Busy Bee Coffee

Seemed like a really great place, highly rated. Pretty disappointing with my experience here. Drinks were decent, chai latte was ok. I've had better and worse. Maple cinnamon latte was decent. Very berry acai bowl is highway robbery. For the cost I expected a lot more than what I got. Website says there's granola but their menu inside doesn't. It definitely needs it. It is a TINY portion in a plastic container, that looks like it was premade and not freshly done. It was packed to go and we were eating here. Menu on tables shows a nice wooden bowl and spoon and basically triple the size. Decor inside is very lacking. They could make this such a cute bee/wild flowers/honey theme but it's just white walls basically everywhere. I don't think I'd come back.

An amazing experience! Great food, great coffee, super nice staff, and such a fun atmosphere. Every ingredient on the sandwich (Turkey Pesto) was fresh and tasty. I also got the Strawberry Cream Latte, yummy! Worth the price!!

Absolutely love this coffee shop! The food and coffee are always delicious, the aesthetic is beautiful, and the atmosphere is so calm and welcoming. It’s one of my favorite coffee shops to relax or even get some work done. The employees, Ceren and Enes, are always so kind and welcoming — they always have a smile on their faces and make the experience even better. My favorite dishes: almond croissant, grilled chicken sandwich, avocado toast, and drinks I get the strawberry matcha, yellow tropical smoothie or cappuccino 🙌🏽Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great coffee, amazing vibes, and friendly service! ☕✨

Looking at my phone, I realized I have hundreds of contacts saved, yet there wasn't a single person I could easily reach out to for a cup of coffee. It’s because everyone is out there living their lives like "busy bees."<br><br>As I was walking in the rain, the sign for "Busy Bee Coffee" caught my eye, and I decided to step inside.<br><br>Modernity, coziness, tranquility, and serenity—all perfectly paired with a soothing backdrop of calm music. Finding a hidden gem like this in the middle of Flushing is truly no easy task.<br><br>The neon sign on the wall, "Bee-lieve in Your Buzz, Achieve Your Dreams," deeply resonated with me.<br><br>"Buzz." Like a bee that continuously flaps its wings without a single pause, we modern-day people have come to view taking a break as a form of laziness or even a guilt-ridden sin. To me, that sign felt like a warm, gentle invitation saying, "Come inside, have a cup of coffee, and catch your breath." It brought to mind the sacred reassurance: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."<br><br>With a cup of warm coffee and a slice of cake, I fully embraced a long-awaited moment of peace on this rainy day. The atmosphere here is quite pleasant. Beyond the coffee, I actually love the food here. The Chicken and Turkey is halal and food is always made fresh infront of you. It tastes clean and healthy.<br>Seating arrangement is pretty decent too with outside seating available.

The owner greeted me and was so sweet! She recommended the strawberry cream latte (pictured). I really enjoyed it, it was sweet and a little tart which was a very unique flavor combo. It’s a great place to do work as well. 6/5 ⭐️, will def come back again :-)

Came here looking for breakfast and I was amazed to see all the options available for you to eat a comfortable and yummy selection of breakfast/brunch. I got the avocado toast, the Nutella croissant and the waffle Nutella with fruit. Their coffee is delicious, I got a mocha latte. The place is pretty quiet. You are able to enjoy your brunch without a problem, the earlier you come the better. Please come ahead so you won’t be waiting to find a table. When I came it was a bit busy but I found a great spot to eat. Staff is kind and friendly! We are definitely returning for more when the weather permits to seat at their backyard😋

Today I visited Busy Bee for the first time, and I was truly impressed. I’ve tried many cafés in New York, but this place has a very special energy. The staff are so warm and friendly that you immediately feel comfortable. The drink I ordered was great, and the croissant was absolutely amazing — I haven’t had a croissant this delicious in a long time.<br><br>With its atmosphere and service, it’s definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice café in Flushing. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This beautiful little gem was right next door to my hotel, so I got to enjoy it every day for 2 weeks! Great coffee and food in a charming setting!

Such a lovely new cafeteria! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming 💜 The food is absolutely delicious! I especially appreciate that they offer decaf options and soy milk (many other places don’t have) It really shows they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back! ☕✨

I got a Nutella Bowl and a Mocha Hot Coffee. The Açaí Bowl, I felt it was too watery. I had bowls where it was thicker but the flavor was good. It had enough ingredients and the fact they served it in a “coconut” bowl, made it so cutesy. The coffee was also good, not too sweet and was able to enjoy the coffee portion.

after the gym, my boyfriend and i decided to try this new cafe nearby. we got the caprese sandwich, the turkey pesto sandwich, and iced americano (~$30 total). there are lots of seatings, strong wifi, delicious bakery items, selective sandwiches, and a wide selection of drinks. it’s nice that it’s located right near the westin hotel

I stopped in today with my family and tried the Strawberry Matcha Freddo from the Spring Bloom menu — absolutely delicious! The flavors were so fresh and perfectly balanced. I also had the chia seed pudding and the banana pudding, both of which were incredible. Everything tasted homemade and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommend this café for anyone looking for something cozy, creative, and genuinely good!
