Came here after karaoke next door, and was surprised to find that this place closes at 4am!

We had a party of 7 and ordered the coconut chicken. It was hands down one of the best hot pot soup bases ive ever had! There’s a huge plate of chicken pieces that they throw into the pot as well as other ingredients to elevate the soup base. It was so flavorful and hearty it was my favorite part of the meal! My friends ordered the other stuff, so idk what we got, but quality tasted good. I liked that they had a sauce bar with a pretty decent variety and also a mini app section to get woodears and chips to snack on while waiting for the food. There’s also grapes and oranges available to grab after finishing your meal. Staff were so attentive and friendly. They made sure to fill our broth when it started getting low!

Best hot pot ever! The broth is not overly seasoned like every other hot pot place. They still have a sauce station if you want to add more seasoning.

The coconut chicken broth was tasty, with a balance of sweet and salty notes. The amount of chicken that comes with the broth is a generous amount, and I enjoyed the mixed vegetables, especially the pumpkin squash.

The grass fish fillets were also delicious, marinated with some lemon flavor.
My first coconut chicken hot pot in New York and it was absolutely amazing! Great variety of meat and vegetable options, great soup base, and great service. Highly recommend!!
Super great food and fresh chicken soup. We got the coconut one and it’s super tasty. Recommend for any winter dinner.
I had coconut chicken at Chi Chicken in LIC, and it was absolutely delicious! The soup was rich and flavorful, and I really enjoyed every bite. The service was excellent as well — the staff were very attentive, constantly helping us change the residue plates and refill the soup without us having to ask. Overall, a great dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Recently tried a fish maw chicken hot pot spot and really appreciated the overall experience. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, with a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Right after we sat down, the staff explained how to enjoy the hot pot properly — suggesting we taste the broth first before adding the chicken and fish maw. Throughout the meal, they checked in at the right moments, refilled the broth, replaced plates, and made sure everything was going smoothly without being intrusive. The pacing of the service felt very natural and well-timed.
As for the food, the broth was light, clean, and comforting. The fish maw was generous and nicely tender, and the chicken stayed juicy. A place that stands out not just for the food, but also for thoughtful, attentive service — definitely somewhere I’d return to.
Just stopped by with a friend after seeing the rave reviews. There were a variety of customization options but we went for the standard setting for 2.

The coconut broth with the chicken was interesting and very refreshing. The soup base was light coconut water which added an interesting twist to the hot pot experience.

Our main complaint with the experience is that the set for 2 was really not enough. We were really expecting more meat to come or at least more vegetable accompaniments. The chicken was barely enough and lots of small pieces with lots of bones. For the sides, it was just a few leafy greens and mushrooms. One small piece of corn for each of us and a few slices of carrots so overall we were disappointed by the amount to say the least. The pot looks big but it's also pretty shallow and wide so looks like more than there was.

Overall, the flavors were good but it wasn't really satisfying enough especially for the price
Excellent hotpot! The coconut chicken broth is light, fragrant, and delicious. The portions are generous and the ingredients are fresh. Service was great too and attentive. Will definitely be back!
We had a great time eating hot pot here. The coconut chicken hot pot is delicious, and the service is also great. The staff helped us cook the chicken, distributed the soup to everyone, and even helped us pick chicken out when it’s in the best texture. The ingredients are also high quality. Highly recommend!
First time having coconut chicken hotpot and it was surprisingly delicious. They used up 3 whole coconuts and 1 bottle of Fiji water for the initial broth. The free range chicken was of high quality and went so well with the mildly sweet umani broth.

Price is high but you pay for the quality
This was the first time I had coconut chicken and I loved it! The interior of this restaurant is spacious and cozy. Service here is quick and kind.

We got the coconut chicken and a variety of ingredients for our hotpot. They have a wide selection of different meats, veggies, and appetizers. Everything was great quality and fresh. Loved how comforting and delicious the coconut chicken broth was! Would definitely come back.
They gave out free Zongzi for Dragon Boat Festival!! (4 flavor options w jasmine aroma and it was decent!) Coconut chicken here makes me feel like home ❤️ the baby chicken is so tender and the coconut broth is so flavorful and hearty. We also loved the rice noodle (surprisingly the best rice noodle I’ve had in New York) as it has wok hey/smokey flavor) they also have all the authentic coconut chicken sauce options (scallion ginger, lime, lemon sauce, etc.) highly rec!!!!
We tried this new hotpot place for my birthday. Unfortunately, there was no special birthday treat or acknowledgment, which was a bit disappointing. The chicken broth was fresh and flavorful, and the service was attentive. However, the meal was expensive—$98 just for the broth for four people, and with side dishes and toppings, the bill came to around $300. The sauce bar wasn’t worth the extra charge, with very limited options. Unless they offer an all-you-can-eat menu or adjust their pricing, we probably won’t be back.
Amazing broth and food, definitely would come back!

The place is a bit unconventional. They have set combos that include the broth type and a bunch of ingredients. We got the chicken combo and it also came with a whole plate of chicken. We typically don’t eat chicken at hot pot but between all the other options this was the best choice.

Plenty of a la carte options to pick more items and good sauce station too.

Service was attentive and great, and the place is big enough where it doesn’t feel crowded.

Only downside is I wish they had more combos or other smaller-sized options to choose from. We had four people and our one combo was still a lot. But given the broth is truly outstanding - more than most other hot pot places - I’ll let this one slide!

Highly recommend giving this place a try!
I recently visited this Chi Chicken restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. Firstly, the restaurant's ambiance is very comfortable, with a fresh and natural decor that makes you feel relaxed. The waitstaff were very friendly and provided excellent service.

The highlight of the meal was definitely the coconut chicken. The chicken was tender and juicy, rich without being too heavy. The soup, made with fresh coconut, had a natural sweetness that perfectly complemented the chicken. The side dishes were also abundant, with a variety of fresh vegetables that were both healthy and delicious.

Additionally, the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, not just the classic coconut chicken. Huajiao flavor is also highly recommended. The prices are very reasonable, offering great value for money.

Overall, this is a highly recommended Chi Chicken restaurant. Whether for a family dinner or a gathering with friends, it's an excellent choice. I will definitely visit again!
