You guys don’t need to have people who don’t know basic math working the register lmao. My order was $11.74. I gave her $9 cash and to pay the rest on card. She counted the $9 like 4 times and turned around and charged me $7 on the card??? Then she had an attitude from jump but can’t do basic math lmao.

No matter how many times I order from this Wendy’s on DoorDash/UberEats the food is ALWAYS cold even though my house is only 5 to 8 minutes away.

Took too long to prepare order.<br><br>Ordered using DoorDash at 11:10pm, order arrived at 12:12 am. Dasher been waiting in the store ~25mins. Food cold already upon delivery

I believe the relevant authorities should investigate the manner in which vehicles are towed from the parking area in front of the restaurants. I stepped into a restaurant for just three minutes; upon exiting, I found tow trucks in the process of towing a delivery vehicle belonging to someone who was inside the restaurant. The tow truck operator told me that I would be next . I pointed out that I had barely just parked ; he replied that the authorized parking limit does not exceed ten minutes. When I looked around for a notice sign, I found a small sign that was barely visible. It looks like a scam taking place over there.

Ordered online so I can get it 20 minutes advance and when I arrive at the drive through they told me I had to wait 6 minutes to the fish to cook. That they don’t confirm until you arrive at the store. That’s just bad and a waste of my time as a consumer. I ordered ahead to avoid the wait. If I wanted to wait I would’ve ordered when I arrived. Once I paid that was the confirmation to make the food.

I ordered online， only drive thru available late ，went there pick up，told order was not ready and few more mins needed，thats fine I‘d wait but MIC kept asking me to leave the window because hes on the mission making their line moving. Does not have anyone bring the food out. Spent 30 mins driving around again. I suggest just finish on time and stop blame people for slowing the place down. Worst place

Wendy place sucks.They close and hour earlier.we waiting at the drive thru calling on people Thru the inner com and no one answer thats when we went to the window and we saw the gave the food to someone in front of us and then the brought down the window gate without saying anything an close at 3am. Thats bad service. Don't go to that wendy.We even saw one of the worker laugh that we didn't get our food.

Great place to grab a bite. The food is good, com-on its Wendy's... the service was super quick and efficient. The dining area is ample in space.

Tonight 12/I8/25 ordered 5 items. The order was 2 cookies, one pecan salad, lemonade /strawberry, and cheese baked potato. It was not packaged properly. The drink was tasty. The salad I thew away due to meat did not look fresh and the remaining of the items were not in the bag. The Delivery person from Uber was Martha who I called to ask where are the rest of the items. She stated the Manager had given her the bag. I will never ever order from there again. I should have looked up the entire location. I would not had order if I knew it was near JFK.<br><br>THE freaking MGR or the worker needs to be cleaning since people seemed incompetent.<br><br>Yea.

THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. THEY DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. THEY HAVE CONTAINERS OF FOOD ON THE GROUND. WORST YET IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. NOT PLEASANT. TRULY DISAPPOINTED. I ENDED UP NOT GETTING ANYTHING BECAUSE NO ONE WOULD TAKE MY ORDER.

Customer service is on point, visited the drive through and my 2 year old niece was with me. The server at the window offered her a free ice cream which I think was really sweet of her. Employees are always helpful and kind at this location.

Behold the Krabby Patty Meal! Not that you or anyone could tell the difference between their normal menu items. It’s seemingly their normal food and beverage just renamed and repriced. Don’t be fooled there is no hype.

I've been apprehensive about coming to this Wendy's for a while since food in the airport is usually hit or miss, and the reviews for this place aren't exactly the best. That was until today, when I came here and had a Baconator, some fries and some spicy nuggets. The food was on point which I guess isn't too surprising since franchise food is usually consistent. The drive thru line was a little long but it moved quickly and the people at the drive through were quite friendly. My only gripe is that they forgot my ranch sauce for the spicy nuggets. That was mildly annoying but it's common for me to not get my sauces at other Wendy's locations so I'll let it slide for now. If I return to this location and they forget my sauces again, I'll have to politely but firmly remove a star from my review. Oh no not a star 😱! Yes, it may have to come to this 🙄. Your move, Wendy's 👀

Ordered food.<br>It came soaking wet. Missing a lot of the items.<br>And somehow I won’t get my money back or anything done about this after waiting for more than an hr. Now I gotta eat soaking burgers right? And eat the imaginary missing items.<br><br>Update: enjoying my imaginary baked potato and lemonade. Enjoying soaking burgers. Why put sour cream in the bag with no baked potato?<br><br>Now I’m gona have to order McDonald’s.<br><br>Sad a$$ burger.
