I ordered the abula and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had. The proteins were so soft and flavorful, and the serving portion was great. The owner was very accommodating and friendly, which made the experience even better. The zobo drink was delicious as well. I highly recommend this place!

Customer service was top notch. Chef Temi made us feel welcome and treated us well. The food was amazing. I went with my family and we all had different meals. Service was fast, food was hot and served with a smile. I'll definitely recommend this place and come back again.

This restaurant is incredible! The food is amazing. I had the Amala with Mixed Okra and I was transported to Nigeria! Mama Káyòdé opened up early and served me and my friends with so much grace and warmth. If you are looking for authentic Nigerian delicacies in Brooklyn look no further than Káyòdé Restaurant Mirage. RUN and don’t walk to place your orders! And the Puff puff order 2 boxes, dont say I didn’t tell you!

We entered through the back on E 26th st and were greeted by the most welcoming Nigerian Auntie. Me and wife enjoyed Jollof with boneless chicken and of course Fufu with Egosi. We are excited to have met the amazing chef and we felt like family right away! Thank you again auntie for the Zobo and the Puff puff they were delicious.

Kayode's mum adds steeze to the local dishes. I went with a colleague (not Nigerian) she ate some Ayamase with white rice, plantain and beans, she also bought more to go. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I will surely go back for more. The agoyin ewa with plantain and goat meat made a lot of sense. Don't leave without trying the puff puff..It was also affordable and enjoyable.
Authentic Nigerian food. Delicious 😋

Kayode Mirage is a business like none other. I have ordered from them consistently for 3 years all the way from another borough (because they are that good). They have never disappointed! The food is such high quality in taste, in volume and authenticity. Their customer service is very smooth, she always kindly places the order and follows up. Every celebration I have I order and have never been disappointed. Personally I recommend the jollof rice the ayamase the asaro, the puff puff, the amala!!! So so good! RUN don’t walk to place your holiday order. I just did and will be back again

A few co workers wanted to try some Nigerian food today and we went on TikTok and this place was highly recommended. And the food at Kayode was a chef kiss! We order the swallow pounded yam egusi, jollof rice, suya chicken! The owner was such a lovely and accommodating woman that! Please give her restaurant a try!

Girlll, her food is exquisite & she’s so sweet with a warming personality. She even offered my wife & our son food/snacks. Definitely go support her immediately, she’s such a hard worker & she deserves the world! This is my new favorite spot, I will only be going here from now on. 🌺🦋😻

My first time eating Nigerian food was one to remember! I was welcomed in with open arms and left with a full stomach and a warm heart. I had the Swallow Amala Mixed Meat Egusi with fufu and it was great. I was also treated to complimentary puff puff and Sobol, which was super nice. Eating with my hands made it all the better!

After seeing Egusi soup and fufu on TikTok I've been wanting to try it for the longest time and im glad I chose to at kayode restaurant mirage! The food was so delicious and flavorful and I was full after eating only half the portioned fufu and egusi soup. There was plenty of tripe, tendon, and goat meat, though the bones were a bit big. The owner is so so so sweet and kind and even gave me puff puffs on the house! The puff puffs are slightly sweet fried dough, very addicting and yummy. The story behind her restaurant is one I’ll never forget and she is an absolute angel. Please support her and her son Kayode’s restaurant—I heavily recommend this place and I'll definitely order again!!

Note* pickup is located in the back of the restaurant, so not on Flatbush Ave but on E26st. She’ll be opening the front of the restaurant soon though so look forward to that!

Had a great experience at this Nigerian spot! The jollof rice was flavorful with just the right kick, and the chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy. Authentic taste and great portions—definitely coming back for more!

The food is AMAZING here! If you’re familiar with Nigerian food, you’ll love their food. The jollof, egusi, fufu (pounded yam) are alllll amazing!

They’re delivery and pickup only but I can’t wait until they open for dine-in. Auntie Tope (the chef/owner) and her family are soooooo nice!
