Very unorganized.

There was a time where I was standing about 4 feet away from my son when he was about to touch a dinosaur toy and a worker came up to him and asked him not to touch it, I asked him what he had said and he said he didn't want my son to break the toy and then he just walked away.

We did purchase a few items but I don't think I would ever go back to this Walmart.

Please train your workers better.

A++

While shopping at Walmart, I noticed how hard the employees work to meet customers’ needs. Despite dealing with customers who can sometimes be difficult or rude, the associates remain professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Customers are not always right, and it’s impressive to see how consistently the staff handle challenging situations with grace. Thank you to the associates and staff for their hard work and dedication, which help make every shopping experience at Walmart a positive one.

The prices were unbelievable. Overly crowed after 4pm. Workers were basically running over people trying to restock shelves. I went to pick up a cake and every employee I ran into sent me to the pickup area for auto. Even though I clearly stated I am picking up a cake. I understand being overwhelmed but just listening to customers avoids customer complaints.

I like Walmart! I would have given them 4 1/2 stars! The problem I'm not happy with....I purchased two car booster seats for my twin grand babies and I scanned the price in the store. Okay appx. $30 when I got to the register it rang up $36.97! I asked the cashier and she said I would have to go to customer service. I did not have any time left. I had to pick them up from school. I went back today and spoke to customer service and she was nice. I was told that if the item scanned shows online only then that price is for online purchases only. The problem I'm having, there were no prices on the box or on the shelves! I told her that I have the boxes in my car and I will scan them and see what the price is! She said if it doesn't say online only come back and they will refund the difference. It said online, but I'm not happy because there should be prices in the store. I shouldn't have to wonder if the scanned price from my phone is correct while I'm in the store. The items should have a price listed. Well this is the problem I have with Walmart, other than that they would probably get a 5 stars rating.

I’m leaving this review because this has been a repeated experience.
Every time I visit this location, especially the hot food section (fried chicken, rotisserie chicken, chicken sandwiches), it’s very difficult to get assistance. The staff often appear disengaged, and basic questions go unanswered.
Today around 11 a.m., I asked if more fried chicken would be coming out. The employee looked at me and didn’t respond. I waited, then asked another associate who told me there would be no more for the day. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything.
On a previous visit, I asked whether the chicken was white meat or dark meat, since it wasn’t labeled. The associate said she didn’t know. For customers, that’s basic product information that should be available.
I primarily visit this location for the hot food section, and it’s disappointing to consistently experience difficulty getting help. It may be a staffing or training issue, but customer service in that department needs improvement.
I hope management looks into this and provides better support and communication in that area.

A promise is a promise even though it’s kinda late. Late as in 13 years later I am fulfilling my promise to get my wife a bike without training wheels as she is a first time bike rider. We will keep things in balance and keep it moving forward since life’s like a bike. We gotta keep both of us in check and monitor and weather through any storms and keep fiction and foot down on the peddle. Let’s go to places starting from Walmart to heart world of love and surprises as we navigate through this new experience. Thank God

Went today with my grandma. It was very packed and a lot of people were on top of each other with no sense of boundaries. What concerns me is some of the employees have said they do not want to be in today due to they feel tired.

I personally feel if you know what job you signed up and what is expected and yet the employee doesn't want to work today. Well! Why work then? Why did you apply in first place? Saying these remarks tells me someone who applied and got rejected who has the confidence and is dedicated should have had that job not someone who just needs a paycheck.

Of course we all need money to survive but you can't earn money with a bad attitude and mentality. Not every job works for everyone but apply if you know you don't like working there in first place. That store needs more positive and dedicated workers. Let's keep all workers motivated and give every worker a reason why they are doing a great job when they get the work done. Honest, hard working workers do deserve a praise! Everyone of us deserves a praise of hardwork!

It’s Walmart, so you generally know what to expect. It can get extremely busy at certain times, especially on weekends or around holidays. I wouldn’t recommend going in the afternoon on a Saturday or Sunday — try going earlier in the day or during the middle of the week. Curbside pickup is also much easier and faster if you want to avoid the crowds.

When I went today, it wasn’t too busy, but usually the store is packed. During holidays, you can expect some shelves to be empty with fewer options. On regular days, they normally have a good variety of items.

Finding an employee can be a challenge in most aisles, but the electronics department almost always has someone around if you need help. I definitely recommend downloading the Walmart app beforehand — it makes it a lot easier to find items and do price checks without searching for an employee.

The store overall is fairly clean, but I wouldn’t recommend using the front bathroom. It’s always busy and can get messy quickly. The bathroom near the electronics area in the back is usually empty and much cleaner.

Parking is almost always packed. If you see a spot toward the back of the parking lot, take it — you probably won’t find anything near the front unless you get lucky.

Overall, it’s a solid Walmart with the typical pros and cons, and a 4-star experience for what it is.

It was my first time at the store. Needed a gaming laptop for our son. Online showed they had it so we decided to get there early before the crowd rolled in. Went to the electronic section. There was an employee there, probably the worse employee in the entire store. Completely miserable. We waited for her over 40 minutes. Rejoined the line and waited again because even though we informed her that we needed help 40 minutes ago- before she had customers, we were ignored.
I remembere her name with the first letter "Z". She then came to help after I rejoined the line. In the end - they did not have the laptop. Ended up at Best buy- service was amazing and we found what we needed. I 'd rafher spend my money where I feel valued and is given basic human courtesy- not asking for much. I will never ever visit this walmart again. One and done.

I visited the Walmart Supercenter in Green Acres Mall today, and overall, the experience was satisfactory with a few highlights and observations.

The store had a good variety of items, and I managed to pick up everything on my list, as reflected in my receipt.

The layout made it easy to locate essential items. The aisles were clearly labeled and tidy.

While there was a bit of a line, there were multiple checkout counters open, which helped in reducing wait times.

The store was bustling, which led to some congestion in certain aisles and at the checkout counters.

It seemed like the staff were stretched thin; a bit more presence on the floor to assist customers would have been helpful.

The store was clean, well-lit, and maintained a welcoming shopping environment. Despite the crowd, the experience was smooth, and the checkout process was efficient.

I’ll likely return for future purchases, given the convenience and variety offered at this location.
