I went to purchase a cake. The women pictured below spent more time talking than assisting customers. The one in the black head wrap lied and stated that they don’t write on any of the cakes. While at the register, the cashier decided to call another customer, despite me standing in front of her trying to pack. #rude and highly unprofessional.

The people here for rude. If you come between 5-7 pm (after work), expect to be pushed, rushed and stepped on. Its VERY packed and the lines are 30 min+ wait. One time I tried to order the pre-made salmon (without teriyaki sauce) and the woman at the hot foods section wouldn't let me order it. It was in the section where you have to order rice with it in a bowl and I told her I didn't want a rice bowl, I just wanted the salmon. She basically refused to serve me. I was appalled. I even tried doing a whole foods delivery order on Amazon, and the delivery drivers were sooo MEAN. One of the delivery guys even cursed at me because he had trouble with the doorbell, even though I specifically wrote in the instructions to call me upon arrival. It was horrible. I just won't shop at this whole foods anymore. Im not paying premium prices for a horrible shopping experience and HORRIFIC customer service. Will go somewhere else

Hi Davisa, we'd like to take a closer look at this for you. Please contact us at wfm.com/help so we're able to best assist you. Thank you.
I shop here alot but the other day, I saw a couple with their dog walking around the store with no objection or resistance from staff.
Am I supposed to trust your store's compliance to health code laws if dogs are in such close proximity to food we are supposed to put in our bodies? Pls do better
OMG, Eyes LOVEing the Swan Squash at WholeFoods, truly the most BeautyFullest Squash Eyes ever did see!!!! FUNN and def glad eye NOT seeing Squashed Swan!
Do not buy dried porcini mushrooms. They are dried with worms and they are not porcini as they claim on the package. I’m glad I soaked them in hot water.
Be aware.
I used to shop at this store regularly, as I live nearby and am a Prime member. Lately, however, the store has been declining. Items are often mispriced, the lines are growing, some products (such as bagels) are removed +30 minutes before closing time, which does not respect customers shopping during posted hours.

My most recent experience was the most disappointing.

While using a self-checkout machine, I pressed for assistance and the store manager, Shondell, responded. As I began explaining my issue, another customer requested help. Although I had called first, she shifted her attention to that customer, took the customer’s item, and began walking away, indicating my concern would not be addressed promptly. As she turned away, I lightly touched her shoulder to regain her attention and ask to be assisted first. She immediately turned and loudly told me not to touch her. I understand personal boundaries, and perhaps even a light touch was not ideal, but the response felt disproportionate. I was effectively skipped in the assistance queue and addressed in a manner that felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

As a result, this is no longer my go-to store.
Good place for lunch or to find groceries. Lots of food variety here too. It’s located in the basement of the mall.
• This Whole Foods store is spacious and carries a wide variety of essentials.
• Aisles are well-organized, and the staff are kind and helpful.
• I like the brands they carry, though a few protein bars I was looking for (Built and Barebells) weren’t available.
• Picked up all my fresh produce for my stay and made toast with it—great seasoning, fresh fruits, and a perfectly cooked egg.
• The sourdough bread was also really good.
• Will definitely be back to try their pastries and prepared meals!

We've been visiting this place at Columbus circle for more than 10 years now and is a life saver for fresh food people like us.

Thanks for the 5-star review!
Wide selection of wholesome food, great bakery and food court. Can be busy during major holidays.
Expensive for the holidays. Not like Trader Joe’s. Picked up some groceries for Holiday Festivities. Packed with last minute shoppers. Love the cheese section.
It was a great experience, there was tons of photo ups and activities to keep the kiddos entertained. They raved about what they enjoyed most (the toy soldier and testing their strength) all the way home.
This Whole Foods Market is always one of the busiest spots—especially the elevator, which is constantly packed with people coming and going. The in-store restaurant is equipped with restrooms, and the entire market is always buzzing with activity, so expect to wait in line no matter when you go. That said, one of the best things to do in the summer is grab some fresh sushi and a cold soda here, then head to Central Park for the perfect picnic.

We appreciate the lovely 5-star review, Vivi! Thanks for choosing to shop with us, we hope to welcome you back soon.
One of my favorite supermarkets in the Midtown area. Fruit and vegetable are always fresh, a lot of meat choices available daily, hot meals are affordable and very tasty, lots of drinks to choose from, including beer and sodas. Lines, even though are often long, don’t take too much time.

We can't wait to see you again, Krystian!
The Columbus Circle wholefoods is a bit different than others around the city. Typically very packed. However, staff from every level are very friendly and helpful. Don’t always find what I need in stock but at same time find items other locations don’t carry. The self checkout is probably one of the best checkouts out of all the stores who offer it. Making it quick to checkout and never have to wait in line despite the business of customers. Recommend
