really nice young man in the drive through tonight (3/28 at 12 am). Went above and beyond with kindness and thoroughness.

Food was stale. Nasty. Even worst customer service. And make it worst. Y’all just opened smh

Wendy is being cheap with everything. My chili came 2/3 full. Ordered and paid for extra cheese on our baked potato, there's like 6 strings of cheese on the whole thing. Asked for extra sour cream but only got one , fries container is barely full . Saw in the news wesnys is closing hundreds of locations, now I see why.

We had a very bad pickup experience here. They made drivers wait outside in freezing weather for pickup orders while marking the food as ready in the system just to protect their store rating. Even though the order showed ready, we were kept waiting outside for a long time. The staff’s attitude was disrespectful and felt very dismissive and rude toward drivers. No one should be treated like this, especially in such cold conditions. Very disappointing service.

I've come to pick up my food order. I pressed the doorbell and have been standing here in the cold for 20 minutes. But the staff here are completely ignoring me. One person came, just checked the name, and left. I rang the bell several more times after that, but there's still no response. The staff at this restaurant are careless. However, the woman who is visible in the picture was somewhat careful. But the two boys, upon seeing me, became busy chatting amongst themselves.

I have been coming to this Wendy's since I was a little girl i am now 25. They always have the freshest food compared to other Wendys franchises. I have went to wendys in other states but this Wendys without fail will always have the freshest food and no issues.

In short, I, the driver, tried to pick up my order at night through the drive-through window, but I was told that since I was a delivery driver, I had to pick up my order through another window and wait outside in minus seven degrees Celsius and wind, which is about 22 degrees Fahrenheit, on December 15 at 12:09 a.m.

Went today for the second time and got another coffee with spoiled milk first time it was an ice coffee with the cold foam on top it tasted disgusting. Like it was spoiled. I threw it out this time I got a regular hot coffee and here it is spoiled milk. The people that work here really need to check their inventory everyday.

This was horrible terrible Customer service refused to take order from minor, they were also very harsh , they also were bodyshaming, they were also yelling at a mentaled issued guy for being nice to us and taking our order they told him to go switch his position to the back and also it was dirty in the restaurant. Additionally they were being racist speaking about us being Egyptian they thought we were not understanding them mean while my friend knows how to speak there language.tried to fight my friend and made fun of my friend car

They need to be shut down & health inspectors need to investigate. I was given mold breakfast sandwich and the crazy part is i shoudlbe known something was up because they knew what they did because they were hesitant giving me my food and didn’t even say nothing when I came back just gave me a refund. Don’t eat from there. Yuckk 🤢 I ate from there all the time too & that turned me off completely.

One of my go to fast food restaurants in Ridgewood! I always order a 4 for $4 but this time I ordered a $5 biggie meal which I didn't get to take a photo of...and first time getting a salad from Wendy's. The only downside are the long lines they have for drive through but I def enjoyed the salad and will be asking for extra chicken the next time I go lol.

Go here if you want to get a messed up order. I usually try to avoid this spot but I was in a rush and this is the fifth time they’ve messed up my order. I happen to be muslim, so I can’t eat bacon/pork. I requested for no bacon on my pretzel bacon pub burger and bacon pub fries and you can guess it, there were bacon bits on the fries. The burger didn’t happen to have bacon but it’s not even the correct burger I ordered. Paid $3 extra for the pretzel bun burger so that was a waist. Highly disapprove of this Wendy’s spot. The one on Metropolitan and Woodhaven is much better.

Excellent customer service...very clean....busy during lunch rush but still great restaurant. Apple pecan salad is soooo good. Baked potato is also very fresh and delicious

This place live up to the name fast food. My lunch is for a half hour and I was able to enter and leave without a hitch. Whom ever run that team today did a excellent job. I overheard, the cashier tell the helper gather my order, let me know if you need help. A refreshing change of the other fast food joints that treat me as if I’m bothering them. This place is clean, loads of parking, fresh food and fast service. They will see me again. No buyers remorse here.

Just like all other Wendy's. Foods good, prices are ok. Place had a midsize crowd but to be honest most Wendy's are anyway. There 4 for 4 deal is good for a quick meal.
