Walked in around 10pm at night after a ballgame. Service was still great and food was even better. I agree with the high ratings this place has. Plates are large so we couldn’t even finish. Would definitely come back

This food is awesome and its a lovely environment. I got the spicy braised beef noodle soup and century egg. I never had a century egg until today. I will have many more!! Also the service was great and the food was made very quickly. I am happy I live nearby :)

Dreams come true with their flavorful appetizers, atmosphere and service.
Portions are huge and taste like real veggie and meat, not a frozen packed version of Szechuan foods at all. Highly recommend the spicy beef and tribe appetizer!

Kung pao chicken was amazing! Garlic chicken and steamed pork dumplings were delicious, too. The chrysanthemum tea was blah, but we were fine with the lemon water.
The service was fantastic and the ambiance was lovely for dinner, but the incense scent made my head hurt a bit. Over all 4.5/5.

Well, they call it the best for a reason! I'm not sure if it THE best, but it's super and def. worth coming here. The welcoming and super attentive staff, cool authentic space and food is really great. We had the hot& sour soup, (so silky and savory) pork wontons in chili oil and veggie rice noodles were so tasty. Go!

Overall good Sichuan style restaurant.

A little too much sugar for the flavor. If less sugar is added to the ingredients of dishes, it would taste better and more authentic.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered cumin beef, green beans, fried rice noodles, and mouth-watering chicken, and every dish was amazing. The cumin beef was flavorful and tender, the green beans were fresh and tasty, the fried rice noodles had great wok heat, and the spicy chicken was perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend — will definitely be coming back!

Me and my friend ate here late one night after work. We both came hungry, and were deeply satisfied by the Mapo Tofu and Pork Soup Dumplings. To finish off, we ordered a delicious plate of Sesame Rice Balls. The waiters were all very courteous and warm. Will come back again!

Hidden gem, absolutely delicious homey Chinese food. The type of food you’d find in the neighborhood but tucked away in midtown.. love this spot. Friendly staff, large tables for family style eating and plenty of menu items to pick from. Also a good take-out spot. Highly recommend!

Went here on the recommendation of a friend, we always go to Chinatown for Chinese, but lately feel the quality of our normal go to restaurants is starting to lack in quality and service.
This place is excellent! Location is good, the service was friendly, prices were very reasonable and most important the food was excellent.
Had the cold sesame noodles, the scallion pancakes, the duck and ordered orange beef, they did mess up the orange beef as the brought us sesame instead, but close enough.
Definitely recommend, we will be back.

I had a great experience at this Chinese restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The dishes were well-seasoned, portions were generous, and everything tasted authentic and satisfying. You can really tell care goes into the cooking.

The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to make sure everything was taken care of without being intrusive. Orders came out on time, and they were happy to answer questions or make recommendations.

We ordered takeout and were able to place the order online easily. Chicken in garlic sauce and hot and sour soup were not good. Both had a weird flavor and strong overly sour taste. Mapo tofu was the best out of everything we ordered. The rest of our dishes were ok. Overall pretty disappointed

I’ve been to this restaurant three times. At first, I thought their Yu Xiang Rou Si (shredded pork in garlic sauce) was really tasty. Today I tried the stir-fried minced pork with pickled long beans—it was also quite good, with just the right level of spiciness and perfect with rice. However, the pork strips in today’s Yu Xiang Rou Si were a bit too thick, though the flavor was still as good as always. From what I remember, the Mao Xue Wang (spicy blood curd hotpot) was just average, and their signature lemon fish wasn’t that impressive either. Overall, a few of their dishes are excellent, but not all of them hit the mark. I’ll definitely come back again!
