Sonic Drive-In

Ordered two meals and found hair in two of my tenders and a red plastic on the other tender meal. Absolutely disgusting. Won't be coming back here. I'm the manager was nice and made getting a refund easy.

Super nice , friendly employees!! the supersonic breakfast, not great but not bad for fast food-ingredients not spread around the burrito so not sure when u would get to other flavors which was not enjoyable. The drive thru speaker was no good so they had to come out to ask me what I needed—can use maintenance or repairing. Thank you employees here, was a nice morning interacting with people like you!

As someone who frequents this area often and has watched Green Acres Commons grow over the years, I’ve noticed a major decline in this Sonic location.<br><br>I remember when employees were constantly moving around on skates and drivers actually had to slow down because service was so active and efficient. Now, despite the area becoming even busier with more stores and traffic, the operation feels understaffed and poorly managed.<br><br>During my recent visit, it was only lightly raining, yet I only saw about two employees handling orders outside. The service was extremely slow, several carport screens were not working properly, and the drive thru was completely closed. That makes no sense for a location right off Sunrise Highway where many customers are trying to grab food quickly while shopping or commuting.<br><br>This location is in a prime area with heavy traffic and a lot of business potential, but the staffing, maintenance, and efficiency seriously need improvement. If management is unwilling to properly staff and operate this location, then maybe it should be relocated or replaced by another food establishment that is willing to maintain the level of service this area deserves.

Food has fallen off a bit but the hot fudge sundae tastes like childhood. Soft serve is a creamy consistency that you’d never get at data food restaurant (ahem McDonalds). Get the hot fudge sundae !

First time trying sonic and I was so excited but truth be told I’m not a fan. Service was good but the food was a bit salty for me. Who knows maybe one day I’ll go back and try something else on the menu.

Love the rollerblading staff on a sunny Sat afternoon.. great food and great service!!! They deserve full respect and $2-$3 gratuity for their hard work!!<br><br>Our second time having Sonic and we love it! They don’t shrink their burgers like another fast food change with “M” initial. :)<br><br>We’ll be back for more!!!

Truth be told I haven’t been to this location in years. I can remember visiting this and other locations, even as far as Florida, and I’ve always enjoyed the food. I pulled in everything seemed normal, business as usual, everything was clean. Although it was not too busy, about five cars including mine were waiting. The woman on the speaker seemed very nice and even apologized for the short wait. So I made my order, and surprisingly the food was by my door in no more that 2 minutes, I was pleased with the quick service, but very disappointed with what was inside the bag. The burger looked like it was put together by a three year old. The picture that I looked at when making my order, was a far cry from what I got. On the other hand, the slushy with the nerds was amazing , and onion rings were just OK. I guess that’s why they call it fast food.

The server came over and quickly handed me the food and took off before I can ask for anything. My burger was cold and doesn't look edible. I think they smushed the burger down. Not sure<br>The fries were okay, warm, not hot.<br>- See pictures.

I love sonic l go at least 2-3 times per month… my husband loves all the milkshakes flavors l love the tots and corn dogs 10/10 and its always about 5-10 of waiting no more

The girl who takes the order had a terrible attitude every time i come here. I feel she should not be allowed to work at this establishment because it really makes me not want to come here just because she always! Speaks like she has a attitude. The only thing i like about coming here is the customer service and the talent of the guy who rides on the skates during the day.

The food was pretty good. I got a number two which was a double cheeseburger and fries. I just pictured it to look a little more appealing and have more of a unique taste. The service was fast I just wished the waiter wore roller skates lol. But overall it was good and I will go back to try the other items.

I think this might be one of my top 3 favorite fast food breakfast chains now that I’ve finally tried the breakfast here which is yummy!! I loved the burrito

Still the same great Sonic food an place. Using the app can save you $$$ so I recommend looking into it Glad this opened here. Great food, great prices and the portion size is just right. Servers are on skates keeping it old school. You have your car spot to eat in your vehicle. Service is pretty quick as well.

During this pandemic I am grateful for all the workers who do a good job working.<br><br>The food was good and was hot when I received.<br><br>My only problems are congestion and the longer waits.<br><br>If somehow the drive thru process can be evaluated and cones be considered for the lanes. If you are trying to get thru to one of the available stalls, it's impossible to get thru other side due to the drive thru lane.<br><br>It was so much congestion, I left the entire Sonic location, parked somewhere and walked over and did an order outside.<br><br>That didn't exactly solve the problem. I placed the order and waited, waited more again waited. It finally came after about 25 minutes for two items.<br><br>This all might have been the store being understaffed during a busy time.<br><br>Aside from congestion and wait, everything else seems great here.

First time trying them out, what a great disappointment we had. Their burrito breakfast(no good! meats on the side by them self n eggs with tots together, no mix), ched R peppers(so plain), my friend had philly cheesesteak sandwich. That was the worst one we ever had. The meat doesn't really looks like real steak, plain no taste! not even salt n pepper, low quality bread. Fries were ok nothing special. Their coffee wasn't hot, lukewarm tasted like washed out coffee.
