They have two sections with intimate ambiance. To start, they give you a small cool cup of house tea. Slightly sweet but i liked it. Their thai iced tea with foam was delicious!! Also we ordered the pad thai which was full of flavor, usually can be dry at other places. Pad kee mao shown below and pad Thai at the top. Both delicious and full of flavor. Fin our server provided great service. Overall great experience and a local favorite!

Favorite Thai spot in Hell’s Kitchen! Service was always kind and fast. Love their thai ice tea that has creamy foam on top! Our server Finn was nice and attentive! Will definitely be back!
Great Thai Food paired with fantastic service! I came in on a Sunday evening without a reservation and was assigned a table right away. I had a Thai Ice Tea which was really delicious! It had some kind of sweet foam on top. I order the Pad Thai with vegetables which was really delicious too! The best Pad Thai outside of Thailand is for me still NK Thai Noodles in Amsterdam! The mango sticky rice as a dessert was good too, lacked a tiny bit of a twist in my opinion. The service was fabulous! From start to finish the waiters are super attentive (even refilling your glas of water), great experience which you usually only get in restaurants carrying a star. The menu is large, they have quite some dishes to choose from, there are also vegetarian options outlined. Can definitely recommend and will come back to try some more.

Toni, we’re so pleased you felt truly cared for from the moment you arrived and that our team’s attention helped make your meal special. Your thoughtful reflections on both the variety and presentation of our menu are greatly appreciated, and we hope your next visit brings even more flavors to enjoy.

With appreciation,
Valla Table
The food was tasty, spiced as described and cooked well, and served super fast. Our drinks took around 15 minutes to come, well after the food arrived. The decorations were nice and the music was lounge house, creating a cool ambience. But the space was very dark, very cramped, and they tried to seat us at a circular table of 4 in a corner when we had a reservation for 6. Overall unhappy with the service but the food was tasty as expected.

Samantha, we’re grateful you found the flavors and atmosphere to your liking, though we’re sorry the seating and service didn’t meet your expectations. Your honest impressions help us see where we can improve the experience for future guests.

Sincerely,
Valla Table
We checked this place after reading the Gmaps reviews and gladly it didn’t disappoint! The food tasted authentic, flavorful and with great textures. I’m quite surprised (in a good way) that the chili flakes there was quite spicy.

We ordered the crispy pork belly which was awesome, the fried tofu and wagyu pad kra pao. The crispy pork belly with the rice was a bit small for me but the pad kra pao is quite huge.

The staffs were friendly and attentive, and we didn’t wait that long for the foods to arrive.

However, the seatings in the dining room were quite small and narrow for my preference.
Response from the owner
Angelica, it’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the lively flavors and warm attention from our team during your visit. Your thoughts about the portion sizes and seating are helpful, and we’ll keep those in mind as we strive to make every guest comfortable.

All the best,
Valla Table
Went on a weekday at 5:30pm and it was almost full – now I see why.

Ordered: Hoy Jaw,Tom Yum Mor Fai,Pla Nueng Manow and Ka Prao Moo – all super tasty!

Cocktails: Cha Thai Kee Mao (Thai tea based, sweet & easy) and Coconut Pandan Old-fashioned (stronger, but good).

Great food, fresh fish, friendly service. Worth the hype!
Would highly recommend trying here sometime. It’s one of the best Thai spots I’ve been to in the city, up against some fierce competitors. The Sai Ua (sausage) and Pak Mor (steamed rice roll) were both excellent appetizers and aren’t items you see on every Thai menu in NYC. The entrees were just as outstanding—my personal favorite was the Fried Rice with crispy pork belly, as the meat was ever so flavorful and had the perfect texture. Service is friendly and super fast, and the ambiance is quaint yet relaxing. Definitely stop by sometime!
Had a great experience at Valla Table! The Tom Yum Mor Fai was incredibly flavorful—rich, spicy, and perfectly balanced. The Khao Pad Pu (crab fried rice) was just as impressive, with fresh ingredients and amazing taste in every bite.

Thank you for sharing such kind words—it’s wonderful to know you enjoyed both the flavors and freshness in your meal.

Warm regards,
Valla Table
I don’t say this often, but Valla Table is one of those places I’d quietly come back to—and bring friends.

The space is small and easy to miss, but once you sit down, you can tell there’s real care behind the food. The flavors aren’t overly aggressive; instead, they’re layered and balanced in a way that feels thoughtful rather than loud.

The Kor Moo Tod (fried pork jowl) was a standout—crispy outside, juicy inside, and the dipping sauce cuts through the richness perfectly. The Gao Lao Nuer (beef offal soup) was surprisingly clean and light, yet still flavorful, with well-prepared cuts and no off notes. The Talay Yang (grilled seafood) was simple but well-executed, fresh and not overcooked.

I especially liked the Pak Mor Kaeng Pu (crab curry)—not too heavy, slightly sweet, and great with rice. The Tom Yum Mor Fai had a well-rounded broth with clear lemongrass and citrus notes, and it only got better as it simmered.

It’s not the kind of place that tries to impress you immediately with bold flavors, but the more you eat, the more it grows on you. Prices are typical for Manhattan, and the space is small, so expect a short wait during peak hours.

Overall, a thoughtful, well-executed Thai spot that’s worth returning to.
From start to finish this was an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and when they made suggestions they would take into consideration what preferences you have or what allergies you have. The drinks were incredible and the food hit the spot! I will be coming back!

Ordered from the Hyatt centric hotel. Valla Table did not disappoint! The drunken noodles i got thai spicy and my wife mild. I also got extra meat, and they did not skimp, I got what I paid for on the meat. The spice level for me was on POINT love the spice... the flavor profile was on delicious! The coconut soup was amazing! The peanut sauce dumplings where nothing i tasted before..so good! I absolutely loved the food!

I had such an amazing experience at this Thai restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered the Japanese Wagyu noodle soup and I completely fell in love with it — the broth was rich and comforting, the noodles were perfect, and the wagyu was incredibly tender and juicyyy.
The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for tasty food. I will definitely come back again😍

I've been here twice and I can say that this place is an absolutely gem. The food is super filling, flavorful and delicious. The panang jay has a very nice peanut butter taste to it and I loved the tofu and cauliflower.
What a great find!

We had a 10/10 lunch experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service received by the team was super super good.

We tried 1 appetizer and 2 mains, but given how great they were, we feel any dish in the menu will be delicious too.

The atmosphere of the restaurant also aligns with the food quality.

100% recommended spot!
This is a great restaurant in Hell's Kitchen for Thai cuisine!
The food is great and they also have some great cocktails. In our case the food came out in separate intervals but in the end it was great... also, the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable about their dishes.
Great dining experience overall!
