My main issue is that this place is really expensive for what it is, although it’s very good and well presented. The enchiladas were $35. I could see that somewhere very nice, but this place is not.

Atmosphere is not great compared to other places in the area. It’s also VERY loud when busy.

The margarita was large but didn’t taste great. Service was decent and friendly. As a local HK resident, not a keeper.
Place was really busy and had a line going half a block around the building, I quickly figured out why.

The service was a little hectic but the food was amazing, the drinks very well made and the price very reasonable. 4/5 would def go again.
The only word that I can think of to describe the restaurant is exquisite. Guacamole is the best I’ve had and The chicken tacos are amazing! Thank you to the staff the staff for making everything feel as good as possible. You should take a party here!
A decent Mexican restaurant near Times Square with good gluten-free options. The place was extremely noisy when we visited. I tried the chicken with chocolate sauce (mole), which came in a large portion and was served with corn tortillas. Portions overall are quite generous.

The waiters were generally nice, although only one of them was particularly welcoming while the others were more straightforward.

Overall, it’s a solid option in the area, especially if you need gluten-free choices, but it’s probably not the most original Mexican restaurant you’ll find in New York
Only been here twice but the food is so good and for the area, reasonably priced. Drinks during happy hour and their margaritas are so good!
Came here on a Tuesday afternoon with a group of friends. The happy hour deal is great — $9 margaritas with only $2 extra for flavors is a solid deal. The consistency of the drinks is impressive; they stay nicely frozen, and they’re strong with great flavor. The staff was also very friendly and attentive throughout our visit.

As for the food, it didn’t feel very authentically Mexican — more like an Americanized version of Mexican cuisine. The nachos were good overall. We ordered the spicy guac and chips, but unfortunately the guac wasn’t spicy at all. I had the Aztec quesadilla — the filling was delicious, but the outer side of the tortilla on all the pieces was overly greasy and oily.

I’ve been here before and remember the music being more Latin and fitting the vibe better. This time, there was a lot more English music, and the ambiance didn’t feel as Latin or Mexican as it had in the past, which was a bit disappointing.

Overall, it was a good experience. The margaritas were definitely the highlight, but the food and music could’ve been better for a Mexican restaurant.
This is my second time here, I really like their food but the music and atmosphere is also really good. From what I understand they have a Dj on the weekends so while you eat you enjoy some fuuuunn music. Loved it 👍🏼
Solid Mexican restaurant with cozy interior

My wife and I stopped at Rancho Tequileria on 9th Ave for an early dinner after a Broadway show on Christmas Eve 2025. The food was tasty, flavorful, and nicely presented, and the service was very quick, possibly because the place was almost empty due to the holiday. A couple of things, however, kept the experience short from being a five-star one: the tequila shots were served without any salt; the enchiladas were slightly over salted; and the fajita came with only warm tacos and rice and beans, without any additional sides.
Overall, it’s a decent restaurant and worth a visit if you’re in the area and looking for a Mexican cuisine bite.

Food ordered
Flautas De Pollo (taquitos with chicken) - good
Enchiladas Suizas with Chicken - juicy, moderately spicy, served with a well-complementing sauce. Would be a five-star if it weren’t over salted
Rancho Fajita with Chicken - savory and comforting, though also slightly over salted
Rancho Tequileria is one of the best spots in Hell’s Kitchen. The food is always amazing and the service is outstanding - the staff makes me feel at home every time I visit.

Lunch is fast, tasty, and well-priced, and dinner has the perfect atmosphere for spending time with friends or enjoying a memorable date night.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, great service, and fair Hell’s Kitchen pricing. This place never disappoints!
Great place for tacos and cocktails when I'm in the theatre district - and I love the fajitas here. The service has been good and they have some outdoor seating.
Absolutely fantastic venue. This chicken was incredible. Multiple TVs showing sport, vibey mexican style music.

Great to visit if you're solo, on a date, with family or friends. Great selection of drinks including cocktails.

Very good service and the homemade dessert was beautiful.

Loved it so much I came back again. Highly recommend.
Traveling To A Different Country while still in NYC.

Scenic atmosphere with lots of reggaeton & Spanish music. The nice part is you could request songs for the Djay to play.

The food was delectable & fresh. 10/10 for quick bites.

Full bar for any drink & the bar menu has great variety.
Great restaurant. Exceptional food, atmosphere and helpful staff. My personal view is that they serve the best tacos I have ever had.
Best Al Pastor tacos I have had in forever. Well-seasoned, tender, with a brilliant, vibrant salsa verde. Great guacamole, and excellent desserts, all made on the premises. The coco flan was absolutely dreamy. Chill vibe, super friendly service, decent prices. 5/5 will return!
