I’m extremely disappointed because this place used to be good. I came here during the summer for dinner and had a great experience, which is why I returned yesterday for lunch in the middle of the day. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different and very uncomfortable.<br><br>There is a 2-hour seating limit, and my friend and I were only there for about one hour. I wasn’t even finished eating I was on what was supposed to be my last round (fruit and ice cream) when an employee handed us the bill without us asking, clearly implying that we needed to leave.<br><br>When we asked why, the explanation made no sense. We were told it was “because it’s almost dinner time” and because they saw me “eating dessert.” First of all, it was fruit, not even dessert. Second, I have never in my life been at a buffet where staff decides you’re done eating and hands you the bill without you requesting it. That completely defeats the purpose of a buffet.<br><br>On top of that, employees were watching only me and my friend while we were getting food, which made us feel judged and uncomfortable. One employee even sucked her teeth while walking past me as I was serving myself extremely rude and unprofessional.<br><br>To make it worse, the food honestly wasn’t even that good to justify all that attitude and hovering. If customers are being watched, rushed, and judged, the food should at least be worth it and it wasn’t.<br><br>When we left, the man at the front who seats people didn’t say thank you or goodbye, just stared at us like we had done something wrong.<br><br>A buffet should not make customers feel uncomfortable for eating, especially when they are within the time limit. Because of how we were treated, I will not be returning.
