Overall decent meal, I enjoy the seared tuna. Family friendly venue. Service was good for the fact that they had to accommodate our party of three at the same time as a party of 20+. Be careful if you are with the kids as the tablet games are an extra $2.99 which automatically gets added to your bill. With tip for my husband daughter and I my husband and I paid about $50each =$100 total for two mains, a kids meal, and two brunch cocktails, so a bit on the medium - pricy side. Food was good though.

⭐☆☆☆☆<br><br>Very disappointing experience. My friend had a photo of his ID on his phone, but the staff refused to serve him. I understand businesses need to check identification, but the situation could have been handled much better. We came to enjoy a meal and drinks, but instead left frustrated and disappointed. The customer service and overall experience were not what we expected.

I had one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve ever had at the Yard House in Wayne, NJ. My party of six arrived around 6:30 PM on a Saturday and were told there would be a 20-minute wait, which was completely understandable. We were seated around 7:00 PM and ordered drinks and appetizers. Even the appetizers took an unusually long time to arrive.<br><br>Knowing things seemed slow, we placed our entrée orders right away and repeatedly emphasized that two taco orders needed to be made without cilantro due to an allergy/sensitivity. After waiting well over an hour, our server informed us that she had accidentally lost part of our order and asked us to repeat everything. We did, again stressing the cilantro issue. About 20 minutes later, she returned a third time to clarify the order.<br><br>Meanwhile, tables seated after us had already received and finished their meals. When I expressed my frustration, I was met with a brief apology and eventually requested a manager. The manager acknowledged the situation was unacceptable and assured us our food would be expedited.<br><br>Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The meals arrived in stages over an extended period of time. Some food was cold, and one of the taco orders arrived covered in cilantro despite our repeated requests. We struggled to find either our server or a manager to address the issue. Even after the order was remade, cilantro was still visible on the plate.<br><br>To make matters worse, no one checked on our table for drink refills despite us being seated for nearly two hours. Empty glasses sat untouched throughout most of the meal. The lack of communication, attentiveness, and urgency was incredibly disappointing.<br><br>While I appreciate that the manager ultimately comped the meal and provided each member of our party with a $10 gift card, it doesn’t change the fact that this was one of the most disorganized restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Nearly two hours for food, multiple order-entry mistakes, allergy-related errors, food arriving at different times, and virtually no table service is simply unacceptable.<br><br>I hope management takes steps to improve communication, order accuracy, allergy accommodations, and overall guest service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

First time here and bit disappointed. Heard so many good things about this place. Ordered a margarita pizza was good but was little cold. Ordered plain wings and got wrong wings and had to send back. Got cheese curds which weren’t bad but very greasy. Had problem checking out with credit card. May go back and try again.

Was great overall! The drinks were delicious (The dragon cosmo was a really really good recommendation!) The food was fairly priced and the chicken nachos are honestly my favorite, I couldn't take a good photo cause I couldn't stop eating them!<br>Server was attentive and very nice, only downside was my dessert was packed up and they forgot to bring my container of hardly eaten wings I was going to save for later and I realized way too late it wasn't in my bag :') Everything tasted great aside from that

It was incredibly delicious! The combination of flavors was so unique and amazing. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves good food and interesting flavor combinations.❣️😋😋😋

My homegirl and I went and let me tell you how great it was! It was a Thursday evening, walked in and we were seated right away. Ashley took really great care of us! She was attentive, friendly, kind, and absolute people person without being overbearing. This is coming from someone who is an introvert. One of the best dining experiences I've had in a while. She went over the gluten free menu with me and double checked with me before putting any gf orders through. Seriously, awesome service! Thanks Ashley! The food was fabulous! I had the chicken lettuce wraps for my app 10/0 the sauces were magnificent! Then I had the shrimp tacos on corn tortilla (no cheese) with jasmine rice and beans for my entree. Usually when you have a modified dish, it tastes like something is missing, this meal did not! It was still packed with flavor. We also had dragonfruit martinis. It was a bit sweet but would totally recommend after a long day. We truly enjoyed and did not feel rushed at all! Honestly, I'd go back there tonight but self control is needed. Great experience, great vibe 10/10!

