I got myself the iced matcha latte, and for seven dollars, it was quite disappointing. I get it, it’s a latte, but the whole thing just tasted like milk. In a good matcha latte, you should be able to taste the matcha itself first and foremost, then the milk, then the honey (or sweetener but I don’t think those are necessary). The cup was also quite sticky for some reason. I enjoyed getting to kinda hang out in grand central as it is a very pretty place but for the price of the drink, I wouldn’t recommend it. Also, I realized after ordering that their matcha powder is stored in a clear container, and prolonged light exposure is not good for the flavor of the powder. Service was kind though!!

Hi Gavin
Thank you for your thoughtful review and for including a photo — that was especially helpful.
You’re absolutely right: the color of the matcha in the image is much lighter than it should be. A well-balanced iced matcha latte should have a vibrant green hue, reflecting a proper matcha-to-milk ratio. In this case, it does appear the drink was too milk-forward, and we understand how that would make the flavor fall flat.
We also appreciate you pointing out the sticky cup and your concern about storing the powder in a clear container. Both presentation and proper storage are important for quality and flavor, and your feedback is valuable in helping us improve.
Thank you again for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’ll be addressing this with our team, and we hope to have the chance to serve you a matcha that better reflects the quality and balance you were expecting.
Yuli Y - Operations Manager
