April 2026<br>I bought chicken spicy nuggets, chili, 2 sugar cookies, fries, and fruit punch Hi-C. Most of the food was cold and had a chemical, weird taste to it! Yuck! The only thing that was right was the chili. Fries were cold and tasteless, drink taste awful, cookies were nasty, the nuggets were good but cold. I am so disappointed in this business. It use to be way better in quality and taste, but not anymore. If you want a weird chemical taste to your food and a drink that smells suspect, come to Wendy's on 505 Utica. You will not be disappointed. The food taste like it was manufactured in a laboratory. I'm serious! If you can, it's best to just cook at home.

So first of all, Im writing this down tdy which is April 5, so anyways I order my food online at 12:58 the time is now 2:23and I still didn’t get my order as yet, I had a driver to pick up my food they didn’t get it and I think he got fed up and leave so they look for a next driver and he send a pic of all the food that need to be deliver and I ask him if he tell them that hes here for a pick up , he said yes but they don’t want to give it to him and he tell me to call the manager i DIDNT and now he got fed up and they are looking for a next driver bro Im sick it’s raining and I didn’t eat from morning, your at your workplace and when someone come to pick my order up yall acting stupid and not giving the delivers our food, like are we serious. Just watch if 3:00 come and I don’t get my food it’s going to be a problem for real.

Never again. I typically order between 12AM and 5AM, so when things have been wrong/off, I've chalked it up to the time. Today I ordered 10 Piece Chicken Nuggets and Large Fries at 6:30PM, the order wasn't ready until 7:10, and the Coke Zero I still see in my order on DoorDash somehow turned into a Sprite (both in the cup and on the receipt, so it wasn't just a human error). They've consistently been slow like this since the new year, and by reading the complaints here I can see they suck at service throughout the day.

Bought a chicken sandwich from this Wendy’s and within hour after eating just half of the sandwich I experienced the worst kind of food poisoning. I was throwing up with diarrhea, terrible stomach pains. Wasn’t able to sleep, restlessness, and frequent bathroom visits. This is NOT right, it’s neglectful and careless. Please let’s be careful where we choose to eat out in these days. They don’t care about your life!!!

Terrible , everytime I order on DoorDash it’s a issue I try to switch locations and they always choose this one it’s been 3 times already I had to pay out of pocket cost for cab dri travel to this place because they have my entire order wrong or because they have added ingredients that Im allergic to and indicated on my order NOT TO PUT . Please do not waste your time ordering here unless you want me to be upset . They will not accommodate you or anything

Every time after midnight, when I go to pick up, they don’t care about the people. They don’t have respect for the people who already wait outside. doesn’t matter if it’s even winter storm Tonight there was a Young girl and a guy she is coming to the window, putting all orders, but not giving to the people.YOU CAN SEE HER PHOTOES IN OTHER COMMENT! SHE IS EAME TO EVERY COSTUMER! She is going back to prepare for the other ones and when you ask them or get upset about it they are saying they’re not giving your food or they are saying you can leave. They are so Disrespectful. I couldn’t see that your name, but they said they are only two person tonight if someone care

Unprofessional behavior from this individual here at this very branch of Wendy's.<br><br>I asked politely about a paper bag for my cola beverage, she proceededs to tell me in a aggressive manner that she wasn't able to provide that of which I asked for.<br><br>I asked politely again cause I wasn't able to explain my case on why I needed the paper bag for my beverage.<br><br>Then again she cuts me off then proceeds to tell me in a more aggressive behavior that she wasn't able to provide a paper bag.<br><br>When you have an issue with people in a business environment or just in general, don't be mad or curse, just use the smart phone.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this one, something ends up wrong! It’s like they don’t give a damn about your food. I ordered a wholeeeeeee damn breakfast meal and this is what I got!! Idiots!! They make whatever they want to make and send it out to you. Then they “pretend” to be closed on uber eats/doordash. Sick of them. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

I ordered food tonight and my order was completely incorrect. I ordered a 10 piece saucy nugget meal and they weren’t even saucy. They gave me a 10 piece original meal and I hate their original nuggets. My fries has a hair in it. They only had one worker in the front and it took an hour for my order to get done just for it to be incorrect. They need to do better.

I ordered through door dash & they completely messed up my order. I tried calling serval times to get reimbursed or discuss alternatives & no one answered the phone. I ordered a Coca Cola & received a lighter colored drink that tastes like sprite & ginger ale , I never received my fries, & on top of that my jr bacon cheeseburger came with nothing but the bread & patty. Would never order anything from this Wendy’s location again.

If I could give this a negative rating I would. I ordered via door dash from this Wendy’s location. My salad arrived with what looks like a scorpion claw in my salad. This is absolutely disgusting and FILTHY. This isn’t even the only issue with this location either they always take 10,000 years to prepare your order, then they do and this is what you receive. BE AWARE
