By far, the best meal prep service in astoria and personally the best that I’ve had overall. Everything extremely fresh and replaced within five days. Taste is excellent.

When I’m out this way for work or visiting friends, this is my “go-to” for a quick and healthy option. The staff here have you in and out in literally a few minutes and back to the hustle and bustle of NYC. Live this slot. One of my faves. Def check it out

I had a great experience here! The store was clean, wellorganized, and easy to navigate. I especially want to shout out Paris, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, but Paris definitely does. Their positive attitude made my visit so much better thank you, Paris! I’ll definitely be coming back.

So I'm a meal prepper, for every week, one week I was unable to meal prep, and my friend put me on this place, and it was the best thing to my meal prep, Redefine has a forever buyer in me, the food is delicious, the honey teriyaki so far is my favorite, while it's heavy calories for my bulking season.
