My server Adrian was a gem!!🫶🏾 I have stomach issues and Adrian went above and beyond to ensure that the food that I was interested in/ordered would not affect my stomach negatively. He ensured that my party and I was well accommodated! Though this was my first encounter with him as a server, I can infer that he takes pride in providing top tier service🤩 The restaurant’s ambiance and music selection was pretty good as well. I can’t wait to visit again🥳

They say when a Resturant is crowded, the food is great…. Well they weren’t lying! Rum punch was 10/10, oxtails were a traditional Caribbean flavorful with ginger and peas! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and my waiter Mike was the best! I definitely will be going back!

The food was great i love oxtails and any Caribbean food. Our server was nice and accommodating. I even took oxtails and mac and cheese to go. The only thing is that you cant walk in expecting a table and thats fine, but i booked a reservation and didn’t get seated till 30/40 minutes after our time. The food and atmosphere is nice but that line isn’t even. They shouldn’t over book and have people waiting.

Celebrating my sister’s birthday was no disappointment at all at the SIMPSON!
We parked right in front and were immediately greeted and seated.
Our waiter JARED was so attentive and lively he was very handsome as well.
Once he took our orders, it didn’t take long for the food to arrive hot and delicious. The portions were very large and the drinks were to perfection. Thank you Jared for making our 1st experience one to always remember. Every aspect of this experience was special for all of us.

My husband and I visited this restaurant three times in one week while on vacation in Brooklyn, from Miami, Florida where we resided and every experience was exceptional. The scenery was beautiful, the space was open and comfortable, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth. The host and servers made us feel genuinely welcomed each time. The customer service was truly outstanding.

A special thank‑you to Sherice, who served us twice that week, and to Jared, who took care of us on our third visit. You both showed such genuine hospitality, and it was a pleasure to dine with you fort lunch and dinner.

The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. The flavors were spot‑on, the portions were generous, and it felt like one of those meals that stays with you. My husband and I are from Jamaica, and we have to say we felt a little touch of home. The dishes carried that authentic Jamaican soul, with an extra special twist that made the experience unforgettable.

Most importantly, the food is very good hence why you go to a restaurant however, this place is lacking when it comes to thinking of people in the general public. In particularly people who are wheelchair bound. Unfortunately, they often get overlooked and are underserved. I had two people in my party who were wheelchair bound we made a reservation for 6 o’clock on a Saturday night. When we got there we were told the party at the table was still eating and we needed to wait. We literally waited almost 2 hours to get a table again we had a reservation, that is not OK! So if you are wheelchair bound, I would not recommend this place. At least not on a very busy weekend/evening. Our server was OK now again it was a very busy night but she often kept forgetting things that we were asking for like extra napkins, condiments, etc. We had to ask several times for additional drinks. Overall good food good drinks, good atmosphere if you don’t have any special accommodations.

My husband and I came to The Simpson’s for lunch after a long morning. Our server Adrian was amazing. He provided excellent service and was always attentive to our needs. Our food has always been outstanding and Adrian’s friendly, attentive service matched the quality of the meal. Thank you Adrian for making our time there so relaxed after a crazy morning.

I ordered the BBQ ribs with loaded potato and a side of Mac and cheese. The rods were so tender and yummy! And I usually don’t care for baked potato but it paired so well with the meat. Mac and cheese was also really flavorful.

Great music 10/10 and the workers were very attentive, nice and funny!

ALL I have to say is YUM-YUM - ME😋. Get ready for your taste buds to take an excursion to the beautiful Caribbean Tropics, each dish is bursting 💥 with well seasoned flare. Our server "👑Marcus" was outstanding 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. The ambiance is exceptional, the decor is contemporary loaded with cultural icons adorning the walls, lighting was perfect, seating arrangement has just enough space to enjoy comfort and privacy. You will enjoy their secretly tucked away booth, or you may want a little more wiggle room and dine at the floor tables, or even to grab a drink and bite at the bar. Competitive pricing especially in downtown high traffic area. Greeter outstanding and I felt like I was in vacation. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely revisit the next time I'm back in town. A place where KINGS🫅🏿 🫅🏾🤴🏻🫅🏼QUEENS 👸🏾👸🏻 👸🏼enjoy fine dining.

