What a wonderful restaurant. I’ve never dined here before, however my first time experience was memorable.

The restaurant staff were very friendly and tentative. Our server was very nice, she checked up on us very frequently, pleasant and friendly attitude.

The environment and decor is stunning. Food tasted great and the drinks were on point.

Btw, I had the chicken fried rice, which tasted really good.

I highly recommend this restaurant, the prices may be a little high, however the portion given were good, amazing service and great tasting food n drinks, I had no complaints. You can’t put a price on quality food and service.

Lastly the bathroom impressed me a little, they put rocks in the sink, great decorative feature.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're thrilled that your first visit to Mojo was so memorable, and we're so glad you enjoyed the chicken fried rice along with our service and atmosphere. We can't wait to welcome you back to our Forest Hills location soon!
First time eating at Mojo and it did not disappoint. We were able to secure a table before the Friday night rush. Servers were kind and attentive. Great music and good vibes. My only qualms were the empanadas were a touch too greasy. Seemed like they sat in oil that wasn’t yet ready for frying. I also witnessed our server touching the lemons they put in our drink with their bare hands. Big no no when handling ready to eat foods, which is why I knocked down a star for service. This won’t deter me from returning though. Next time I’ll order a drink with no garnish.
My experience at Mojo Latin Restaurant was overall very good, and I would definitely recommend this place if you enjoy a vibrant atmosphere and flavorful Latin food. From the moment we walked in, the environment stood out immediately. The restaurant has a lively, stylish, and welcoming ambiance that makes it a great place to go with friends, family, or even for a casual date night. The music, decoration, and overall energy create a really enjoyable dining experience.

The food was delicious. We tried several dishes, and most of them were excellent. The Peruvian ceviche tasted very good and fresh, although as a Peruvian, I have to say it was not exactly an authentic traditional Peruvian ceviche. Still, the flavor was enjoyable and well prepared. The lomo saltado was really good, probably one of my favorite dishes of the night. The meat was flavorful, well cooked, and combined perfectly with the fries and rice. We also ordered empanadas and guac with chips, and both were excellent. The guacamole tasted fresh, and the chips were crispy and perfectly paired with it.

The waitresses were almost perfect: attentive, friendly, and professional during most of the experience. However, there was one detail that I believe the restaurant should improve. The gratuity was already included in the receipt, but we still felt pushed to add an extra tip. That is something that should be avoided. Customers should never feel pressured to leave additional tips beyond the gratuity already added. If customers truly feel happy with the service, they will naturally choose to leave more.

Besides that issue, I genuinely enjoyed the restaurant. Great food, amazing atmosphere, and a very enjoyable experience overall. I would return again and recommend it to others looking for a fun Latin restaurant in Forest Hills.
The food was so flavorful! The ceviche was perfect it was light and delicious. The calamari was great and thinly coated. The service was also great considering it was a busy sunday when we came in.
What a gorgeous spot. Our waitress Daniela was awesome, friendly, and attentive, and immediately asked about any allergies before we ordered. Their spicy margaritas really pack a punch. We ordered the Calamari to start which was super tender and it had these delicious bites of fried yuca along with it which we were fighting over. For my entree I got the Jumpin Lomo. The steak was suuuper tender and seasoned well. Food is a tad pricey, but you're getting what you pay for - quality food.
This is a hidden gem I highly recommend. The atmosphere screams luscious Latin vibes, the interior is stunningly decorated. The margaritas were great, and we had three rounds. The ceviche was so flavorful, yummy, yummy, yummy. I also enjoyed the avocado salad with grilled chimichurri chicken breast & my friend loved the fish tacos. The service was great and on point and the manager made sure we were having a good time.

Had this place in mind as a spot i wanted to check out at some point so on presidents day i stopped in...such a great spot with cute interior that has 2 levels...very friendly staff! Delaney was awesome and doing it all as it did start to really busy quick...food was so so good and drinks well made and strong!..They had a DJ playing downstairs so ended up at the bar which is a real nice vibe. Igor our bartender was quick, attentive and friendly...overall great time. Coming back very soon!
The food was delicious! My server Melissa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, kind, and on top of everything. She made sure our drinks were refilled, checked in at the perfect times, and had such a warm, welcoming attitude. You can tell she really cares about giving great service. She made our whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be asking for her again!
First time here. Nice atmosphere. Asked Matus for his recommendations and all of them were on point. The corn ribs were different and were loved by me. Went for happy hou and got a frozen drink. The Chimichurri chicken was on point. It was juicy and flavorful. I dont favor beans, so I did not get any. The Passion fruit cheesecake was good considering I dont like cheesecake. Everything was good and on point. I will be back for the next dish.
Amazing food and drinks! The shrimp Al Ajillo and shrimp tacos were very flavorful with lots of sauce. Highly recommend the corn riblets and down the hatch ceviche. The place was decorated nicely for the Holidays, very festive. We loved our wonderful server Daniela!! She was very responsive and kept checking on us, as well as being super sweet. Ask to be seated in her section.
I had a pretty good lunch here. I just came across this place as a spur of the moment thing looking for a random restaurant to review and this place certainly stood out.

The place is certainly huge, it has a 2nd floor but didn't get to see the upper floor because I was seated at the area near the bar on the first floor. The place gets good business since it was fairly crowded but it didn't affect the flow of service in the area. Due to the people in the restaurant I couldn't really get much pictured of inside the area but it definitely has color and the vibe of a Latin Fusion restaurant in full form.

My server was a pretty young woman by the name of Andrea and she was very attentive and courteous, ever the busy worker but would occasionally check on me during my time in the restaurant. I ordered Chicken Empanadas as a starter and Chimichurri Chicken as the entree. Food was plated beautifully and tasted just as good as it looked. As far as Latin food goes, certainly Top 5. It looked good and tasted good and sometimes that doesn't always come hand to hand but they did the job here.

Another pretty hefty prices lunch, everything w/ tip came up to $40 but I have no complaints. I had a good experience here.
Highly recommended! The brunch was delicious, the drinks were great, and the waitress was very nice, And the atmosphere was amazing. The lady who took our pictures was also super sweet.
