The service at this establishment was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted us came across as rude and unwelcoming, and at times responded to questions with visible frustration, including eye-rolling. While the cook did an excellent job and the food was well-prepared, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the poor level of service.

Edit: Contacted the corporate using the email they provided here, then followed up 3 more times and NOTHING so far. No wonder why the restaurant staff didn’t care, the terrible service is coming from above.<br><br>The chili is a total scam. It looked like someone’s leftover when served - the first picture is exactly how it was when we opened the lid. And when we asked, they explained “it’s supposed to be a spoonful”. Ok fine, then maybe don’t charge $5 for that tiny spoon? Also it tasted disgustingly salty with no other flavors.<br><br>Service is like how a lot of people described here, it took them a while to come to the counter and take order.

This was a terrible ending to a great day. We arrived at the restaurant at 10:40pm after our musical ended. The restaurant closed at 12:00am so we assumed more than an hour would be acceptable time to eat there. The employees literally stared at us for 15min, my guess was hoping we would leave. One employee walked back and forth to the register then finally stood at the register and stared blankly at us for at least 2 minutes before saying “are you going to order anything?” We ordered our food and waited, while waiting the same employee closed the dining area while people were still upstairs. I asked if dine in had closed and she mumbled at me. When we finally got our food she came and opened the dining area and told us we could eat upstairs, promptly closing the dining area behind us. In the dining area we realized they didn’t give us our French fries, so we had to go back downstairs, around the barricades to get our fries. Upon eating our burgers we realized the avocado that we paid extra for, was missing. The same employee was upstairs for whatever reason, and said that she would bring us the avocado. She never did, we ate our food and gave up on the avocado. We realized later what she was doing. She had taken away the trash cans and left a trash bag in a corner on the floor. I had to touch the trash bag to throw the trash away, and couldn’t wash my hands because they locked the bathroom. Before leaving I asked for a refund of my avocado, another employee challenged due to the food being gone, luckily the employee who was supposed to bring the food admitted she forgot. Upon, leaving we saw other patrons eating their food standing in the lobby, like because the dining area was now “closed.” There was also a pile of swept up trash on the floor.

Delicious burgers man.<br><br>We got the crispy chicken variation for the spicy jalapeño and black bean for the truffle mushroom, both were delicious. Chicken was crispy, burgers were saucy and juicy, with enough melted cheese and condiments. 5 stars.<br><br>4 stars for the service since we did have to wait for 15 mins. But alls good!

This place has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced in Manhattan. We’ve frequented other locations but this specific spot felt like we were given a specifically terrible experience.<br><br>For some reason there seemed to be nobody on the register when we walked in and a tourist’s order hadn’t gone thru and was kept waiting for nearly 20 minutes to order. I have found on their menu at other locations that their chicken smash burger is particularly great and had been looking forward to it so we waited.<br><br>Finally we ordered and seemed to be fine but we then waited as three orders after ours were served and completed. In this time waiting, one of the staff members put our stanchions to close out some of the footprint by the register, then swept trash directly onto my shoes without acknowledging or apologizing. Orders continued to be fulfilled as we waited and this same staff member started cleaning the Coke machine and bumped into me purposefully many times, and I was standing out of the way but still needed to be nearby to pickup my order.<br><br>Finally they call out our ticket, we go upstairs and it’s not a chicken burger like we special ordered and paid extra for. The experience waiting for this order was so terrible I decided to not even bother getting more terrible service.<br><br>Don’t go to this location if you want anything close to a good experience. Even for fast food, I’d sooner go across the street and eat on the floor at port authority.

Worst experience ever. The front counter staff looked super annoyed and clearly didn’t want to be there. After I ordered, only one person was working on the food inside. It’s a fast-food restaurant — yet I waited over 30 minutes for my order! When it finally came, the bun was cold and the patty was burnt.<br>I asked them to redo it — they gave me another one and it was still burnt. When I pointed it out, they just said, “That’s just how it comes from the grill.”<br>I suggest the owner come visit sometime and see how your workers are doing in your restaurant. Never coming back.

Dined in for a late lunch. We had smashburgers, fries and tots. Everything was served hot and fresh to us in the upstairs dining area, The burgers were tasty and filling. The smash fries and tots were good and hot.<br><br>A lot of open tables, but we had to look for one that was clean. Bathroom was clean with the code listed on the receipt. We were there close to an hour and never saw the tables wiped down. Definitely an area for improvement. As they come upstairs to deliver the food, the employee should take a moment to wipe all of the tables down.

The burgers and sides were delicious, definitely one of the better fast-casual spots. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unorganized and not very welcoming, which took away from the overall experience. Hopefully, the service improves, because the food is worth coming back for.

I ordered through Uber Eats.<br>Since I didn't eat in, the burger was cold and the patty wasn't anything special.<br>The sweet potato fries were soggy and not as tasty as I'd hoped.<br>I'll try it again next time in store .<br><br>T.M.I 🤫 They're currently running a buy one get one free cheeseburger promotion In Uber Eats app

I had high expectations after reading many good reviews, but unfortunately this was a big disappointment. Both the veggie burger and the chicken “smashburger” were not enjoyable at all, in fact, they were barely edible. We had to wait a long time just to place our order, and when the food finally arrived, the fries were also poor. If I had to identify the burger at all, it was just a regular burger, certainly not a smashburger. Very disappointing, and I would not eat here again.

Place fairly quiet when we visited . Ordered downstairs and food delivered upstairs . Got order wrong but sorted easily enough. Burger absolutely gorgeous way worthy of a 5 star. Smash tots a bit greasy tho

I had concerns this would be a tourist trap being so close to Times Square, but the sign looked so good I had to try it. I'm SO glad I did. These burgers are awesome. It was legitimately a great burger, not a "this is cruddy food but you'll eat it cause you're already there" situation at all. And $11 for the classic double was absolutely worth it. I can't wait to go again.

Cold, tough, dehydrated, excessively salty overpriced wings. Tasted like they were leftover the previous night and sold again first thing in the morning. And that's the standard for wings you get even with 20% tips. Should not give any tips to this outlet at all before receiving your food. Mind you, those half wings were close to $12 for 6 cold miserable pieces.<br><br>Classic smash burger was delicious. Would be nice if buns were better toasted.

Delicious burgers. Fries hit the spot too. Free refills. I had a little wait for the food cause it was made on the spot. It has an upstairs dining room with a TV and soda fountain for your free refills. Bathrooms are also upstairs. No complaints at all. Food was delicious and service was great. One spot I'll be hitting up in the near future.

Nice fries. Crispy and really tasty.<br>The patties were so fresh and juicy, really good.<br>I was not expecting the bun to be so good, it’s a brioche and it’s not like your normal burger bun.<br>I totally recommend a visit.<br>It has a good seating area, the service is quick and a staff member brings you the order once ready.<br>The drinks are refillable and you can also use the restroom.<br>Good value for many, so overall a good experience.
