I like the Chili the most. The fact that this branch has parking is a plus. Other than that, the burgers aren't anything special. Slightly better than McDonald's. But the fountain drink machine is great.They have almost every kind of soda you could want.

I don't like the layout of this place they definitely need to remove the seating area in front of the register....get rid of the old condiments area which is not being used and put those booths from the front of the registers there...also what's the point of having a self serve drink fountain when there's barely ever any selection to choose from but water or seltzer

I paid five dollars for a medium Girl Scout frosty. It looked nothing like the photo first of all second it came without the crunchies in the photo it has it so she says I’ll give you the crunchies, but I didn’t charge you for them. I said you’re not doing me a favor it comes with it. I paid for it. That’s what the photo shows that that’s the way it comes. She acted like she did me a favor. I made sure she knew she wasn’t doing me a favor I paid for it.

I went to jamaica vanwick Wendy's ..I bought 5 bigi bags 1 extra large . ..I get a large soda 4 small ..5 packs with 3 nuggets each..4 burgers where is the 5th burger and the large fries..I pay $35 ...and didn't get any receipt. I google the phone number to call them up no answer...one day I bought a Cinnabon..it was hard..I could not eat it....please check ur order before u leave..this was a big surprise ..coz ...5 people 4 burgers 4 small fries. Huh ..I will go in person to let them know..this is real messed up...huh

I paid $56 Dollars on Door Dash all for this nasty Wendy's location to swap out my original order and give me what they felt they wanted which didn't even add up to $30!!!! I am beyond pissed! Called that location a hundred times and they did not answer

Everytime I come here the employees are rude as hell. They always seem like they don’t want to work.. today I went there at 11:30pm. I had a big order with 3 meals so the guy told me to pull up and wait, when bringing out the food he gives it to me in complete silence. After realizing they didn’t give me one of my frosty’s I assumed they didn’t ring it up so to make things easier I ordered another one and paid. When coming to the window he gives me and annoyed look and asks what I want? Assuming he messed up something in my order. I told him “I just ordered another frosty” and started laughing because how do you not know how to speak to people properly. This is a consistent thing with the employees here. As an employee in the food industry as well, I understand the night shift is difficult but why is it always taken to this extent of attitude and rudeness. At that point as an employee you’re attracting more negativity to the business and proper action should be taken if this is so consistent every time I go here.

Went there around 1 am, my order was under cook and sloppy. I ordered a chili cheese baked potato, it was under cook no chili and the cheese was watered down. Not was what I’m used to from Wendy’s and I regret not going somewhere else

Multiple screw ups. Have ordered several items and the bags still end missing parts of the order. The order is taped to the bag how can you miss items, are the bags not checked before handed off? Complete joke of service with whom ever is running that staff because they are making that brand look HORRIBLE. I wonder if a corporate order would look like this? Even the restaurant it self is just as bad if not worse. Out of order bathrooms, staff just standing around talking with a full line growing. Besides the fact that you have the self order machines and that crowd is waiting for there orders . Sticky tables due to not ordered or scheduled cleaning. I mean if they keep the restaurant like this what do their homes look like! Or none the less has this restaurant been sued for food poisoning. Reports to DOH ?

My my experience at this wendys location was great. The cashier Tiffany was very friendly and the place was clean. I order a berry cherry drink for the 1st time and the cashier had me taste it firts 💞💯.
