Love this place except on weekends. The place is PACKED with families and THE NOISE LEVEL is deafening. I hate having to SHOUT to talk with someone across the table. The problem is, the HARD CEILING doesn't absorb any noise. 😔 I can deal with crowds, not going deaf. Staff & food is great!

Great Italian restaurant, the food never disappoints. They even prepared vegan meals for my nieces. The service is great and if you don't get parking in their lot there's always street parking. My family loves going here!

We absolutely love this place and it has become one of our regular spots. My wife and I come here often and the food is consistently delicious every single time. Their salads are especially incredible — always fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients.<br><br>The staff is another big reason we keep coming back. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s hard to find a local restaurant that combines great food, great service, and such a comfortable atmosphere so consistently. Highly recommend supporting this local gem!

We had my sister’s baby shower at Umberto’s and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff truly made the day—Will, Pedro, and Katie went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests felt taken care of. The food was incredible, the space looked beautiful, and the whole experience was so easy and enjoyable. We’re so grateful for such a special day!

Some of the best pizza ive ever had. Worth the drive from wherever youre from. Nice crust. Cheese. Sauce ✅️. Passes all the tests and sets the golden standard for a proper pizza.

Prices are definitely higher than at other pizza places. The crust was very well done, being both thin and crispy. However, the pepperoni pizza was too salty for my liking. I tried the vodka, pepperoni, and Margherita slices. Parmesan cheese and red chili flakes are available.Budget around 1 hour depending on the time.

Best pizza ever!!<br>We are from Pa and every time we go to Long Island, we have to stop here. This is the best pizza I’ve ever had, the grandma style is my favorite and don’t forget to get dessert the Nutella donuts are amazing.

SO LEGIT, it’s insane! Place is an icon. My ‘high-water’ benchmark for great pizza anywhere in the world I eat pizza, full stop. Classic old school Italian family dining joint - eat-in, take-out or deliver. Just so so so so soooooo very good!

Arrived for an early dinner with family. Courteous and friendly staff, clean and spacious dining area on both sides. Free parking lot was full, but it was easy to find parking on the street. Food was absolutely delicious. Cheese on the pizza was dripping with flavor, the crust just the right amount of crunchy/chewy. The vodka sauce was yummy as was the eggplant Parmesan. Hot bread and garlic knots with butter accompanied our house salad; just a wonderful meal from start to finish!

Everytime I'm in town we stop here, it's my second stop other than when I stop at home to drop my clothes and car off. Sicilian, grandma, broccoli rabe and sausage, baked ziti, veal parmigiana...everything. is. so. good! Best place to people watch while you have a slice, never a bad attitude, always delicious.

Umberto's is such a classic Italian spot and I don't know why I haven't tried it until now! Had reservations made for a large group on a Monday night thinking that it probably didn't really need to be made, but it was actually packed when we arrived, so I'm glad we had it. This specific location has both a pizzeria and a restaurant, so you can really go just for the pizza or their full menu. In the beginning, I felt like we were being rushed to order..the staff came by 3 times in a span of like 10 minutes to try to get our order in. The food took a while to come out though. I love their bread basket! They had a mix of garlic knots and regular white bread. The garlic knots were so addicting. We, of course, had to start with some fried calamari, baked clams, and Grilled Portuguese Octopus. The fried calamari was crispy, simple and paired great with the sauces. Baked clams were good too; nothing outstanding but it was a good started. The octopus had a nice char to it and I liked the hummus, roasted potatoes, and chorizo that came with it. One of their specials for the night was a seafood pasta with a tomato sauce. There was a lot of stuff in. The seafood was decent, but the lobster meat was mushy and didn't taste fresh. I think the pizzettas were a favorite throughout the night. The pies are on the smaller side and meant to only serve 2, so we definitely ordered a lot. The Parma and Margherita options were so good! We also tried the Tortellini Bolognese; there was a lot going on in there, but it all tasted delicious together. I would recommend Umberto's to anyone looking for a good Italian restaurant.

Went here to see about catering planning an event in October had questions. The lady that we were presented to seemed uninterested and in a rush to get rid of us. While the price wasn’t bad not sure we will do business here. We did stay to eat because it was lunch time and we were hungry. Food was ok service from the guys that attended us was excellent.

Great space, has it's own parking lot next door. Super spacious Italian restaurant, with a more formal dining room for table service and a casual, pizzeria style dining room. Two separate entrances. Menu varies from individual pizzas (cannot order slices in the formal restaurant) to pasta plates and protein entrees. The casual dining is meant for just pizzeria style menu. The stuffed veal is huge and amazing. Large enough to share. Fried calamari and spinach artichoke dip was a delicious sharing appetizer.
