Every single food in the buffet was so delicious, great flavors and selection. The cake was also an experience. And the ladies over the counter are super nice too. I can definitely recommend.

Hands down the best Brazilian food in NYC. The prices are very fair especially considering the quality, they always have a huge varied and delicious buffet and the people who work there are super nice. I’ve been going there for years and it has always been consistently excellent. Great desserts too 💗

It has a big variety of options. Food is both Tasty and affordable. This place is fairly small compared to the number of people visiting here, so do prepare for the crowds. But I’d say everyone is so considerate (like clean after the meal so that others can immediately use the table), and things move fast. We enjoyed our visit!

This place is the best, delicious top sirloin at the window, always a full buffet of good food, people are friendly. Point Brazil was my go-to before they seemed to change owners and hike their prices up, found Villa Brazil and it's actually better anyway!

Vila Brasil is such a cozy and welcoming spot in Astoria. The atmosphere is warm, and the staff are always friendly and attentive.

As a vegetarian, I was genuinely happy with the variety of options available. There are several vegetarian dishes, and everything I tried was delicious! from the hot dishes to the salads. It’s really nice to enjoy Brazilian food without feeling limited.

The desserts are also amazing.
A great place to enjoy good Brazilian food. Highly recommend!✨

For me! Is the best Brazilian in the city, very cozy place with the local people. And very organized, beautiful bar of salads and amazing selection of meats. That you choose at the window, and they cut it right there !!! I all ready repeated and I will again and again !!!!!!

Extremely delicious food packed with flavor. Just be warned that having certain items like salmon or shrimp on your plate will make the price $12.99 per pound instead of $10.99. The plate below cost me $30 so definitely be careful before you go too wild! But I happily finished everything it was so worth it. Standouts were the rice, beans, corn with cheese, plantains, chicken curry

A very cozy place, there is a wide variety of food in the buffet, regarding the cuts of meat only handle 3, the place has to offer more cuts of meat, I am very basic cuts. but it is worth trying, it only has thick salt, which makes its flavor very good and special. I recommend it!

There was no list of meats so i asked if they had skirt steak and they said yes. it was a different size, flavor, and texture than im used to with skirt steak so i was a little
thrown off. Also had a slight cheesy flavor on the char and i don't really like cheese, so overall i didn't really like it. The other person with me said their meat was extremely chewy. It was okay for the price, though, my plate was $9 as pictured. Good large portions, and the sides were great.

I've only tried a handful of Brazilian spots but this one already set the bar so high, it's gonna be some stiff competition for others to compare. I dig the atmosphere, moderately lit that it gives a relaxed, almost intimate feel, the selection of food in the buffet was very vast, wasn't sure where I was gonna begin but I eventually settled on my usual, rice, steamed veggies, chicken and roast beef. Also had a cake to go with it which was delightful.

This was better than the best soul food spot I've ever been in, this has become my new comfort food because it just touches the soul. If I lived nearby and made a bit more in income, I could have dinner here almost every day. This place is beyond incredible and I'll come back here for sure.

The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this restaurant in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review.

Atmosphere: Medium-ish size restaurant, kind of cozy, and clean for the most part. Once you go in, you can go straight ahead to the buffet section and pick your food, whether you're dining in or getting take-out. Keep in mind that anything you pick from the buffet you pay by the pound.

Service: Okay, service does not only mean the way you were treated but your experience the whole time you were at the place. One of the ladies at the register saw that I was kind of doubtful about what to pick. She kindly described to me one of the choices I wanted to pick, but I did not know what it was. It is not that I did not like that, but I think this could have been avoided if they had just placed the name and description on all the options.

Food: Most of the choices I picked are common, except for the cod fish cakes(a Brazilian recipe). The chicken was okay. The vegetables and guacamole were fresh. Lastly, the cod fish cakes were pretty good. So, I guess the flavors of the food vary from okay to really good.

Price: Since you pay by the pound, I think their prices are decent IF you pick wisely.

This is definitely one of my favorite places in Queens. The food and beverages are delicious and the staff is very helpful. The lovely lady at the register took her time in explaining all of the desserts available and we ended up purchasing 2. I can't wait to go back.
