Manhattan Diner

I have not eaten here in person but my friend highly recommended the food. I ordered eggs and a smoothie for delivery. The smoothie was very good, and the delivery came fast. One star because in my eggs and cheese, I found a hair that had been cooked into the cheese. Disgusting.

My favorite place on the upper west side. Just got off a plane from 3 months in the EU (Spain and Mt. Athos in Greece) and this was my FIRST stop in NYC. Always delish food and excellent service; and the location on Broadway immediately at the 96th street subway stop couldn't be more convenient.

The best pancakes in town are here!! hands down. Id bet my money on them. I am impressed with the food in many ways. The veggie burger was a easy 8.5. Ive had 3 meals here at the least and they all were top notch. I wouldnt bother with the drinks though. I mean its a diner after all. Aside from that, you will enjoy your meal. I promise.

In line with what I'd expect from a diner! Relatively bright interiors, quick service, and noise levels on the quieter side.<br><br>What we ordered: Mexican Frittata ($17.95), Tex Mex Scrambled ($17.95), and Strawberry Pancakes ($16.95). Unlimited coffee pours from $3.75!<br><br>Javier our server was quick to take our order and was attentive. Great spot in the UWS area if you are looking for a quick bite.

I was in the area looking for lunch and was lucky enough to find this spot! The wait time for a booth was more than reasonable, and my food was out in no time. I went with the Manhattan Burger deluxe and am happy to say it was great, with a nice portion of fries too! I’m definitely adding this to my list of go to spots, looking to try the chicken souvlaki next.

A great way to start the week, the atmosphere and music was perfect. The food was delicious and portion size was great. The servers were very polite and friendly, i will definitely drop by again and bring my family and friends whenever i am near the area!

The omelettes we got barely tasted of egg, were dry, and had velveeta quality cheese. The pancakes were good. Way overpriced for what you get. When I was making an order the man kept trying to rush me then my husband said they were empty when we he went to pick up the food so I’m not sure why they were rushing me. Will not be returning.

The waffles were $14 for a single dry waffle (think motel continental breakfast), without maple syrup (?) or fruit or anything other than cold butter packets. We ordered three and finished none of them. Generally the food lacked flavor and was expensive. Best value? The side of corned beef or side of home fries by itself.<br><br>Also, my eggs were served on my waffle???

First of all, the food, wasn't great, it was just good, you know like the "typical american food* the prices are okay, and the service was kind but sometimes a bit disrespectful, i would not recommend it if you want a really great experience, but if you're in a rush and looking for something to eat for now, i think it's a good place for it

I was staying at the hotel around the corner and they recommended it. I loved it so much, I started every morning there. Beautiful decor and soothing house music. A perfect little diner.

The breakfast plate was amazing! However, the Penne Rustica was cooked thoroughly, but needed flavor. A little on the pricey side too.

Great place for good food and fast service. Portions were really big and we had leftover. Convenient location on Broadway and extended opening hours.

The interior was stylish for a diner, all the food we ordered was good, and the portions were generous. Service was quick and courteous.
