Very poor service from the bakery department and a complete lack of responsibility. I ordered a cake more than three weeks in advance for May 23rd, with pickup scheduled for 9:00 AM.
On the night of May 22nd, around 8:30 PM, I went to ask if the cake was already prepared so I could pick it up early. The night decorator told me she was only working on the 8:00 AM orders at that moment, but that I could come back in about an hour or an hour and a half. After hearing that, I felt reassured because my pickup time was set for 9:00 AM the next morning.
Because of that confirmation, I decided to pick it up at 11:00 AM on my way to my daughter’s birthday party. But to my surprise, when I arrived, the bakery decorator Rachel told me: “I didn’t make it.”
I was left under an unbelievable amount of stress. I could not understand how, after ordering so far in advance and confirming everything the night before, my cake was still not ready two hours after the scheduled pickup time.
The employee rushed to make the cake as fast as possible, and I finally received it about 30 minutes later. But I arrived late and extremely stressed to my daughter’s birthday party, with guests already there waiting.
I honestly recommend not fully trusting the pickup times, because even if you place your order well in advance and select a specific time, they may still not have it ready. The stress I went through was terrible and completely unnecessary, especially considering how early I placed the order.

Definitely not the place to go if you want help the associates are all too busy talking to answer a question. Good luck if you need anything out of a locked case no one will ever show up to open it and even if you stop people to ask who can open it no one seems to know. Might as well just shop somewhere else if you’re going to need two stops anyway.
This Walmart is my go-to for everything! The aisles are always well-stocked, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Plus, I love their variety of products and unbeatable prices—it's hard to walk out without finding something I need!
I was able to get all the groceries and items I needed at reasonable prices. The workers were friendly and were also a big help in directing me towards certain items that I had difficulty finding. Cashier was also very nice. Overall I had a great experience. Thanks Walmart and Staff.
Great store in terms of having stacked shelves, but when it comes to the customer service and online ordering for delivery, it’s a nightmare!! In one day they cancelled two orders worth nearly $240, which let’s be honest when gas is $3.89 a gallon, SCREW that! It’s my money and I need it now!! One of the items, whoever was picking the order didn’t even attempt to reach out or substitute it the item, they just straight up cancelled the order. When I tried calling customer service, the gentleman that picked up already had a “sassy” attitude when he picked up the phone, barely could understand what he was saying, and when I requested to speak to somebody else, he straight up hung up. I guess he didn’t like my comment when I said that “they didn’t have a problem charging the customer, but are quick to put a hold on our money for 10 days!!”… I guess i gotta stop being lazy at times, and go get it myself 🤷🏽♂️
This Walmart is always stacked with neatly layed out products with aisles clearly labeled and merchandise easily accessible. Workers are friendly and helpful as well. The cashiers move fairly quickly so the lines are never too long. We shop here regularly and we always have a pleasant experience.
Only one I go to last month someone cut e-shopping carts 10. This month All New was pleased to see. EMMANUEL was a great. Aisle 13 services was gr
Literally the best Walmart in whole New Jersey the nicest stuff I ever seen Even wenn I dropped a bottle of water and it spilled on the ground the stuff don’t even got mad like please this is the best Walmart and I been to many also please this Walmart should get 3 Michelin stars I love all about this store 5 stars
My favorite Walmart to shop is the one located at North Bergen. Everything I buy there, whether it's products from the Bakery, seafood, Goya products, dental hygiene products, pharmacy products, cleaning products, soft drinks, juices, eggs, cooking products - their prices are usually the lowest. Although BJs products are reasonably priced, you have to buy in bulk and meant for a large family. With Walmart, there's no membership fee and you can buy products in any size, not only in bulk packages. The only inconvenience is having to travel to NJ from NYC. It's about time that Walmart opened multiple stores in NYC.
I came to pick up my package today and waited almost an hour, and it still hasn't come out. The staff are all working very slowly inside, and the supervisor doesn't seem to care about the efficiency. It's terrible! 👎
This my go to Walmart when ever I need to do some in store shopping. As you know certain items walmart does not ship them. I never have any issues with parking or finding a shopping cart. Even as busy as this location is they keep it well stocked so finding what I come in for is rarely an issue. So whenever im in the garden state stopping my is a must.
I had a very disappointing experience at Walmart Money Services. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance to check or refresh the name on my transaction, he refused to make any effort to help. His attitude was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Customer service should be about helping people, not making them feel unwelcome. I hope Walmart addresses this issue and ensures better training for their staff in handling customer concerns respectfully.
Here’s a polished Google Maps review draft for Walmart Supercenter with SEO-friendly keywords and a natural tone:

⸻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5

The Walmart Supercenter is amazing! This store is absolutely huge — you can literally find anything you’re looking for in one place. From groceries to clothing, electronics, and home essentials, it’s a true one-stop shop.

I recently came in for some home décor items, and the selection was fantastic. They had everything from stylish accents to practical essentials, all at very affordable prices. The aisles are spacious, well-organized, and easy to navigate despite the store’s size.

What I love about this Walmart Supercenter is not only the variety but also the convenience — it makes shopping so easy, whether you’re running errands or browsing for something new.
Huge Walmart, great for getting everything you could possibly need in one shop! Clothes section is large and cheap. Really fun to visit as non-Americans - we got a NJ Transit bus from Penn station and it took around 30 mins. One bus per hour so doable as a trip from NYC if you fancied it!
The most stocked and varied Walmart in Bergen County. I love that there is a huge lot with ample parking, no matter how busy the store gets. It makes for a less stressful experience.

Relatively clean and organized. There is always someone working in the department I am in, stocking shelves or cleaning. The only drawback is that sometimes, especially the grocery aisles, have a shortage of products due to the high number of shoppers. But that can't be blamed on the workers or store, and I always walk out with 99% of the items I was looking for.