10 outta 10 would recommend.
A time was definitely had. We made a reservation ahead of time, which was perfect because we were seated immediately with no wait. Living in NYC, you already know that even with a reservation there’s usually some wait, so the fact that there wasn’t one at all really set the tone for a great night.
The atmosphere was really nice. There was good music, great energy, and a fun vibe all around. The food was good, and our server Mike was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly, attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire time without ever making us feel rushed. Allan was also great because he cleared the dishes that were used in a timely manner and kept everything neat and organized for us. Ben, the person who brought out our food, was amazing as well and added to the overall positive experience.
One of my favorite parts was seeing the security dancing to the music because it honestly added to the energy and made the whole place feel even more alive. Overall, I had a great time and really enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be going back.

10/10 will definitely recommend. The fish fritters and jerk tacos Fire !!! This was my first time here. Kevoy was a wonderful server. He was so patient with us & help me decide on what to order. He gave great feedback and was spot on with the recommendations. His attitude was great & kept a smile on his face the whole time. Thank you kevoy, Rosean and team for the great experience and good up drinks. Big up to the chef and the team. Keep doing the thing. Much love and will return soon.

We came here on this visit to celebrate my husband's birthday. He chose this place because we've been here several times and they've never disappointed. We started with the Cod fish cakes which were good and had a deliciously spicy sauce with it. My husband ordered the Notorious, and I had the Simpson Strawberry for drinks. We both enjoyed them and agreed that they didn't skimp on the liquor. For Entrées hubby had the Pimento Jerk Pork w/ bammy while I had the Lamb chops w/ garlic mashed potatoes. Both came with veggies and we shared an order of Mac & Cheese. We also had the Hennessey Cheesecake for dessert. My hubby said the pork was cooked well. It was tasty, tender & not over-seasoned. My lamb chops were delicious. Tender and cooked perfectly and a nice portion size. The Mac was good as usual. The Cheesecake was delightful and very creamy. Our server was Jarod. He was friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The prices were reasonable and you feel like you're getting your money's worth. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back.

Amazing place, food is very good. Macaroni and cheese wasn’t as great as I expected but it was good. The oxtails were fantastic, but I don’t think the macaroni next to the oxtail makes for a very good matchup.

The 10 pound lobster was good, didn’t seem like 10 pounds of lobster to me though. That coconut curry sauce was excellent. Salmon dish was excellent, nice proportion size of salmon. If you get the kids chicken meal, be surprised that you’re gonna get a lot of chicken strips good amount of fries.
Very disappointed, we didn’t get to have the tiramisu and the lava cake. They ran out, ;( whatever happened. Server was good, good energy. Took way too much time clear dishes from our table. Had to remind him a few times. Low selection of sparkling wine, mixed drinks were good. Good music along with the atmosphere.
Take your family and friends here for nice evening.

The other day I checked out the The Simpson in Bk and had an enjoyable evening. We went to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We had the honey curry wings, escovitche fish with festival, breadfruit, and the steamed fish with bammy. The wings were okay. More sweet than curry. Both fish dishes were made with red snapper. The escovitche was good but the steamed fish was phenomenal. I especially liked pumpkin and bammy in the sauce. The breadfruit was fried to perfection and the festival was soft and delicious. The server was nice and attentive and gave us great suggestions for dinner options. We enjoyed our meal and I will definitely dine here again in the future.

Well, I finally made my way over to The Simpson and phew 😮‍💨 It was well worth the wait! We started with the Jerk Wings and Pepper shrimp, both bring the heat 🔥 so be ready! Our dinner consisted of the fried rice w/ jerk pork, stew red snapper and oxtail mac we truly enjoyed our dinner tn. The portions are huge, we have dinner for the next two days! Rum punch…well it was punching! Absolutely delicious from the start! We sat at the bar to avoid a longer wait time and I’m glad we did. The service at the bar was impeccable. Can’t wait to be back. Thank you for a great meal. 10/10 highly recommended
