Yard House

Me and my family had a splendid time at this establishment! Our meals were all delicious and came out relatively quick, and our seats were very comfortable and nicely lit.<br><br>The server we received, Javi, was very kind and explained things extremely well. He was overall an amazing server.<br><br>However, I had an encounter with a staff member in the washroom that was disappointing. When I was in the washroom, there was a staff member exiting the washroom. After exiting the stall, they did not wash their hands and instead just walked out. I found this quite concerning.<br><br>I hope this is a misunderstanding, but the rest of my experience was amazing!

Service was very good from Joey, atmosphere very good,<br>The issue was the food ....<br>I have eaten at six yard houses .. This one has the worst tasting food...<br>Wings tasteless this is because they're oversized with the attempt to appease customers in fill bellies. The tacos here tastes different than any other yard house, and different means not good... However, the salmon who was outstanding and so was the steak and mac & cheese.<br>Overall, yes, I would come back and try this location again.<br>Dessert was pretty good

This was a great visit! The restaurant is perfectly located in Times Square and it only took us a short walk to get there. Upon arrival we had to wait about 10 mins but it was no issue.<br><br>Thanks Sanaa for taking care of us! She was friendly, attentive and answered any questions we had. There was a table near us who tried to give her a difficult time and she handled it gracefully!<br><br>We ordered a variety of entrees including Ahi nachos, wings, and burgers. All were good!

I visited this location two days in a row . Both days were great , I visited at night and then early afternoon . Between the two days I was served by Kai and Derrick - whom were awesome . They were both personable , attentive and all around great servers .<br>The food came out at a decent time and the taste was consistent . On my second visit , I met one of the managers named Mike . He was personable and also very attentive . He checked in quite a few times at my table and I truly appreciate it. Being in the heart of the city with many patrons coming in and out he still took the time to make sure my visit was memorable. I will certainly be back to visit !

Very spacious, music not too loud.<br><br>Service was very friendly and fast.<br><br>We ordered the truffle pizza and whiskey chicken wings. Both were delicious. It was our first time here but we were impressed with the food quality, ambiance and overall experience for a place so close to times square.

I love going to this place to dine in. The servers are really nice. The atmosphere is great, and their beer selection is wonderful. The food there is also amazing.<br><br>But every time I order Uber Eats, it’s like you guys don’t even try. How did I just pay $30 for 10 wings to get delivered by Uber Eats and this is what you guys sent me? All drumsticks, no flats at all. When I ordered chicken wings, I expect the whole wing not half of a wing.<br><br>And to make things worse, you guys didn’t even give me sauce for dipping. This is the second time you do this to me with the dipping sauce.<br><br>I don’t know who you got in the kitchen packing these to go orders. But these people need to be fired.<br><br>This is the second time I have ordered from you guys and it has been a disappointment.<br><br>You really need to do better and hire better people who actually care about their job. This is pure incompetence, unacceptable. Zero stars.

This is a very nice place to eat. The atmosphere was amazing. We sat on the 2nd floor, right next to the window. Such an awesome view. Our server Eric was great. Very helpful with the menu. The firecracker shrimp were delicious 😋! Overall the food was very good. Loved the music that they were playing.

Five of us came for dinner on Saturday night. We had a reservation and got right in. The place gives off “sports bar” vibes, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I started with a 32 ounce beer in a comically gigantic glass. It was almost too hard to drink. We started with a fried cheese app, which was very good. Entrees were a few pizzas and a chicken tortilla soup. The soup was a little too creamy and also limey at the same time. The pizza was just average. I’d come back for a beer and an appetizer but probably wouldn’t eat again.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the Yard House. There are so many delicious food options for anyone, and a great beer selection. Our server Derek was so attentive, funny, and gave great recommendations.<br><br>We had the sashimi and fire / bang bang shrimp starters, the truffle burger and mango chicken for mains. Highly recommend.

Food was delicious. our waiter was Joey and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the food. With suggestions. We had Parmesan truffle fries, tortilla soup, calamari, guac, and chips for appetizer and then we had chicken penne with vodka sauce, lobster and shrimp with garlic noodles for dinner and passion fruit lemonade.

Yard House—A Reluctant Convert’s Confession<br><br>I’ll admit it—I’d never been to Yard House before. I usually stick to family-run spots, but sometimes places expand because they’ve nailed the key fundamentals of running a restaurant.<br><br>This Yard House is massive—upstairs and downstairs, right in the epicenter of Times Square chaos—but I was seated immediately and the server was genuinely excellent.<br><br>Two solid recommendations later, I was locked in and ready to put in work.<br><br>Started with the spicy tuna stack, which was fantastic: clean, fresh fish with just enough heat to keep things interesting.<br><br>Then came the main event: the Bleu Cheese and Bacon Burger with Truffle fries.<br><br>I am not kidding…this might be one of the best burgers I’ve had so far while here in New York.<br><br>Ridiculously decadent, piping hot (which matters more than people realize), with that perfect balance of sharp bleu cheese cutting through rich bacon and beef. The truffle fries were crispy, indulgent, and exactly the right sidekick they needed to be.<br><br>Sure, they had 18 simultaneous college basketball games playing from three time zones of teams I couldn’t pick out of a lineup…but honestly? When a burger hits this hard, I don’t care if I’m eating it inside a mosh pit!<br><br>Highly recommend…🙌🏻

Great experience at Yard House. I passed it a couple of times and thought i would give it a try. Nice TV screens and atmosphere. I had buffalo chicken 🐔 wings (better than most bar food) and a beer. Star was my server and bartender. Overall great experience. I'll visit again.

Overall impressed with Yard House! Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to sample their beers, but it’s certainly an impressive selection!<br><br>The food menu was equally impressive in its diversity and variety.<br><br>The tuna salad was refreshing, a strong sesame oil flavour, with the tuna goes perfectly.<br><br>The Jambalaya was great, very filling, a bit on the heavy side. Loved the strength of those blackened shrimp.<br><br>The orange chicken was a tad on the sweet side for me, but a nice addition. Super crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside.<br><br>The firecracker shrimp also great, only not as crunchy as I would have liked, and not spicy at all for me.<br><br>I’m sure paired with the recommended beers, the meal would have been elevated.

Love this place. We have been to several on the east coast and they never disappoint. The food is great and so is the staff. They have a large selection of IPA beer which is what I enjoy having. We had an issue where my son’s food didn’t come out until we were all done eating but immediately the staff gave us a gift card for his meal since we paid on the machine already. Will always go to a yard house if it’s in the area.

We live in Vegas and love Yard house , today I want to recognize Maya in New York locations for provided absolutely excellent service at Yard House. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly made the experience stand out.<br><br>Huge compliments to the kitchen as well — the food was outstanding! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can really tell the care and quality that goes into each dish.<br><br>Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to Maya’s top-notch service and the incredible work of the kitchen. Great team !!!!!!
