Great 👍🏻 place to take your family. Food is great. Definitely coming back. So I visit the cheese cake factory again 5/31/26. And again great food and service. Mr Jason merlo was our server and he was awesome and friendly. Will be coming back again.

The Cheesecake Factory as the name suggest specializes in cheesecakes of all different types. It also operates a restaurant offering a wide selection of dishes. It's a popular destination for dining especially at the end of the week (Friday/Saturday) with wait times for a table of 20-45 minutes. One of the things I enjoy about dining at Cheesecake factory is the complimentary baguette bread served after you're seated at a table waiting for your order. They have a full bar offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Other dishes I enjoy are the street corn appetizer and for my main dish the Bee Sting pizza, the Korean Fried chicken or the Honey Truffle chicken to name a few. To finish the meal you can choose from one of the many cheesecakes offered, if you feel a little stuffed you can get it to go.

The food is good, but the service was meh and slow even though there were plenty of staff and available tables around. We still had to wait 25 minutes. The tables are also placed too close to each other, making it hard for people with bigger bags or strollers to pass through comfortably.

My boyfriend and I went to the Cheesecake Factory with intention: to enjoy a good meal and beverage. The locations are few and far in between from where we are in the Bronx, so we were hoping to have a pleasant experience after making the trip to Elmhurst 😅 We were anything but disappointed ✨ The atmosphere is always lovely; the wait time was 15-20 minutes around the time we got there. Our server, Payal, was very polite and attentive 😊 She made the experience for us with her warm hospitality and overall vibe ✨ She always checked in with us and made menu recommendations. Ultimately, we each had the pot stickers, Japanese whiskey sour and fettuccine alfredo (him) and the cream of chicken soup, raspberry lemon drop and the fried chicken and waffles eggs benedict. Everything was delicious 😋 The food did not take too long to come around; the complimentary bread kept us satisfied momentarily anyways~ We of course got cheesecakes to go too 🍰 We even got extra bread to take home 🤗<br>Overall, our experience was well worth the trip; I would love to come back and have Payal wait on us again 💖

Ordered delivery. The peach lemonade didnt take like peach it was sour,the beet avocado salad was really good the beets were soft the dressing delicious, the chicken and biscuits were on point the gravy had lots of flavor the biscuits were soft the chicken was crispy,the jambalaya rice balls had a nice flavor but it felt it was missing a dipping sauce and last thing was the peach raspberry cheesecake it was alright I dont think I would get it again the flavor was best described as dull. They didnt send utensils and napkins even though I requested and put it in the notes.

This place is very nice. Food was very good. There is always a wait but it wasn't too bad. I recommend the chicken taquitos, cheeseburger rolls and the fried macaroni and cheese. Flat bread pizza is a great choice for lunch. Tastes snacking amazing....

Stephanie was our host and she was amazing. My friends and I arrived 1 hour to closing. Although they place ran out of a few of our selected appetizers, we couldn’t complain because everything else was delicious. Stephanie made it her job to make sure we were well taken care of. She gave us herb recommendation in the cheesecake I think it was called triple berry and is was ready. Everything we ordered was prepared with to perfection. Our hostess really made our experience 5 stars and more. The staff from the front desk to engine we’ve encountered were professional and delightful. Definitely easy here, sit at Stephanie’s section; you won’t be disappointed. Don’t forget the bread and butter….soooooo good :)

Food is good! Very recommended! This place is pretty crowded so expect some delay in service. But overall, pretty good experience and I will come back!

Came here on a busy Friday evening. The service was decent & friendly, but I know it’s because they were busy. I had the Mac and cheese cheeseburger which was good. I did like the skinny menu options, for those who want to stay within macros of course. Overall, decent quality & the menu is so extensive, and affordable. I wouldn’t get steak here lol. Go to a steakhouse for that experience. Parking is trash in the area so prepare to hit the garage. The bathroom was actually clean too and they have a changing table.

To start off, this is a really pretty restaurant. I’ve attached photos of the visually appealing and artistic ceiling lighting/decor. Lighting is appropriate for a date night, but very family friendly. I’ve been to this location a handful of times and a good time is always to be had. The food is nearly always perfect, but the servers are always eager to fix anything for you.<br>Our server last night was Sameer and he was wonderful. Even though we arrived close to last call for kitchen, he kindly made us feel tended to throughout the evening and even discreetly accommodated a special birthday sundae for my best friend.<br>The bread and butter were great as always. I ordered a zero proof margarita which I was not a fan of and Sameer was more than happy to exchange it for the passion mint fizz, which was great! We also had the meatball sliders. These are always very hot lol so give it a minute to cool down before consuming. Lastly, I believe the birthday boy had a Japanese whiskey sour, which he was very happy with.

The Cheesecake Factory is always a great choice! Huge menu with something for everyone, generous portions, and consistently delicious food.<br><br>Louisiana chicken pasta always my favourite.<br><br>The service is friendly, and of course, the cheesecakes are amazing. A reliable spot for a satisfying meal!

My wife and I went during happy hour to check out the food. We sat at the bar and had an amazing bartender Isaiah serve us. He was very attentive, kind, and had humor. Highly recommend families and couples to come by for some food. Great job guys.

The food was delicious and everything was prepared with great flavor and presentation. The atmosphere is family-friendly, comfortable, and perfect for enjoying a meal with your partner or loved ones. The service was very good, and the staff was attentive throughout our visit.<br><br>The only thing that could be improved is the wait time for some of the larger entrées, which took a bit longer than expected. However, the quality of the food definitely makes up for it.<br><br>Overall, highly recommended — great food, great ambiance, and a place we would definitely return to.

Came here because a friend recommended it, and it definitely has that classic comfort-food, fast-casual vibe. The portions are huge, and the place was pretty busy when we arrived, which is always a good sign. I didn’t get to try the cheesecake, but my friend said it’s really good.<br><br>The avocado roll was delicious — super fresh and flavorful. The Steak Diane was also great, and the red wine sauce was surprisingly tasty.<br><br>Overall, a solid spot if you’re craving hearty food and big portions!

Our server Payal was absolutely amazing. Her service was warm, attentive, and genuinely made our first visit special. She recommended some of the best food and drinks they offer and she did not miss.<br><br>Everything tasted incredible, the vibe was great, and the experience overall was 10/10.<br><br>Love it.<br>Definitely coming back!
