Absolutely disgusting. They are so rude. They tell us they don’t have rice but yet they were able to fill out other orders with rice. I don’t understand. Then when I ask if it’s possible to cancel my order since they don’t have my meal they say no go call your bank because they can do it??? I mean I don’t understand is there not a way u can help me

Food was cold and taco shells tasted stale. Never again.

This location needs more staff. I've now been waiting 36+ minutes for 2 combos. There's two food delivery guys who have been waiting since I got here. To be clear, this is not is a complaint against the staff working, this is a complaint about staffing levels on a Saturday night.

Worst ever. Even cheese not melted in quesadillas

This Taco Bell is A1. I drive from across town to go to this Taco Bell. The food is fresh and they have a drive through. Which is great, because I don't work at Taco Bell, so I refuse to ring myself up at the kiosk...

I went to this Taco Bell between 9:30 - 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, Sep. 27th, and had a terrible experience. I went through the drive-thru to order my children and me food for dinner, and I was greeted by the person on the microphone very rudely. As I was attempting to order my food, she seemed very rude, impatient, and bothered. I don’t understand why she was acting in that manner because I didn’t do anything besides order my food. When I went to the window, I saw the lady that was rude, and I asked her if I did anything that caused her rudeness. She said, “No, I was just busy with something.” I was okay with that, but I explained to her she had an unnecessary attitude. Which in my opinion wasn’t needed. Then she proceeded to have another attitude as I politely called her out on it. I then asked for the manager, who then also didn’t seem like she cared either. It’s very disappointing to be with my kids and then get such bad service. I just left my order at Taco Bell and took my kids to the closest McDonald’s.

OK reviews say something about you talking about nighttime. I don’t know who changed this. I want the before. Come back. Whoever is having food no good. I was ordering food. No good that’s it. I ate a container bowl. It was nasty. Nasty look I will give you.

The wait for my food in the drive thru was awful. There was no line when I pulled up . I placed my order right away without wait. They had the Luxe combo I love. I pull up, to find a vehicle ahead of me waiting. I never thought I would be sitting in a drive thru for 30 minutes for my late night dinner. It was after 10pm. The lady in the vehicle ahead of me must have ordered a boat load of food. I don't know how long she was there waiting for her order.<br>That was my first time at this store and I possibly my last because of the incredibly long wait.

Does this look nacho chips to you? And they fill them out half way only. If you ask politely they tell you that's how they come. Well, this was literally empty. Quickly asking for the empty one in return, I'll be back

The drive thru felt rushed. I was put on hold then when the person came back she forgot that she told me to hold. But eventually she got the order right. The food is good. I recommend this Taco Bell.

Ordered ten of the Regular hard tacos. I don’t expect them to be bursting with meat but this paltry portion is an absolute shame for $1.69 a piece. Definitely won’t be returning to this location again.

It was pretty empty minus the carriers for delivery was able to purchase my food on the kiosk and pay at the register and they got my order right for the second time will be going back

Horrible service and workers, that will not check to see if your order is ready. Staff looking like they want to jump you for requesting your order be remade after being left there for over 20-30 mins. Missing food items and ingredients that were paid for. The amount of food put in the taco was appalling. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Very rude and not worth the money.

I always go to this taco bell and usually use the drive thru.. never have any issues there, but this particular day I went inside to dine and turned right back around and walked out. I was turned off watching this employee sit on one of the counters..where they prepare food on.. while eating. Unprofessional..No thank you.. I'm good!

Always happy to have the Bell near me but a recent remodel has it looking amazing. Grabbed some Rolled Chicken Tacos and for a moment, life was complete.
