Party of 10 adults and 3 children. Our bill was over $600, yet the experience from start to finish was terrible.<br><br>The first issue was being charged full adult price for children who clearly did not qualify as adults under the restaurant’s own policy. The male host immediately insisted my niece and nephew were teenagers when they were not. Not only were they not teenagers, they were also well under the 4-5 foot height requirement. To avoid creating a scene and because we’d already waited a long time for seating, I reluctantly let it go.<br><br>Things only got worse when it came time to pay. We paid $400 cash and the remainder by card. Due to fraud protection from earlier purchases that day, my bank temporarily declined the card. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff came back with rude attitudes and treated us like we were trying to skip out on the bill even though our entire party was still seated at the table. I immediately resolved the issue and paid what was owed.<br><br>Meanwhile, the kids went to pick up their boba tea, and while we were still within the restaurant’s stated two-hour limit, the same host aggressively informed them we’d have to pay extra. At that point, it felt less like customer service and more like harassment.<br><br>To top it all off, much of the food and fruit appeared stale, and the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. The male host and the woman at the register were consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.<br><br>What bothered me most wasn’t the money it was the complete lack of respect. When a party spends over $600 in less than 2hrs, basic courtesy should not be too much to expect. We left feeling targeted, unwelcome, and disrespected. We will never return and will not be recommending this establishment to anyone. Nostrand Location!!
