This was a terrible ending to a great day. We arrived at the restaurant at 10:40pm after our musical ended. The restaurant closed at 12:00am so we assumed more than an hour would be acceptable time to eat there. The employees literally stared at us for 15min, my guess was hoping we would leave. One employee walked back and forth to the register then finally stood at the register and stared blankly at us for at least 2 minutes before saying “are you going to order anything?” We ordered our food and waited, while waiting the same employee closed the dining area while people were still upstairs. I asked if dine in had closed and she mumbled at me. When we finally got our food she came and opened the dining area and told us we could eat upstairs, promptly closing the dining area behind us. In the dining area we realized they didn’t give us our French fries, so we had to go back downstairs, around the barricades to get our fries. Upon eating our burgers we realized the avocado that we paid extra for, was missing. The same employee was upstairs for whatever reason, and said that she would bring us the avocado. She never did, we ate our food and gave up on the avocado. We realized later what she was doing. She had taken away the trash cans and left a trash bag in a corner on the floor. I had to touch the trash bag to throw the trash away, and couldn’t wash my hands because they locked the bathroom. Before leaving I asked for a refund of my avocado, another employee challenged due to the food being gone, luckily the employee who was supposed to bring the food admitted she forgot. Upon, leaving we saw other patrons eating their food standing in the lobby, like because the dining area was now “closed.” There was also a pile of swept up trash on the floor.
