Haven't been to Uno's since I was a young adult..back when they had one in the L.E.S. and South Street Seaport...a looonng time ago. Nevertheless, I wanted to go to this one since it was right up the block from The Museum of Natural History. We were a party of 4(2 adults,2 kids) and we were seated quickly. The place was not crowded but there were a number of guests eating. I noticed they had outdoor seating, and when I went to the restroom, it was clean. The server we had was attentive and kind. We ordered 1 order of the Chix and Sticks for the kids to split since they are young and it came with chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and fries. The server mentioned we could get halved grapes instead of fries and the kids requested it. 1 adult order was a deep dish BBQ chicken pizza(individual) and the other adult ordered a thin crust buffalo chicken pizza. We also ordered a virgin piña colada and a non-alcoholic mango margarita. Everything came out very quickly.<br>Unfortunately, food for the most part was nothing spectacular. The kids meal was a sad sight to see. Nothing seemed fresh on their plate. The chicken and mozzarella sticks were very bland. The tenders were dry. The kids scarfed down the grapes in like 2 seconds and ended up eating some of our pizza. They weren't thrilled with the sticks and tenders.<br><br>I personally liked the thin crust buffalo chicken pizza. I love gargonzola and blue cheese and these 2 cheeses were on top of the buffalo chicken slices. I do think the pizza could have been a little crisper. I tried a bite of the BBQ chicken deep dish. It was very saucy and I thought it tasted good. I also enjoyed the non-alcoholic margarita.My husband,however, was not a huge fan of his food or drink. The piña colada was super icy and thick. When he was able to finally get through to the bottom and drink some, it was very watery. No notes of coconut at all. We sent the piña colada back and the server was gracious, asking politely why it was not enjoyable. He took it off the tab and offered to bring another non-alcoholic mango margarita to the table on the house. We agreed. The bill came out to $55.<br><br>Overall, because most of the food was not really enjoyed by us, we will not be returning. I don't recall my experience with the food at UNO's as a kid or young adult being "mid", so it was disappointing to have this experience. Not sure if they need a menu/recipe upgrade or if it's just the location.

I used to come here a bit back in the day and while it’s still the same vibe, it’s lost a little bit in my opinion. I went this past Sunday and the service felt off, strange being that they had more than enough staff. It took a while for us to order but once we did, everything was fine. The food here is heavy and it’s kind of wild that half a personal deep dish will fill me up the way it does. I’m sad they dropped the All American from the dessert menu but the Chicago Classic deep dish is still what it was from what I remember. Would love to see these guys step it up a bit, maybe in terms of service and the overall selection.

We had a fantastic experience at Uno Chicago Grill in NYC! The food was excellent from start to finish, with delicious deep-dish pizza that was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The portions were generous, and everything arrived hot and fresh.<br>A special shoutout to Travis, who was an outstanding server. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He checked in regularly, made great recommendations, and genuinely helped make our meal even more enjoyable.<br>Great food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back the next time we're in New York. Highly recommended

Came here after a visit to the museum of natural history. Conveniently located across the street. Was very busy and although we wanted a booth we were only offered a high top at the bar. There were some loud talkers standing by the bar and it was kinda getting annoying for my meal.<br><br>So the cheesy bread came out hot and ready to eat before our entrees. Very delicious. For my main dish I went with the Wagyu burger. Treated myself. Was delicious and filling. I had to take half home. Baes pasta was really good too. Small pieces of chicken though. Bae also took half hers home.<br><br>Restaurant set up is weird. Bathroom is located downstairs and you have to squeeze by the severs at the food picket window by the kitchen just to get to the stair case.<br><br>We weren’t offered refills. Asked for containers to go and had to ask for a bag to put the containers in. Service was just satisfactory.

Jett was great!<br>Overall food was good but perhaps not the freshest and made to order. I had buffalo boneless chicken bites, deep dish pizza and cookie sundae on a Sunday evening. I dont think the chicken was fried just for me, perhaps it was done prior and just really warmed up. Same for the deep dish pizza and cookie but i still ate everything as it reminds me of Chi town!<br>Jett was very attentive and friendly!!!

My first delivery order from UNO and everything was exceptionally good! I had a bunch of things, from the Pepperoni personal deep dish pizza to the Buffalo Chicken Fajitas which were fantastic and the wagyu Burger, very very tasty (it was missing just a pinch of salt IMO) that came with an outstanding loaded baked potato and the Brisket BBQ sandwich was delicious too. My only complaint is about the fries which arrived cold and not really enjoyable. Except for that everything was truly worth the price (kinda expensive) you paid for! Will definitely order again because overall it was a great culinary experience!

I did a pizza-making class at Pizzeria Uno’s and honestly had a great time. Our instructor, Joe, was awesome, super knowledgeable but also really funny, which made the whole experience relaxed and fun instead of feeling like a formal class. He explained everything clearly and kept everyone engaged the entire time.<br>They had so many toppings to choose from, way more than I expected, and it was fun being able to make a personal pan pizza exactly how I wanted it. The whole thing felt hands-on and easy to follow<br>We got the class through Groupon, and it was definitely worth it for the price. Good food, good atmosphere, and a fun experience overall. I’d absolutely do it again and would recommend it to anyone looking for something a little different.

The manager Joe greeted us at the door. He was very nice and welcoming to me and my family. All Christmas Day our server Liz was wonderful. She took our order. She was very kind. The food was amazing. My kids loved their meals. Everything was properly prepared. The customer service was good. It wasn’t a long way for the food and the order was correct and it was served hot wonderful staff at this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to everyone The prices was reasonable 10 out of 10 in my book will be definitely gone again

Me and my lady came in on a very wet stormy day after visiting the American Museum of Natural History. We were in a bit of a rush to make it to our next attraction and Mr. Joe Torres was incredible. Got a seated and comfortable with a drink in front of us and only a couple minutes. He was right there if we needed anything and so was the rest of the staff. We grabbed the manicotti and a small deep dish, which were both excellent. We wanted to make it known that Joe was above and beyond and so friendly and personable. He made the experience so much better. Thanks Joe, staff, and UNO’s!

This place can really vary depending on the day you visit, but overall, it has a cozy, old-school diner vibe. The food and drinks are quite good, and the desserts are delightful. The service is okay, and prices are reasonable, making it a nice spot to check out.

This is one of two places I come to get my Chicago style deep dish pizza craving filled in the city. I only ever sit at the bar so I can’t speak to the dining areas, but the bar is never too busy that I can’t get a seat.<br><br>All of the staff have been amazing. My last visit was on a Sunday, and much to my surprise they had a happy hour special. A few of the appetizers and personal pepperoni pizzas were on the list. Margaritas, wine and beer were also on special.<br><br>The pizza was great and filling as usual, and this was my first time trying the Buffalo wings. There were done to perfection as well.

I hand the UNO classic deep dish pizza and it was delicious pepperoni, sussage and onions all blended into a perfect pizza. My friend had the Bacon cheeseburger and he said that it was very good. A very nice atmosphere and good customer service.

Went to grap a quick bite, stayed because of the atmosphere. 90's atmosphere, great service, and good food. The drinks were good but cheap, and they had great deals on the food. Bringing your kids here is also a great idea because of the make your own pizza, and the deep dish is to die for. Definitely coming here again!

We went here specifically to try the Californian style pizza, which was very delicious. Shared a medium size pizza between 2 people, it was pretty big and filling. We also ordered the Cobb salad to share- it was super tasty and the portion was huge! Our waiter Jeff was very friendly and helpful, we had a lovely time. In total we paid 70$ (including 12$ tip).
