Wendy's

This wendy's is always short of everything. They cannot keep up with the large amount of customers they get on a daily basis. Every time I go there, they're always short of something, they need to take stock and inventory. The staff is excellent.<br>The food is good. However, they may not have napkins, straws bags, ketchup, believe me they will be out of something.

Marcia at the drive thru was very rude. No greeting, smile, or even words spoken by her as she appeared to be annoyed to be at work. She didn't give me my receipt, and when I asked her for it she yanked it off the printer and handed it to me without a word. After I paid she waved her hand in an attempt to tell me to drive up and wait for my order at the end of the drive thru. She didn't have the decency to use her words to tell me this. Very rude and unprofessional.

Trash experience. Ordered through Door Dash at 11pm. The Door Dasher was not given the food until close to 1:30am. Door Dasher explained that they were waiting outside for the food for over 2hrs and none of the Wendy’s staff would pay attention to them when they tried to get their attention. The Door Dasher also explained that this is a repeat issue with this Wendy’s location, that the staff have no respect for their customers or delivery people. I called Wendy’s and was told the order would be ready in 5-10 minutes, despite being ordered at 11pm. It was about 1am at this time. I gave some grace and called 20-25 minutes later after seeing the delivery person was still waiting to pick up the food. The staff member was rude and unaccommodating. They also hung up the phone on me abruptly while I was still speaking. By time the food got to me, the food was cold. On top of that, I didn’t even receive everything that I ordered. This place will never get my business again: in person, deliveries, etc. Do better…

The food is always cold and their dining room area is always dirty and filled with a lot of unruly kids. The management staff is very disrespectful. And because Their drive thru times are always slow .. they stop you before you reach the drive through window and then tell you to come when your food is ready.. I also watched as they took back my fries because they were cold and then dropped the same fries into grease and try to give them back to me

Always so unprofessional and under prepared. Picked up a mobile order when I get there and was told there is no chilli and if I still want the rest of my order. I said yes but just refund me the Chilli but was told I had to do so in the app. When I asked her how do I do so without proof the young ladies rolled their eyes and started laughing and whispering. Even closed the window to laugh and I guess talk about me. They were acting like a customer being inconvenienced is the customers issue. Also they probably thought I didn't understand the instructions and for whatever reason that was a laughing matter. Manager eventually refunded the chilli but this place is always lacking. I knew I was going to regret going there and I did. Lesson learned...I can drive to other locations for Wendy's.

Do not buy here<br>It's a waste of time and money .<br>We were waiting on the drive thru for almost 45 and after finishing the food all of us gat a diarrhea , that was the first and last time getting food from this place.....

So.. this place needs a little work... The service needs some help with both the drive thru and the front inside counter. I understand that people order door dash but there is a service line regardless if you door dash or not. They make you wait because door dash is always first. Sometimes it takes a while. If you want fast service go to the drive thur is a must. The door dashers dont give a crap about manners they are running the counter like their lives depend on it. Please Wendy's fix this problem. Make 2 different lines for this. Also update your drink machines please. This location NEVER has Zero calorie drinks.. staff is friendly just need to boost up the service and update the location. Parking is great and plenty of space.

The drive thru line is always very long, which can make the wait inconvenient if you are in a rush. However, the person on the intercom was very friendly and offered a helpful recommendation for a sauce that I had never tried before, and it turned out to be good. It was a simple and quick stop for a bite to eat, but the food was a bit cold, which affected the overall experience.<br><br>I recommend checking your order before leaving the drive thru to ensure everything is hot and prepared as expected. With a few improvements in food temperature and speed, this location could offer a much more consistent experience.

Okay this is my honest review, i’m not usually the type to complain but i didn’t have a great experience here, This was on my chicken i don’t know what that is. I lost my appetite because of that, the fries were boring. When i ordered the lady was not very friendly, she forgot my bbq sauce which is okay, i went up there to get more and she tried to charge me for it but i explained that she forgot it, and she didn’t charge me, but she seemed mad when she gave me it, The drink dispenser was not clean at all, The tables were not cleaned and holes in the chairs.

My food was cold when I got it I ordered my food it’s took longer then expected my fries were frozen smh don’t eat here

Hi, this afternoon was my 1st time at these businesses. The employees are kind, the meal combo was made fast, quickly. Will be coming back again. It was a great experience.

Absolutely disgusting service at this Wendy’s. People were waiting on the line for 40 minutes to over an hour, and not a single person was taking orders. No communication, no urgency, nothing. Just people standing around confused and frustrated. This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Management seriously needs to step in — this is unacceptable. 👎

Worsr place to pick up deliveries. Completely ignore all couriers. No one attending window or even acknowledging that people are here. Delievery order will be cold.

The dining area is clean. The speed of service was adequate; it can be a hit or miss with the cashiers, though. Some are kind and professional. Some will look at you like you got two heads while dragging their feet and lallygag in the back. But for the most part, this place is decent.

Opens early and ready to serve. We often take for granted how hard it is to work at a fast food place or any place for that matter. But this staff is great and serves with a smile. They always get my order correct. Pricing is great! Love the chili!!!
