Two bagels with flavored cream cheese from the same order. I guess I could give 5 stars for a generous portion of cream cheese (maybe even too generous) or 1 star for barely a swipe - so we'll call it 2.5. For around $9 a bagel, you would at least expect some consistency, especially if the same person made them.

I got an egg everything bagel with olive cream cheese and slice tomato. Everything was fresh even the sliced tomato. The olive cream cheese had an elevated flavor which surprised me, pleasantly. The guy in the back taking the order was very efficient and friendly. The ladies in the front... well, their attitudes sucked. Literally yelling at people to move forward to pay. Not even the slightest bit of hospitality in the tone. I got scoffed at when I was shocked that a medium Frappuccino costs $9! The bagel was $5.50 (reasonable price!) Not much that the girl could have done but to scoff at me was quite unprofessional. Still I said thank u and wished her a good day. Not even a "same to u" just more yelling at the people behind me. I was turned off by the attitude, but the food was good.
Amazing bagels in Brooklyn!! I had a classic sausage, egg and cheese on an everything bagel and came back again for the same thing 😍 The coffee is really good, too! The staff is super nice and friendly. They manage a big crowd well!
Went at 3pm on a weekday so it was pretty dead and easy to order. The menu is massive so I needed time to decide anyway lol. They have so many varieties of cream cheese, much less sandwich combos!
For my gluten-free friends, they offer a plain and everything gf bagel. I ordered the everything gf bagel and it was delicious! Would definitely go back for another bite and to try another sandwich!
Honestly. It’s disappointing to order the same salad from here and EVERY SINGLE SALAD WAS WRONG. I’m done. Today I ordered the SAME CESAR SALAD AND I WAS GIVEN ITALIAN DRESSING. Store was empty and I went during holiday hours. This is my last purchase. I’ll be back at opening to RETURN THAT SALAD. Sad and disappointing. I keep coming back and I get my order wrong every single time. I’m DONE!!!!’
Great spot with excellent service that offers Bagels and sandwiches, smoothies and coffee. Got a bacon, egg, cheese, hashbrown and avacado on a toasted everything bagel sandwich and an iced mocha. Both were delicious. Highly recommend
This bagel shop is fantastic. The bagels are fresh and flavorful, the bagel sandwiches are excellent, and the cream cheese is amazing. The smoothies are also very good. The line can be long at times, but it moves fairly fast. The quality makes it worth the wait and I would definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area.
Your typical neighborhood bagel shop — offering a huge variety of freshly baked bagels, spreads, and toppings. Fast and friendly service. The space is a bit cramped with minimal indoor seating, but there are sidewalk dining options. Overall, an affordable and satisfying stop for a quick bite
I only gave you guys a 2 because I found a long piece of hair in my drink. That's not hygienic. I don't know how to feel about this or what are the laws and regulations on this but i just wanted you guys to know. Other than that the bagel with bacon and egg was delicious and the tea was good until towards the end when this extra long piece of hair was in my cup stuck to the inside of the lid, It's not mine because I have kinky curly hair that's dyed ginger. Anyways be more careful next time guys. Mistakes do happen but this was my first time eating here and maybe my last I dont know. The customer service was outstanding and everyone was orderly and friendly. Everything looked fresh and the place eas extremely clean. Thanks 😊
I wanted to send a message of thanks in regards to the Crown Heights location on Franklin. Everyone is always working so hard and even tho it’s busy they are efficient and friendly. I had a lovely plain bagel with Lox and scallion cream cheese. Very good quality and delicious. I will definitely be back as these are THE BEST bagels in Brooklyn! 💚
Response from the owner
Hi Marsha,
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled that you enjoyed your plain bagel with lox and scallion cream cheese--the team works hard to make sure every bite is enjoyed!! We're so glad to be considered the best bagels in Brooklyn! We appreciate your support and can't wait to see you again for more of the best bagels!!
Sandwiches and wraps ordered at the counter further away from the main entrance. At the closer counter, one orders smoothies and blended or pressed juices. Clean bathroom with wallpaper imprinted with sights from Brooklyn. Bottled and can refreshments from a reach-in refrigerator. Al fresco seating is available.
Their BEC bagel is excellent, one of the best I’ve had! The bacon & eggs were cooked perfectly.

Easily the best bagels I’ve had in this area! Really nice chew, seeds on both sides, great flavor.

Their smoothies are great too!

Music is way too loud for my liking, so I usually get food to go. But the outdoor seating is great when the weather’s nice. I’d definitely come by more often if the music was a bit quieter & less inside!
Enjoyed a pumpernickel everything with garlic and herb cream cheese. The cream cheese was great and the bagel was good though I had wished it had been toasted a bit less. Also had a vanilla iced coffee which was fine overall though had a weird aftertaste. It was a relatively quick experience so I would visit again.
The overall experience was enjoyable. However, the setup for ordering a hot beverage was a bit confusing. The two lines—one for bagels and one for coffee—could use better organization.

That said, the plain bagel with cream cheese was excellent. It had just the right amount of cream cheese, making it easy to eat without being messy—a genuinely pleasant eating experience.

The regular coffee was also solid—smooth, not burnt, and satisfying.

Seating was readily available, and it was easy to find space for a group.

I’d definitely come back.
Awesome Bagel restaurant 🥯 !! This is the one! Man 😌 they got a pumpernickel everything bagel that is to die for! It’s so good! The whole wheat everything, regular everything , in fact I haven’t had a bad bagel here yet. They have a great exterior crust and a nice gooey & chewy inside. Not sure why they weren’t at BagelFest last year but they’d easily win if they enter! The food is amazing. The smoothies there are pretty good too. The only thing is it’s always packed and full of people. And if you’re getting any hot sandwich it can take awhile. Even calling ahead sometimes doesn’t help which makes it hard if your crunched for time in your morning. But if you have time it’s well worth it for a real NY / Brooklyn Bagel! The staff always keeps a level head amongst the chaos of orders and have been friendly on my visits. They have more spreads then I thought possible for a bagel as well! It’s a great spot with great food! Check them out! 😎 🥯
