The clerks are nicer than other branches and the meal is fresh and delicious yummy

Our burritos 🌯 were delicious and filling. The steak, guac, rice and beans were especially yum; a hint of spice.<br><br>Though the cheese needed to be melted. I was also extremely disappointed they don’t have hot chips/fries with a tasty spicy seasoning like Taco Bell, Nando’s, Guzman y Gomez, Zambrero & Salsa’s.

location is good, food is good but they let a homeless guy camp out inside. he usually is either laid out sleeping across multiple seats by the window or standing by the door loudly yelling and being disruptive. It's very uncomfortable to eat inside because of this. No idea why they don't just have him kicked out and trespassed. He's also there almost every day both morning and afternoon.

Great experience! I often stop there on my break for lunch; Sam is amazing and a breath of fresh air. Always super helpful

Generally good but I got the chicken cup recently and it was not filled all the way which left me feeling sad 😔

Fresh ingredients as always but this location is based in the Empire State Building. Lunch time here is not for you 30- minuters especially if you didn't order online. The line will wrap and stay that way give or take an hour but the staff is working their butts off. As long as I remember to order off the app this is a fast lunch spot.

Ordered a burrito bowl to-go in person this evening and was disgusted when I got it home and realized they had served me spoiled, rotten lettuce. In addition, I received a shockingly small amount of tortilla chips (maybe 10???) with the chips & guac that I ordered. Very disappointing! This location is out to scam customers. Stay away!

It’s a hit or miss with the protein proportions here. Depends on the server. Today the first portion was literally 6 pieces. I then added “Extra” chicken and it was a total of 10 pieces. Just want consistency.

We had a chicken and sofritas burrito bowl. Mexican food never disappoints. The ingredients were fresh, and the burrito bowl was delicious. The portions are large. The people working there could be more welcoming with a smile.

Great discover for our NY trip. Food is great and portions are big. 2 of us can only finish one portion. Will come back definitely.

maybe we came at a bad time but we unfortunately did not have a great experience here. the serving portions were very small, except for the overflowing amount of sour cream, which was basically liquid. they also only had one last napkin left in the whole restaurant even though it was only 9 pm. might be a silly thing to point out but with the amount of sour cream each of our bowls were given, some were needed haha.

A regular understaffed Chipotle under USA society's symbol. How cool is that? Some people would complain it could be better staffed, better ingredients. Ok, let's be honest. You want better, go pay more at another place. I like that you always know what to expect and a good price that my pocket likes.

I ordered on the app about five minutes before arriving at the restaurant and my food was ready for me when I got there which was way before the expected time. The food was flavorful and exactly what I needed. I enjoyed their new steal meat and will definitely order it again. The place was clean and the staff was super helpful. It was not too crowded when I went, but it depends on the time that you go.

Amazing experience. Right below the awesome Empire States Building. The food's good. A spicy mixture of a chicken bowl with gaucamole was a perfect lunch for me, being an Indian. In the next trip to NYC, definitely going again here.