It was a wonderful experience! Stephen was our server- very nice and attendant. Atmosphere is dark and toasty. Me and my fiancé ordered the chicken nachos for the appetizer in which we were amazed at the portion size. The size of the appetizer was for like three people to eat. For our son we ordered the chicken tenders and fries which was also a big size for an almost two year old. For main dishes I ordered the pineapple chicken was very flavorful. My fiancé ordered the orange chicken which was also very delicious. Lastly, for dessert we ordered the s’mores brownie dessert- which was recommended by our server. Good Choice because it was also very good! Will be coming back soon!

First time here and pleasantly surprised in a good way. They're located in the Willowbrook mall vicinity- so plenty of parking. The place is really big inside with ample seating. Great play list 🎵🎶 Our bar tender Eric was excellent and made me the best drinks!! Now lets get to the food....delicious!!! We started off with The Coco Passion and Orange Yardcicle SO GOOD. We opted for the Korean bbq Cheesesteak with sweet potato fries and coleslaw & the Whiskey Glazed Salmon. The portion sizes were perfect, filling and deliciously prepared. Turned around and tried the New Holland Dragon's Milk- (good dark beer- similar to Guiness but Better) and for dessert the Bread Pudding with Caramel Crème Anglaise 😋 Great experience overall. Definitely recommend and will come back!! 👌

Ordered crispy Brussel sprout as appetizer, it’s overly oily and saggy. Got a pink dragon, drink is ok. Also ordered the sesame crusted ahi tuna as dinner, the rice that came with it, it’s a simple one bite rice ball. The veggie, no taste at all. Sesame crusted ahi tuna is no taste as well.

Having never been to a yard house I have to say they had a lot to choose from in the menu.<br><br>We got onion rings and firecracker shrimp.<br>The onion rings were so soggy and full of grease.<br>The shrimp was ok.<br><br>The meals just ok. The cheesesteaks cheese wasn’t even melted.<br>My Maui chicken was good but I didn’t like the rice or broccoli.<br>My husband had the jambalaya he said was good.<br><br>I would like to try yard house again but maybe not this one.<br><br>Our waitress had an attitude like we were bothering her being there.<br><br>I liked the atmosphere. We sat by the kitchen which was way to loud with banging of pots and pans.

Loved it, diffently going back, and they cater to vegetarian, and to anyone who dont drink alcohol, they have a great selection. Now my waiter, Mo, was the best. She went above and beyond, i really appreciated it. This will be my new, go out with friends and watch the games spot

09/25/2025<br>Always enjoy coming here, if it's not too crowded.<br>Since we'd caught 'happy hour' and decided to just munch on a few apps. The Poke nachos (amazing as always)... blackened Ahi sashimi,<br>an order of chicken lettuce wrap, and some spicy hummus. All very good.<br>TONS of amazing beers along with mixed drinks and even wine can be had as you watch your favorite sport show.

Always here and the service is always great, but Danielle K. was NEXT LEVEL. Super attentive, the absolute BEST we’ve ever had! It’s the little things ya know!? (Never having to ask for a refill, bring extra napkins, ask how everything is or bring the check.) Service like that is important so TIP your server well! BEST Lemon Pepper wings around! Large Pretzel/Cheese Curds/burgers are always great but these wings are freakin PHENOMENAL… Must try!

We had an amazing experience at Yaad House Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the clean, spacious, and comfortable environment. The drinks were perfectly crafted, and the food… oh my goodness! As lovers of spice and herbs, we were thrilled to find the perfect balance of flavors—absolutely delicious! The service was top-notch, with the server, sous chef, and hostess all being incredibly welcoming and attentive. We visited after our vows to have lunch with our family, and everyone was more than pleased with their meals. Thank you, Yaad House Family, for making our day even more special. This was our 4th visit to the Wayne location, and once again, our expectations were exceeded.
