Good as always except for the fish sandwich fried to hard like chicken

Don’t bother going nor ordering online you’ll never get your food. The long drive-tru lines are literally people just waiting for their orders. Food is always cold.

I ordered de delivery the food was terrible. The hamburger was dry like a hockey puck. I ordered one packet of french fries and one baked potato and I got no french fries and a baked potato. I also ordered crunch vanilla sundae and I didn’t get it at all. I was charged 1544 so I would like a credit at least for the second baked potato and the caramel vanilla sundae.

Order at the window 2 Caesar salads. Told the cashier 3 times I wanted a Caesar salad. She give me 2 Cobb salads. I do not eat pork. If I told her 3 times Caesar why am I getting a Cobb? Unacceptable

This was a terrible experience. I paid via mobile phone, but the staff wouldn't give me my food. I waited for 40 minutes, and only after repeatedly complaining did they finally give it to me. It wasted my time, and I will never come back here again.

This place genuinely sucks. Idk if they need management or what but why does it take so long to get an order? It takes about an hour and for what? This place has been horrible for years. There’s been hair in food, food has been cold after being delivered multiple times & the food is rarely ever fresh. Why is it even still open for? The lines are always long and yet it’s not even worth it. Either get new workers or new management because this place hasn’t been doing good for years.

The food was good and so was the service the the store it self looked a little run down compared to other Wendy's I have vistited.

Don’t come here on weekdays. The young staff here will never give you fresh food. I always ask for extra cheese on my burger & they never forget to charge me for it but always forget to put it & I can’t ask them to add it on in fear of them spitting on the food

They are so dysfunctional here in this site. I ordered and been waiting for over 30 mins. And they weren't even making my order. The person who was at the register didnt even process my order correctly here name is Jacqueline! This happen 11/15/2025 at 8:10pm. Please someone from corporate check this place out very out of order and not being efficient with the clients!

The Wednesday Meal was way BETTER than that SpongeBob one!!

I ordered the saucy nuggets. Not all of the nuggets had sauce. There was little sauce on the ones that did. Everyone working there was probably under the age of 21. No older supervision present. Customers were complaining about the vagrants begging in the restaurant while you're ordering food and in the parking lot. A homeless man was sitting in a corner with his shopping cart AND A DOG! Otherwise service was fast and the place was clean but empty.

Don't order no food from them at night from Uber eats I ordered a loaded baked potato and this is what they gave me French fries with a whole pieces of bacon one time I can only eat soft foods so now I can't get my money back and I'm not going to get what I asked for so basically they gave me whatever they wanted to give me for my money also ordered loaded fries and look whole pieces of bacon no sour cream barely no cheese never again No one answer the phone

So much mixed feelings about this location…it’s almost like a hit or missed type of experience between the food, employees & over all service. Today I had no choice but to join the long line at drive thru because one of the two alternate doors available was being blocked by 4 young male smoking weed. Not one person in sight to tell them anything.

TERRIBLE!!!!! I have come to this location on many occassions, they have an attitude, which makes no sense!!! If you don't like your job why work there!! When you ask for your drinks (because they give your food with out drinks) they tell you have to wait....not making it clear to the customer there is a process inorder..... 1. Person taking order, 2. Different person gives your the food, 3. Different person gives you your drinks. Pleassse don't go through drive-thru.... which they take a long time as well!! Then I had the audacity to order online to have delivered to my house!!! 3 times they got the order wrong!!! One time they put bacon on my order, mind you I don't eat pork. Second time not including my chilli nor my drink!!!!. SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!! THIS LOCATION IS A DISGRACE OF ESTABLISHMENT!!. Plus I didn't get my money back for the items they did not give me none of the times!!! Tired of the associates attitudes they do not know the meaning of customer service. Found a bug and a piece of hair in my salad.<br>DISGUSTING!!!!!!! If I could rate zero stars I would, the chicken was not even cooked and dressing tasted expired
