The food is great but that’s it. I ordered a kids meal and that comes with the little carton of milk. So of course kids being kids he drank it quick. He was hungry.

The wait was 20-25 minutes. By the time the food was ready we went to wash our hands and there was no soap in the restroom. I asked for hand sanitizer and they told us they would put soap in the bathroom soon.

Off course a starving and cranky 6 year old it’s just gonna eat no matter what. While eating he got thirsty and I tried to get him water. I’m told they can’t give cups for water. The line is almost out the door and the cashier had stepped away. I would pay for a bottle of water but stand in a slow line again? That is not cool. That’s even disrespectful. Especially after having to wait so long for the food.

The food was great though. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was amazing. My son inhaled his cheeseburger and fries. No complaints with that. If you are taking it to go is probably fine.
Response from the owner
That visit sounds like it had a mix of highs and lows, Erik, especially while managing a hungry child.
We appreciate you taking the time to share details about the wait, the restroom conditions, and the challenge of getting water during a busy moment those touches matter to families dining in. It’s great to hear the food itself delivered, from the spicy chicken sandwich to your son enjoying his meal.
