I usually come here for lunch since it’s right across the street, but today was an absolute disaster. I ordered online ahead of time specifically to save a few minutes, but when I arrived for pickup, the line was wrapped around the store.<br><br>Ironically, the "pickup" line was significantly longer than the line for people who hadn't even ordered yet. I stood there for 15 minutes without the line moving a single inch. The crowd was in total disbelief—everyone was just staring at each other wondering what the point of ordering ahead even was.<br><br>I eventually gave up, walked out, and got my lunch elsewhere. I’ve already requested a refund and honestly doubt I’ll be back. If you’re in a rush, don't bother with the online "convenience" here.
