This is my first time there. I woke to the counter and asked if I could order at the counter or if I had to do it at the machine. I was completely ignored. She put her head down and she just walked away from me. Ask three times i had to go and interrupt another employee talking with another employee just to get service

I don’t live near this location, but every time I’m craving Taco Bell I come here because of the staff. In particular, Santa, who I believe is the manager, since she seems like a real wonder woman taking care of everything and everyone, makes the experience consistently excellent. She’s the best! When she’s around, the place always runs like clockwork, whether it’s busy or quiet. Everything is clean, and there’s never any chaos or disturbances.<br>Fantastic Taco Bell overall, but especially an amazing staff and an outstanding Santa!

After eating here I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning.<br>Place seemed dirty -- there was food on the floor.<br>I used to occasionally eat at Taco Bell and never had a problem, but now I'll never go back. I emailed headquarters about getting sick, and they replied with a form letter stating that they will consider my feedback. LOL.

Great food and good atmosphere at this Taco Bell location! This location is very easily accessible and has an excellent dining seating area. It's very well up kept and the staff are great here, my meal was delicious and ready very quickly, definitely a good experience for dinner

It took three employees more than ten minutes to get my order wrong and somehow not correct it that entire time... The place is a mess, and employees don't bother cleaning

Very nice Taco Bell. I went to get my favorite thing - the 7 layer burrito! The Cantina menu of chicken options is also surprising good and probably the best thing you can get get there if you're looking for a healthier option. Cherry coke in the fountain is the best. Place is big and open air with lots of seating. Service is generally fast. Recommended!

Taco Bell is very inconsistent, and the quality really depends on the branch. Some locations serve fresh food, while others have cold tacos, soggy shells, or poorly prepared items. The taste changes from place to place, and service can be slow or careless. That lack of consistency makes it hard to trust the experience.

Ordered to go from this location and was absolutely shocked to find a ROACH CRAWLING OUT OF THE BAG AFTER I SET IT DOWN ON MY KITCHEN TABLE. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I spent $32 dollars and had to throw it all away because there was an obviously disgusting roach crawling all over my food. Will never come back to this location. Absolutely disgusting and I of course understand it’s NYC and roaches are everywhere but to have it in the bag of my food and wasting money was dos disappointing to say the least. Everyone should beware.

The best Taco Bell in Manhattan. Friendly, fast service. The food always tastes fresh. And a great value. Big windows to people watch while you're eating.

A nice clean newer restaurant with kiosk ordering. The food was good and was ready in about 5 minutes but it was not very busy when I was there. They did give me my drink cup right away so I could fill it while I waited.

Good food and clean taco bell. I just really enjoy the tacos. Overall the same food I enjoy when im tight on time. But i had to wait a bit for the fries. The customer service kelt me informed. So overall the experience was good.

I can get in & out of this location in 5 minutes or less thanks to their easy to use self serve touch screen kiosk. I always order the exact same veggie burritos. They are custom made to order. Always fresh, hot & fast.

Love that Taco Bell has finally opened up at this location. So close to work for me. This place is brand new so it’s pretty inside out, staff are super nice and timely order receipts too for me so far. I tried the Potato Fiesta Burrito and well as the Mini Skillet bowl at this location. This is the coolest place ever. You come up, order your stuff from a little kiosk and can pay for it right there. And then it shows if they've gotten your order on a big screen and then it shows when your order is ready on a big screen.. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes and I was in and out of there. Food was great, nice atmosphere with music, however it's near Time Square so it's very crowded. And they're open till 3 a.m. which helps too.

Can be fairly busy but is your best option for Taco Bell in NYC. It’s fun new and has beer if you want. Digital order screens but you can still order from people if you want. Wait can be a bit long if they’re slammed and you need to go to the pick up place to get your drink fast but not much to complain about. They also sell Taco Bell merch if that’s your thing
