad to have stopped here after a lengthy rerouted trip!
Time to service is slow, the Bolognaise I had taste like it was cooked in tinned tomatoes with no herbs or pepper sauce. The bklognahsd was as similarly lacking in flavor as if it was just heated either any notion of how flavors are crafted.
Definitely not worth anything like the $33.00 they charged, and if you want oatmeal sprinkled on it they have the cheek to ask you for a further $7!
Out of the places were you could sit, this one looked the nicest to us. We were a party of two. We had the "Classic Burger" and the "Chicken Burger". Both are good options and I recommend the "Classic Burger". We had the chocolate cake. It was OK but I would not have it again.

It is pricey, even for a airport restaurant. The burgers are 30 USD and the slice of chocolate cake was 21 USD (tax and tip on top). The staff was very nice.
Waitress didn’t like when I requested to be seated on the back( quiet area). She didn’t introduce herself, got my drink and antipasto order and disappear… I also ordered calamari (they were very greasy). While I was eating, there was a BIG roach 🪳 passed by me😩… at that point, I couldn’t eat…
I gave her my credit card and didn’t even know how much was a bill( I suspect that she add some tips), because for beer, olives and calamari I paid$62.25(without tips).
The Palm restaurant is not the same as in NYC🙄… not coming back, for sure!
Marcello makes everything better in terms of service. Generally quick and charming.

Food was good. Caesar salad was pleasant and the chicken was not dry, but my senior parents would’ve preferred smaller croutons and cheese bits. Papardelle was delicious but also not the most suitable for the Asian palate so be warned.

Drinks were well mixed. I worry Marcelles secret sauce is not commercially available.
After 14 hours on planes my wife and I wanted a place to relax and eat a good meal. The food and service met our expectations. Then a lady walked in with a dog. As a service dog owner I was appalled at what I saw here. The dog was obviously not a service animal as it led off at the end of the leash and wandered around. Then they were seated the dog wandered around the table and even jumped up on the owners lap and even onto the table top. They should have been escorted out for the health code violations alone. I will not return.
Worst place to be. Not only to eat, but to be. - The waitress was shouting to her colleagues continously, I had to ask 2 and 3 times for my lunch as they seemed they forgot. She threw at my face the check after I tipped her 10%. Should’ve been 0% and the complaint book. This no service/always tip is getting out of hands. They get used to always receive a very high percentage tip without offering at least a good service. $55 for a small beer and a mediocre burguer. This only happens here. Disgusting.
TL;DR: 40 dollars for a terrible burger and fries

I spent 40 dollars for a cheeseburger and fries. It was a 30 dollar burger plus tax, tip, and an unexplained fee. I get it's an airport but that's ridiculous. Burger bun was dry and had no flavor, fries were cold and soggy, and the burger itself was 'meh' at best. The only reason I'm not giving a one star is because the service and atmosphere was great. Still, I highly recommend you just go to shake shack, there are two in the terminal.
Overpriced and poor quality.

The staff was very nice, from the hostess to the waiter; a guy with long hair was very welcoming and kind from the start.

On the other hand, the food is bad. I had a salad and a can of beer. My partner had a burger and orange juice. The bill before tip was $97.

The salad had nothing special; it felt like a salad mix from Trader Joe’s. The steak was nothing different from what I can do at home (I barely cook).

It’s one of those places that feel forgotten and expensive. I’d suggest going to another place, or even McDonald’s or some fast food restaurant.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review for The Palm at JFK Airport – Shoutout to Freddy!

I had an amazing experience at The Palm in JFK Airport, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our waiter, Freddy. From start to finish, he was absolutely top-tier! Super friendly, very informative, and he really helped me choose the perfect meal. I told him what I was in the mood for, and he came through with a delicious recommendation. My daughter was happy and satisfied too!

My daughter ordered the salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and veggies, and she loved every bite. I went with the grilled chicken (well done) topped with bacon and avocado—so good! The flavors were on point, and everything was cooked perfectly‼️‼️

What I appreciated most was his honesty and helpful attitude. He even pointed us in the right direction for the bathrooms—just a small thing, but it shows he cares about making sure guests are taken care of.

10 out of 10—Freddy is the bomb! If you stop by The Palm at JFK, ask for Freddy. You won’t regret it!
