Bison & Bourbon

The tacos are very good here, ive had the pulled meat pizza thing the sampler platter with egg rolls and moroccan cigars, ive tried the salmon, the steak and last night I got 1 juicy burger. Suffice it to say I have been here a few times and keep coming back because the food, drinks, and service are good. Oh and did I mention my wedding was here.<br><br>So why the one star? Last week I was attending a high profile event with Israel's top performer as the musical entertainment. While I was waiting for my husband to grab my purse from downstairs. Two guys walk past and without turning around the one with an orange beard (not bright orange) says "guess you came up here so nobody would have to see you and the least you could do is say hello" I am beyond disgusted and even more so because I was holding my baby. Later I see he is one of the top people working at the place, he walks around like he is 🤢 When my husband pulled him aside so he could apologize to me, he feigned ignorance. I hate to think what a nightmare working under this guy is. Do you think he takes advantage of female employees when he talks that way to a repeat local patron? My bet is on yes.<br><br>The anual event was a success. Being sexualy harrased in my gala finest really didnt phase me. I've already come back since that happened but this guy takes 4 stars off an otherwise perfect rating. Sad.

I'd give this place 3 star. The experience was a big mixed. One thing that really stood out (not in a good way) was that the ceaser salad took about 20 minutes longer to come out than the main dish, which didnt make much sense. On top of that, the salad had tomatoes in it- I've honestly never seen such a thing, so that was a bit odd.<br><br>On the positive side, the grilled chicken was fairly good. Well cooked and flavorful. The desert ferrero rocher creation, was excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal. Another standout was a spinach side dish which was actually one of the best things we had-but we were told they don't make enough to sell us more.<br><br>Overall, some good elements, but the timing and a few unexepected choices in the dishes left room for improvement.

Im giving a 4 with hopes it will be a five in the future. Ive been here a bunch of times and had basically everything on the menu the food is fantastic the carpaccio especially.<br>The reason for a 4 is i dont appreciate the way they do their specials. I guess the host is the one that sat us (side point they usually let us pick any table which i really like) and proceeds to tell us the specials the problem was the host has a thick accent and it was almost impossible to understand what the specials were.<br>I would love to tell you to go and get the phyllo dough with chicken in it special and the watermelon mixed drink but i dont know what they were called and what else was in it?<br>If i could suggest an answer to my problem, every table gets an ipad menu it shouldn't be very difficult to add the specials with a pic and a side bonus is add the price so i dont look stupid asking how much the special costs (it was under 30 for the app special well worth it).<br><br>Update time! I was just there the other night and when telling us about the special the waiter said hold on and pulled out her phone and showed every person at the table a picture of the special! It was exactly what was needed so true to my word i have updated the review from 4 to 5 stars.<br>As always the food and drinks were unbelievable special shout out to the pulled beef egg rolls that come on the bison sampler platter they were out of this world😁

Valentine’s dinner was a hit here! Amazing flavors, super attentive staff, great drinks and a killer atmosphere. We are definitely going back! We ate the chicken Shwarma, and highly recommend the chef’s special beef, mushrooms, in an amazing sauce of loveliness, zucchini sticks were delectable, and crispy cauliflower was fantastic! Go, you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing place!<br><br>The food is delicious!<br><br>If there is something that I need to criticize, it’s the music that is a little bit to the loud side, I expect the music to be calm and quiet in a steakhouse.<br><br>The staff are amazing, but they are a little bit understaffed - maybe it was only today.<br><br>Otherwise everything was amazing!<br><br>Will return again? YES!

Outstanding service and delicious food. Atmosphere was rustic and a great vibe. Juan the manager was great, and Adi (our server) was well informed and was polite and greeted us warmly.<br>We celebrated our daughter’s birthday and they turned on house music for us for a few minutes - really cool for them to go the extra mile.<br>Apps were great, prime rib was perfect and their BnB burger was terrific. Food was cooked and presented perfectly. Bread basket was meh, but it’s complimentary.<br>The Ferrero Rocher mousse dessert was heavenly.

My sister and I had a great time here. The food was amazing as well as the drinks. And a shout out to the cutest decor!

I was there for the first time a few days ago with my family. We've been to their other restaurant, Bass & Bourbon a couple of times already (we usually prefer dairy), so this time we figured we'll try this one. And it did not disappoint!!! First the place looks stunning! And large! We were a large group of like 8 adults and a child. So we had a reservation, we were seated right away. They gave us all a paper menu, plus a couple of tablets were on the table where you can see the whole menu with more details and photos. We started by ordering a few apps that we all shared basically, and the foods started coming in almost no time. We got the street tacos, the chicken n waffles, a few more i can't recall now. All were so delicious!! For the mains we ordered like 3 different steak dishes, and a short rib wellington. And I'll say this again, I think everyone of us usually prefers dairy restaurants over meat. But not one bite of meat was left on any of the plates! Every plate in the table was licked clean. And my dear brother that is nice enough to treat us all to this, was saying how it hurts a lot less paying the check when you see empty plates like that. Every one of us loved the food. We even shared a couple of desserts, the peanut butter cake with vanilla ice cream, a plate of 3 flavors of sherbet. And one more I don't know the name of. It was all 10/10. I was telling my brother at the end wow I didn't think I'd ever enjoy a meat restaurant meal this much.

The food and seating areas were great. The service was TRASH. The waiter simply did not come to our table, even once. I had to get up and tend to everything myself. They charged 30$ in “gratuity” which is theft, because I simply did not receive that service. Next time I get bad service at a forced gratuity type of restaurant I will absolutely call my credit card and cancel it.<br><br>The food was fantastic though, and the seating areas were really nice!! Hence the four stars nonetheless.

Love love love! Came here for a bachelor dinner with a party of more than 30 people and we’re thrilled with the experience. Began with salads and pulled beef tacos, some meat pizza, fried chicken and onion, large ribeye (not pictured). Everything was delicious and we sat for an all you can eat. They truly give you all you want. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Wonderful ambiance. The place is really pleasantly designed and appropriate music in the background.<br>Food was very good.<br>Service was excellent. One thing I'd suggest is that the waiters should make sure to speak slower, and more deliberately clear. It's a habit of speech that maybe the owners should pay attention to when training them.

The food is delicious and the service was great. the only thing that took longer than usual to arrive were the cocktails, had to remind the server multiple times about them. But overall we had a great time.
