I just bought ground beef from here that looked red on the outside but was brown in the middle and had a bad smell. At first, I thought maybe I was overthinking it, so I cooked it anyway, but the foul odor got even worse while cooking. Definitely not fresh meat. Smh… I won’t be buying anything from here again.

I shop at this location quite often, however, tonight's encountered with 3 of 4 Service Staff @ 8.45pm left me in utter disbelief. What's going on with the Management?<br><br>Horrible Customer Service received. The Supervisor was the very, very, very worst ... extremely aggressive and disrespectful. When asked for a business card so that I could lodge my complaint ... you should see body language and hear the vocals ... unbelievable!!!<br><br>I simply had to run out of there without even asking for a second bag because the situation felt very disgusting 🫣. Very appalling!!

One of our favorite places to shop for food. This store is always well stocked and they listen to your suggestions via your sales receipt. It's always clean with excellent security in place. I miss the old Fairway but this store surpasses Fairway on many different levels.

Nice big and clean location. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are a number of a weekly sales items that are not a available at this location. Items such as Filosophy spinach spirals even though we’ve asked repeatedly.

I am writing to formally complain about a deeply humiliating and discriminatory experience I endured at your store on February 6, 2026. Due to the events of that evening, I will not be returning to this location.<br><br>While shopping, I was accused by a store employee of stealing items that were in my cart. These items were fully paid for in two separate transactions, which is clearly reflected on my receipts. There was no valid reason for the employee to confront me or become irate, yet I was publicly accused and embarrassed.<br><br>To make matters worse, I have documented medical conditions, including a Traumatic Brain Injury as well as wrist and back injuries, which made this interaction even more distressing. Despite this, I was treated with hostility rather than basic respect.<br><br>As I exited the store—already ashamed and shaken—another employee added further insult by stating that I “should not be shopping there if I did not have money.” This comment was unnecessary, cruel, and strongly indicative of racial bias.<br><br>This experience reflects a troubling pattern of “shopping while Black” at your store. My sister had the police called on her at this same location just a few months ago, which raises serious concerns about how Black customers are treated.<br><br>ShopRite needs to properly train its employees on bias, professionalism, and how not to target or harass Black shoppers. No customer should ever be made to feel degraded, suspected, or unwelcome because of their race.<br><br>I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Great store. Clean with very friendly employees. It is reasonably prices with a huge selection of food and deserts. There is al so a big selection of coffee beans. A large deli counter with lots of different cheeses and an olive bar. The customer service people and polite and friendly. The checkout lanes are usually quick. I also like the self checkout kiosks.

I like the store set up, the produce are fresh however, the meat dept. never replenishes their meats before 9:00/9:30 am which is 2 to 2 1/2 hours after opening.

My family and I have been coming here for years. The Food , Meat and Groceries are usually very fresh. However this morning 11 Dec 2025 I came to purchase ground meat and 99 percent was Managers Special expired yesterday on the 10th December 2025. Anthony who works in the Meat Department was very helpful. He should be Recognized because he actually stopped what he was doing and helped me. This is Great Customer Service. Keep up the Exceptional work Anthony 👏

This is a review for Keith, the man who works the coffee station at this location. I swear to God, someone give this man a bonus or a raise or whatever. He’s the only person in this area who knows how to grind my coffee for my machine. I only get my coffee when he’s in the store! Love you Keith!!! Thank you for keeping me awake, and for keeping my cappuccinos perfect

I think inflation has gotten the better of this location. The hot prepared foods are more expensive. The chicken parmigian sandwiches are to be avoided. Twice I got a sandwich where the chicken wasn't thoroughly cooked. The sausage & pepper sandwich is now mostly onions. Small bits of a sausage and barely any cheese. The seafood area always smells bad. The produce area is always well stocked. The bakery items are well stocked usually. The store needs more cashiers instead of relying heavily on self checkout. Staff is friendly.

I recently bought 3 dozen cupcakes for my baby shower and the young woman that made the cupcakes was so great!! She did a beautiful design on each cupcake using my baby shower colors and did 3 different flavors! And everyone loved them! I wish I had bought more.

Pros- Good area to shop in, lots of variety for items to buy.<br>Cons- The bathrooms are horrible. There is either no tissue to use, it's smelly or overall not cleaned.

Very good products and good choices of stock! Great place to shop if that’s what you mainly come for!<br><br>Unfortunately very disappointing service at the sandwich department. Ignorance, incompetence, laziness. Every time I show up, they constantly hit me with the excuse that the person “called out” and therefore no one’s there to take my order to make me a sandwich. It doesn’t add up as my first time there, there was someone. Every other time I went there, that staff in that sandwich department “called out”. Also, their cold prepped chicken sandwiches have no flavor which needs to be improved. If that’s not enough, if you want the cold prepped sandwich warmed up, you have to call a manager to warm up the sandwich for you because the guy in that department “called out”.<br><br>ShopRite, please get it together!

It's amazing. You have to see it yourself to believe it. You see the fruits stands as soon as you walk in. They have a hot soup section as well as a salad section stands. They have a sandwich area that caters to you with sub sandwiches and wraps prepared right there. A sushi counter. The bakery is incredible with an assortment of wonderfully looking cakes. Heading to the back you have the meat deli. The set up is clean and the isles are neat and clear.

This was once Fairway… many good memories there. I was feeling a bit sad/nostalgia when I saw the new sign. However, after going inside I was pleasantly surprised. Shelves are now well stocked, the fish/meat counter is properly covered, there is a small area for hot food, fresh flowers and above all the employees seem to want to be there. I’m optimistic about this new direction.
