Last evening I placed an online order for pickup. I arrived this afternoon well over 90 minutes after my pickup time. I was kept waiting an additional hour in the store because the order had not been pulled. Just what I want to do after a full day of work. The young employee told me “ you have a lot of stuff” Don’t offer this service if you cannot fulfill the orders within the time indicated. I’m very happy we now have so many other options for grocery shopping in Hoboken.
