Even though the food is good, the service from one of the employees does not provide a positive experience for the customer. I witnessed a lady who gave an attitude to several late night customers, including the Uber Eats delivery drivers. She was by herself at the register, but that’s still no excuse to provide a terrible impression/attitude towards the customer. This location needs a whole rework of the staff members that work there.

No Luttuce lol, so a burger without lettuce but the guy at the drive thru window was very pleasant. He's probably from out of town originally lol. I appreciated his customer service. Food was nice, hot and fresh.

Just ordered delivery from this place. They sent me a the food with dried,old chicken and moldy cheese.. the cheese was all green and disgusting 🤮, do you guys did not see that or just did not give a shit about what you’re selling to others? Unacceptable 🤦🏽‍♀️

Wendy’s "I am very disappointed with my recent experiences at this location. I arrived at 11:30 PM to find the store already closed, despite the posted hours. This is the second time this has happened; last Thursday, April 30th, around 11:09PM,something the store was also closed early. Furthermore, during my visit on Thursday the 30th, the manager on duty informed me and several other customers that they were no longer taking orders inside and that we had to order online through apps like UberEats or DoorDash. As someone who prefers traditional service and does not use these apps, I found this extremely inconvenient. I would like someone look into this also I would like to know if this location is closing permanently or if these are ongoing staffing issues, as the service has become very unreliable."<br>Would never come here again won’t recommend zero points

Whoever makes the Uber orders, deliberately and maliciously messes up food so bad that they won’t even correct it at Uber Eats anymore!!! I’m overly frustrated and overwhelmed. It’s a gamble ordering from them. A HUGE gamble! What kind of person maliciously messes up orders like this?

Is ridiculous that we waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, to add insult to injury they screwed up by forgetting a burger that was ordered. The incompetence is beyond unbelievable at this location, hire more people that are more competent and efficient, nobody’s orders should be messed up and we shouldn’t be waiting over 30 min in the drive thru either.

The service at this location is usually fast, making it a reliable spot when you're in a rush."

I ordered a taco salad thru the drive thru. Didn’t like the automated person. They didn’t understand what I ordered, it had things incorrect. The taco salad was $8.99 and it was ice cold and I couldn’t eat it right away. So I had an ice cold salad and hot chiki.

Idk I haven't t been to wendys in a while because it is far. However now I doubt I'll be going back not because of the people but the food itself, idk what the franchise did but this is like dollar star food and you charging me extra lol the food is horrible idk. I doubt I'm going back and again the service was good the people are nice it's Wendy's idk Wendy's main headquarters you owe me money the food is horrible .

This place went from being great to having AI take my order charging me for my chocolate chip cookie n 2 sides of cheese sauce. Not giving me what it charged me for plus not giving me my bbq sauce for my nuggets! Also since when does backed potatoes with cheese switch from real cheese to cheese sauce on the potato? The potato wasn’t even baked properly! Horrible! Bring back the people who take your order, bring back great customer service!

This place. Not it! Need new team new equipment new management… there’s so many other fast food around I wouldn’t waste my last dollar here!🤢

It was buzzing with customers. They have photos that honor some of the late great hip hop artists. They are decorated and in full swing with Halloween they have a large menu full of fast service and a wide selection is offered. Bathrooms are open.

Dirty, chaotic, and doesn't handle app orders well ... not to mention getting the order wrong on top of it all.<br><br>This place badly needs renovations and re-trained staff.

I normally go here and when I go to the drive thru my food is hot and good today my food taste cold nasty dry the sauces I asked for I did not get , the 2 black woman in front 1 look like a manager got no control did not give me all my change and fulled my cups up like soda all over. and delivery drivers blocking up the whole front counter out a orda no body wants to be disappointed when spending they money on nothing ....... just know if I get sick we have a problem Huston... look at the sauces like they sink they nails in it or rat was on it

If you want SLOW FOOD this is the place to go. The it took us 5 minutes to wait in line and get to the cashier which is a moderate pace. It took us 20 minutes to get our food which is way too long. It then took us 5 minutes to devour the food and then exit stage left.<br><br>The only pro is that the food was hot when we finally recieved it. Which is a good thing because of how long we waited. But, the chicken nuggets were very crispy and dried out. You needed to triple dunk the nuggets in honey mustard to make it moist. The food was below standards and did not live up to the Wendy's name.<br><br>We wasted $20 and 30 minutes of our life that we can never get back. I highly doubt we would come back to this Wendy's.
