Carolina was amazing! She is so friendly, attentive and made sure everything was perfecttt she has a great attitude and excellent customer service she made my first smash burger experience even better than I expected. Thank you Carolina! I’ll be back!

I went in to pick up an order for myself and let me say, the staff there are incredibly rude. There was an issue with my order as it was not ready on time and the longer I waited, I became impatient. I had brought it up to a staff member, Tatyanna, and all I wanted to find out was how much longer for my food. She had given me an attitude and began to raise her voice. Additionally, she talked over any word I tried to get it. I tried to talk to another worker but no once seemed to listen to me as there was loud music being played. That was my biggest complaint but eventually I received my food and it was cold but I had nothing else in me to talk to another worker as they were all rude. This smashburger has horrible customer service and definitely not coming back to this location. What a shame!!

This place is amazing, you are greeted with warmth and respect, the food is delicious and most importantly the place is spotless! Kind and helpful cashier her name is Carolina! Thank you we will be back soon!

Tasty treat after a long day driving, Carolina was super helpful with our order, she really made it happen—five star service!

This Smash Burger is always very clean and organized, and efficient. Today, I was served by Carolina<br>. She was very polite and friendly and made the experience very pleasant.

I usually love the burgers but the customer service is awful. It was 8:30pm (they close at 11pm) on a Thursday and two of my friends ordered burgers to dine in, they were rude about all of the others 4 of us seating together our different stuff to eat from the store next to it. Even though some of us ordered food at the burger’s place. They said tables were close in the back where there was space for our group. They said we couldn’t stay and we all had to leave. I just find it very unfair and other places wouldn’t care about having a group have a nice time. If you have tables why prevent the people from using it?

Got an order for pick up 3 out four items were fine and good big the Mac and cheese was horribly burnt and inedible.

Cashier/server was very pleasant. Enjoying the new menu options. Freshly cooked burger and fries made to order.

Came here to grab a quick bite with my wife. The place was calm, not so crowded or loud. The server/cashier was pleasant and professional. The food was great. We ordered the cheesy Mac smash and the scorchin double bacon stack, with some tots. Definitely recommend!

Our first time at this location. I asked the server to say “ welcome to smash burger home of the smash burger -can I take your order “. And he did it. Thank you Kadiri. The staff was very welcoming. And the place is VERY clean !!

This took an HOUR and a half to receive from DoorDash. Not only did the dashers keep leaving because the staff is so incompetent.<br>The food was sitting there ready!!!!! I received the food freezing cold, and the tots were hard and stuck together and oily and disgusting also WHO SALTS FOOD?!!!! Even McDonald’s knows better than to POUR SALT on the food. This is unacceptable. And I’m reporting this everywhere the staff is slow. Mind you the dasher came straight here. Nasty . Give people the service you would like to receive.

I have come here often over the years, but in the last few months I've become a regular customer. Amongst all the neighboring businesses, this location has always been the cleanest and friendliest. The front staff have always been polite and happy to help; I've regularly been greeted by Elijah, Tatiana, Jasmine, and Zabella. I don't know the chefs by name, but the food has always been excellently prepared and served.

Food is absolutely disgusting. I asked for tomatoes in my burger. They gave me two small cherry tomato slices that didn’t fit the whole burger.<br>I paid $22 for this meal they didn’t put enough cheese they put some nasty P colored butter on top of my bun instead if I asked for American cheese I should get it on the entire bun.<br>Also I should’ve gotten a slice of American cheese next time I’m never buying from here again.<br>I tried this earlier and it was better when I ordered from the website, but this is deplorable and really disgusting and the burger looks just plain diseased and horribly nasty.<br>The pickles look nasty.<br>The lettuce isn’t even on burger enough and it took almost 40 minutes to get here.<br>I’m disgusted you guys don’t deserve my money and you guys need help.<br>I hope you have a horrible rest of your year and life good day!<br>I couldn’t call any of you saints.

Fun fast casual burger joint with good options. Staff was friendly and efficient. Like the Brussel sprouts side option - they're frying them in oil but a little healthier than the fries... Good patty choices - would like to see buffalo burgers. Price a little higher than warranted for sides and drinks. Nice that there's a reward program. Don't know that I will go enough. Parking lot is tiny and claustrophobic.
