I’ve been a few times. I had the lavender waffle and one of the brunch bowls made vegan. The waffle was a little dry but the portions were reasonable for the cost. Service was good, nothing amazing but felt appropriate. I appreciated the variety of breakfast items and that you could order brunch items later in the day. Many vegan options for easily modifiable options.
The breakfast sandwich on sourdough was messy but delicious. I also liked their healthier latte options.

We had a table outside but inside looked equally nice. They have non-alcoholic beer and great tiny dishes like humus with fresh vegetable sticks and warm pita bread and cauliflower. I am looking forward to coming again soon!

We had a great experience at The Butcher's Daughter. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable throughout our visit.
It’s the perfect spot for a healthy, vegetarian meal, with high-quality ingredients and a menu focused on fresh, wholesome dishes. We had also been to their Venice Beach location in Los Angeles a few years ago, and this one definitely lived up to our expectations.
We ordered the avocado toast on whole grain bread and a coconut yogurt with fresh fruit and homemade granola—everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavor.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a healthy and satisfying meal in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere!

Great food, good vegan selection, healthy smoothies & juices. We had the Solar Power smoothie & pear waffle as well as the French toast and avocado toast with the green juice. The staff was very friendly, the amenities were clean & the vibe was great.

The food was absolutely delicious! I went here with my twin sister. The blueberry fig French toast was amazing! And the pizza was also very tasty! However, the place is quite expensive. Two scrambled eggs for nearly $8 is absurd…. And the tip percentages are way out of range… I felt obligated to tip more than what I wanted to. But overall, the food was very good!

Such a nice gem of a restaurant! All of the food was incredible, and yet, some how the service was better. Would absolutely go again. Thank you so much for the thoughtful vegetarian options!

Super nice restaurant with amazing food ( all vegetarian with many vegan options). That staff is very friendly and cute. And the food is really mind-blowing.

The Country Breakfast at The Butcher's Daughter was incredibly satisfying and a wonderful start to the day. The Shakshuka was the absolute highlight—perfectly spiced and served with tender baked eggs in a rich, vibrant tomato sauce.

Found the food and the cocktails quite average . The only exception were the pizzas which were outstanding. The Margaritas and the Bloody Mary were quite lackadaisical. The sandwiches too soggy and did not taste that great. So if you are a pizza lover then highly recommend this place and if you are looking at a normal brunch then be prepared to have just ok food

While the restaurant is mostly targeted towards vegetarians as opposed to vegans, we were very impressed with the amount of dishes they'll happily make vegan with swaps. There are no meat products so there's a little more confidence that a mistake won't be made.

We opted for a country breakfast (made vegan from a veggie standard) and the lemon waffles and weren't disappointed. The food came quickly and both dishes were delicious.

Service was friendly and attentive.

The place opens very early by NYC standards, so, if like us, you're visiting and want to make the most of your time here then it's a good place to go to before the shops open.

I absolutely love The Butcher’s Daughter. It is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. I am very passionate about plant forward dishes made with Whole Foods and good for you ingredients. The Butcher’s Daughter makes food that is exploding with delicious, unique, and also classic flavors, while using only the highest quality of ingredients, and it shows. The food tastes amazing and makes you feel amazing. We got the Buckwheat Pancakes and they were truly the best pancakes I’ve ever had in my life. Flavor and texture were incredible and they were perfectly paired with fresh berries, coconut whip and real maple syrup. The Mediterranean bowl had an excellent green tahini sauce, and the pastry sampler allowed us to try 3 pasties for $10 and came with the most fresh jam! I love their fresh juices, especially the juice flight!!! They have an amazing cacao reishi mushroom elixer I love. Excellent kale Caesar! I want to try the whole menu. This time though the pancakes stole the show. SO GOOD!!!! Love this place so, so much. And the VIBES, immaculate!

It felt cooler and more vibrant in the past, but food remains fresh, healthy and delicious. Our waiter was attentive and warm.

The food was amazing. I had the country breakfast. Only criticism I had to say is the impossible burger was dry. The kale was perfect! The buckwheat pancakes was good. Texture was great. They have to do a better job with the pizza. The crust was soggy but the taste was good. The vitality elixer was good with a nice ginger and lemon punch 🥊. Our waiter, Erick, was attentive, professional and great. The ambiance is beautiful. It was a great experience. Happy Father’s Day.

It was my first time dining at a vegetarian restaurant, and I was truly impressed! The food was absolutely amazing — full of flavor and beautifully presented. My favorite dishes were the fried mushrooms, carbonara spaghetti, and for dessert, the pistachio brownies with pistachio ice cream — all so delicious! The staff were super friendly, and the drink I had was just as great. Such a memorable experience that changed the way I see vegetarian food. I’ll definitely be back!
