🛒 Huge Walmart with basically everything you might need in one stop 😄<br>Good for groceries, snacks, electronics, travel essentials, and random last-minute stuff you forgot on the road 🚛<br><br>Store was busy but still manageable, shelves looked stocked, and checkout moved pretty fast. Definitely a convenient stop if you’re traveling through the area or just need to grab a bunch of things quickly 👍

Being a Wednesday morning, I felt the love here today (by avoiding the weekend crowds).<br>People are thankfully not all the same... Some people, like the women I know, are "Target" people. They love it! Me, on the other side of the aisle, in a completely different world, are however, "Walmart" people... and I'm proud of that. They got it all (well, everything that a lower income, frugal, minimalistically requiring person like me would need).<br>Nice people work here... (mostly).

Wish I could've given a 0 Star ....what a horrible experience. And false advertisement experience. I was buying a booster seat for my son the price on the Shelf Cleveland stadium 49.00 charging me $110 at the register numerous arguments and conversation with managers I will supply the picture the manager who refused to honor the price and told me to like it or leave she wasn't honoring it

I had a very unpleasant experience at Walmart Secaucus while completing a Spark Driver order, but also as a customer, since I was purchasing personal items.<br><br>At checkout, an employee wearing a yellow vest — who, according to other staff, was not even assigned to that register — approached us in an aggressive and highly unprofessional manner.<br><br>Without asking any questions or attempting to clarify the situation, she immediately began implying in front of other customers that we were trying to take items without paying. This was extremely humiliating and completely inappropriate.<br><br>All personal items were going to be paid for. However, the employee chose to assume the worst without any verification, raising her voice and creating an unnecessary scene.<br><br>To make matters worse, as we were leaving the store, she approached us again and continued making the same insinuations, which was clearly provocative and uncalled for.<br><br>Additionally, the employee refused to properly identify herself when asked, which further reflects a lack of accountability for her behavior.<br><br>As both a delivery driver and a paying customer, I expect respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy. If there is any confusion, the correct approach is to ask politely, not to publicly accuse without evidence.<br><br>This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of proper customer service training. I strongly recommend that management address this issue to prevent similar situations in the future.

Huge Walmart at Secaucus. If I go through every section, it will probably be whole day. They had bakery, grocery, household items, clothing, and more.<br><br>We went for kids bicycles and it did not disappoint. Various designs and heights to choose from. At the same area, it also had helmets and protective gears.<br><br>Many check out counters at the front. The line was ok. The staff at the door really checked the receipt to make sure the product number matched.<br><br>Great place to do weekly shopping if you are up for the craziness and the crowds. Otherwise I would opt out for delivery.

I had an extremely frustrating and discriminatory experience at this store today. After checking out, I was told no bags were available. When I asked to purchase a reusable bag, I was told they weren't for sale. Shortly after, I saw another customer receive a bag at the customer service desk. When I approached that customer to politely ask how they obtained it, a staff member immediately cut me off, shouting "No, no, no."<br>The same employee who had just told me they had no bags and did not sell them suddenly insisted that I buy a more expensive reusable bag. Despite my attempt to clarify why I was being treated differently from the other customer, the employee refused to provide the same service and essentially forced me to purchase a more expensive option. The blatant inconsistency and the dismissive, hostile attitude toward me—while freely providing bags to others—were unprofessional and demeaning. I strongly believe this unfair treatment was based on my background, and I felt I was targeted by an act of racial discrimination.

Walmart plus customer over 20 years.<br>Home delivery horrible. Several delays then the store cancelled order. Spoke to several Customer Service reps who promised it was going to delivered. Not.<br>Tried ordering again with advanced notice and not paying the money for 3 hour delivery. Same thing. No show then delay notices, etc. Promised next day delivery instead with apologizing but guess what- still wasn’t delivered and the store cancelled again. So it is Wednesday and I have been trying since Sunday to get my order delivered even with good tip for driver.Customer Service no help. Can’t speak to anyone in store.<br>Elderly people here.Very upsetting. Depended on this especially since my husband is ill.

I had a really nice experience at Walmart. The lines were short, which made checkout quick and easy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything felt organized and efficient. I truly appreciated the great customer service."

Shopping here since 2017 and haven’t seen the service at this so called “Supercenter” degrade as much as we see in 2026. Firstly they took out perfectly working self-checkout with an exception for use if plus member and now they keep 3 cashiers POS working out if 36 available on Saturday evening. Best of luck for future operations of this store.

I’m a Walmart+ keep buying $200 stuff every week but scan and go was closed at 10:45. Not gonna be in queue. You lost a customer forever, unsubscribing. congrats!

Now living in jersey, this is my go to shopping stop, has literally everything one needs for daily living. Grocery wise it’s the best option for the price (now that Amazon fresh is closed 😓) there are alway rollback deals and other deal that can be found to make your shopping experience enjoyable. The only thing steep is their Walmart+ subscription for free delivery

Very bad customer service I went yesterday to buy a tv and I find that open box tv and I take it home I find as the photo I return it back today I got a new one and I was just spoken with the customer service to get me a discount and when they call the manager, he give me the attitude and he said we’re going to found you your money you wanna buy the new one it’s OK if you don’t it’s up to you is it the kind of the customer service? What do you get it there and I take a picture of his badge to let everybody aware they try to scam me to put something on the shelf. It should be good as the description on the paper what is written on but when I take it home, it was a scam they try to selling you something you describe. It is a good condition, but it’s not it’s mean nobody check for the refund items.

The best Walmart in NJ! This Walmart has a large variety of products and is very accessible (has a bus stop on the 320). However, I must say the A.C. was quite high, and it was rather chilly, so do take a jumper with you!
