Shake Shack Empire Outlets - Staten Island Ferry

The food is delicious, but there is a black girl whose skin color is black. She deals with customers in an annoying way. I asked her and she didn't deal with me in a nice way. She refused. There was a young man here and he was nice. I think she is a black girl who doesn't like eggs. I'm a person who doesn't like racism in this thing. Thank you.

Absolutely love this place. Never had a bad experience at any Shake Shack throughout the US. Got the limited boneless BBQ rib sandwich. Absolute hit! It was a beautiful day so we sat outside.

Took the ferry from Manhattan. The food was really good. Usually crowded around 2-4pm. Lot of kids from nearby college so it’s loud if you choose to sit inside. Service was great as well.

Amazing workers, All of them. I went on Friday, April 17, 2026, at about 6:30 pm. These workers ALL get 5 stars. They ALL worked in uniformity. Taking in the orders, serving the customers as promptly with a smile on their faces and just overall doing their task with excellence. Props to Ms Kenya, who was in the forefront delivering exceptional service. Great job and an applaud to ALL the workers👍

Terrible service. The staff member who brought our food to the outdoor seating was incredibly rude—no greeting, just 'threw' the food on the table and grabbed the number plate. I tipped 10% upfront, but the service felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I even had to go back inside myself to deal with the drinks because they just handed me an empty cup with no explanation. Very unprofessional and hostile atmosphere for a Shake Shack. Save your tips, they don't care about the customers here

I went to shake shack about 2 days ago I got 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and fries… I got home and bit into the pinkest most rawest burger I’ve ever seen in my entire life.<br>It looked as if the outside was seared like a steak but the inside was still frozen hard I didn’t eat until about 2-3 hours of purchasing being that I don’t live in Staten. I had to put the all the burger patties in the airfryer twice to cook the inside of the burger. I ate it after and have been having severe stomach pain. I usually don’t even eat shake shack couldn't believe it.<br>Please cook these burger thoroughly 🙏🏻 my stomach still feels off and I eat everything I’m not a picky person but this was odd for me

Service was INCREDIBLY good. The food was amazing, as well. However, the setup is less inviting than other Shake Shack locations, ie the tables and layout. Switching to the more stable wooden tables like the other locations could improve the esthetic.

Absolutely terrible service Rude staff specifically John with the glasses ordered a cheese fries no option to give on the side and drizzled a small amount just on top intentionally so they can charge for more My kid went to the register and they completely ignored him place smells like marijuana and seating is dirty quick ferry stop to eat and use restroom which are also filthy

The food was delicious but the staff were so rude and unprofessional, the place was not clean at all. I noticed They guy that should be cleaning is just watching the sodas fountain he was super rude when he saw a kid filling a cup of soda from the fountain he just dipped his finger in it and spilled it to the drain and cursing, he could've just warned him and let him go it's just a cup of soda cost maybe a dollar or less PLUS if they don't want anyone to refill or sneak drink, they should keep the fountain behind the register! Very unprofessional and unhygienic. I will Never visit this location again.

Ordered via app and when we got there (10mins), our order was ready. A very friendly and kind staff, Jon, greeted us and happily handed us our order. We went for the double shack BOGO and the $1 large fountain drink. The quality of the burger is always exceptional, even better with the BOGO promotion. The vibe and atmosphere provided by the staff made us feel welcomed. Much better experience this time compared to out orevious visits at this location!

The food was great, nice fries. The service was not good, the guy that delivered our food to the table had a bad attitude, didn’t even look into our eyes. When I asked for straws (because they didn’t put on my tray) he rolled his eyes and gave me one.

The place was clean and quiet, not very crowded at the time. The ordering process was simple, and the service was quick. Staff found to be welcoming and friendly. They have ample indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Their burgers, fries, drinks, and shakes are popular. But, the items appeared to be a bit overpriced.

This place was clean, staff awesome very friendly.<br>Burgers come in small and double, small was very good.<br>The place was packed I guess because at the time was chilly outside. Out side you have seating too.<br>Avocado burger it’s very nice.<br>Drinks were good no too sweet.

I like this fast food chain and when I visit, I usually get the one with the giant mushroom. They have great fries! Been to the one near the Brooklyn Bridge, Staten Island Mall and now at the Empire Outlets. It’s a comfortable wait on the line but they prepare your order quickly. EO has outdoor dining and it’s comfortable. Its hamburgers are delicious, not to mention that shake! Kudos.. they have the “pride hamburger” on their glass, too.
