This place was so nice! This was my first time here & our waiter Fabio was so kind and attentive to us even when we were sitting outside. Great vibe, food was great & I will definitely be back !

First restaurant was beautifully designed, I love that there’s two different spaces. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into the decor. My friends and I are in love! This is a perfect spot for birthdays, or a date or just to eat it’s just the spot lol. We really enjoyed the food all as well and I love that they have different tea options. Highly recommend and will be back! I love the name too. Shout out to 🇦🇱♥️

absolutely amazing, service, food and atmosphere, we came here for our anniversary dinner and it was perfect, every single thing we ate was delicious, the small plates, the entrees, down to the cocktails, baddest of them all was so good, the lemon creme brulee for dessert, truly amazing. we couldn’t recommend this place enough

Took my daughter here for lunch for her birthday. We had the pleasure of having Sergio as our server. He was very attentive. The drinks he made were delicious. We had the lychee cocktail. Food was great and the atmosphere was definitely a vibe. Only issue is this is only wine/champagne, beer only.

I was immediately greeted, asked if I have reservations even though the place was empty but I heard this place gets packed so I told the young lady I didn't. She asked it's my first time there and I replied yes. I was offered to sit upstairs or downstairs which looked huge.i preferred to sit on the first floor since it was more dim for my liking. I went to use the restroom and when I came back I was given bread with sauce and a round breaded item. I sat down and another gentleman inflated this bubble and popped some warm smoke on the round breaded cheese which was also on some sweet sauce, it was so tasty. I did try the bread with the sauce. The sauce was delicious, the bread wasn't to my liking since it wasn't crispy and had a unique flavor I'm not sure if it tasted old or the flavor. I was offered a variation of water but I chose tap, I ordered hibiscus passion fruit cocktail, Mac and cheese with the lollipop chicken wings. I believe riskybiscui7 ratings and I've already heard great things about this restaurant especially that Sergio is the best chef. I'm not a, fan of Mac and cheese but let me tell you Sergio got talent for this, it's his destiny. The food was amazing and his wife who I met yesterday is a wonderful person very sweet. I saw other 2 ladies coming in after, one of them had an issue with the drink being too sweet or something on a young server. The lady who's Sergio wife stepped in to help, I'm glad it was resolved. I'm sorry if you guys have to deal with difficult customers, that customer could've asked about the drink before ordering it. I like mine and in the menu it states it's citrus, mine wasn't overpowering nor sweet. I mean I was treated like a Queen in there. I've been to many places in SI and this place and St Marks Cafe are great,,I heard it has the same owner. Clean, great service, fresh food. I definitely recommend everyone to come. BTW Sergio i hope one day you have your own restaurant cause man you have talent for food. God bless everyone who's at Bota, I left and the door was open for me I felt like I was walking out of the most fanciest places in NYC! One thing I have to add and this comment is for a positive, please provide a straw if the drink is to the top cause I spilled some of it on myself when I raised the glass to drink from it and warn the customer the glass is full. Thank God I have Oxi clean at home and the stain came off my blouse. I didn't say anything cause it was a very positive experience and I want to give suggestions. Thank you all again for making it a pleasant evening for myself

We had such a fantastic time and our server Fabio gave use the absolute best service. They had a peaky blinders dinner and a movie downstairs and upstairs had the dinner and bar. Decoration is so modern and detailed. A Dj was killing it after the movie was playing and it was only a Tuesday night. Definitely will be back!

HIDDEN TREASURE ALERT! :) my wife and I were walking past this place and it's so unassuming when you look at it from the outside but when we went inside the hostess named Marie showed us around and we simply could not believe what we were looking at!<br><br>It's like one of those places where you see a modest storefront and door but when you open it up it reveals this incredible dining room!!!<br><br>We only quickly went in there for a drink to check it out as we live in the neighborhood but we are definitely coming back. The St George area definitely needs more places like this and I believe the owners of this place are going to be opening up more establishments. I hope the photos speak for themselves!!! There is no way you can guess what's on the inside just by looking on the outside and I highly recommend this place!!

Had a lovely dinner here Saturday night with my husband before the theatre (St George is a few minutes walk) the service was friendly and attentive. We sat at the bar and ordered oysters. Calamari and spicy tuna. My husband had a spritz and I had a rose. All very good. Oysters especially. And the calamari was perfectly tender and crispy. One interesting thing is they don’t serve spirits. But it’s nice to have something different once in a while like wine and spritz. We will definitely be back. The decor is beautiful too

Great place, delicious food and amazing atmosphere. Sergio was my waiter and he really took care of us. Was super attentive and thoughtful, 10/10 food and environment (also great DJ and vibe 😄)<br><br>Would 100% come again 🤩

So there was no heat or they were waiting for a part. The staff and Owners went above and beyond to make it comfortable portable heaters paid for our dinner. They were extremely nice and couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. I found this place by accident googling French onion soup. it's been there for almost 2 years. They have another café down the block, The meatball appetizers were phenomenal so was the French onion soup. Our waiter was Sergio. He was Outstanding Went above above and beyond even the food we took home was nicely wrapped and decorated.

Took my mother here last night for 84th birthday. We were seated downstairs and didn't expect to have to keep our coats and hats on for the duration of the dinner. Very cold downstairs and hospitable and never have I ever experience being cold during a dinner inside a restaurant. Fall asleep for the patrons upstairs they were able to benefit from Headt but all we were accommodated were blankets and chili breezes coming from the window. The pricing and the portions did not match. The service were great and tried to accommodate us to the best of their ability, but unless they were heating technicians, they couldn't help us out with the lack of heat. They also hide liquor, but they do serve drinks. It seemed like it was warmer outside than it was downstairs and we couldn't wait to pay the check that already included the tip and had to our cause for warmth. This was a one and done for me and advise any business owner that wants to accommodate people inside a restaurant to make sure your HVAC system is intact

I was visiting from Charlotte and came across BOTA Super Club on Staten Island — and wow, what an incredible experience.<br><br>Sergio took care of us from the moment we arrived, and honestly, you should ask for him. He has this incredible energy and attitude that makes the whole place feel like home. His service, his attentiveness, and the way he explains each dish turn the night into an experience you’ll always want to come back to.<br><br>The food was spectacular, the music and atmosphere were on point, and the cocktails were amazing. A special shoutout to Augie, the DJ, who set the perfect vibe for the night — his music truly elevated the whole experience.<br><br>Highly recommended — and again, make sure you ask for Sergio. He’s a big part of what makes this place unforgettable.

What a fun night out and delicious dinner!!! Fabio was our server and treated us exceptionally well and made us feel super special :-) the chef Sergi did not miss a thing. Super wonderful night that I had a recommend to anyone in the area. Even worth the adventure from Manhattan ;-)

Best dining experience on Staten Island! We popped in just for a quick lunch and were delighted with the friendly and accommodating service! The food and atmosphere is fantastic. Our server Fabio was very nice and food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Five stars all around.

Best experience ever! The food was absolutely delicious with generous portions. They went above and beyond to make my friend’s birthday so special and truly memorable. Our host, Sergio, was outstanding—warm, attentive, and made the night perfect. Highly recommend!
